Dropped item off on a Friday morning at dpd pick-up shop, but not delivered until following Wednesday afternoon. I expected quicker delivery than this! Parcel Monkey tracking didnt give any useful data on status of delivery over the 5 days. Used Parcel Monkey chat twice to confirm status; but never got a useful response. DPD tracking gave inaccurate data on status of delivery, showing parcel in Southampton one day, then changing to Preston the next day.

Booking the parcels for delivery was easy. Label arrived by email on the morning - I had to print 9 off one for each parcel and stick on - OK and acceptable. But parcels not collected on agreed and booked date. You cannot contact Parcel Monkey at all, so very annoying. I had to re-book the collection for another day on their website and then got a message saying another label for new collection date would be arriving - it didnt but courier did. Given there are no means of contacting anyone at Parcel Monkey when there is an issue I will pay slightly more and go direct to courier next time

I chose an international tracked service costing £50. the value of the goods was low, but I needed the tracking service. The parcel was collected promptly & tracked until it left the UK on 9th July, now 20 days later & there is no tracking info & they have no idea where the parcel is. They keep fobbing me off on their support website.saying that they are trying to get information from the courier, but surely that shouldnt take nearly 3 weeks! never going to use them, again.

No telephone Customer Service - only web chat which is even more frustrating typing away with no sense of human interaction i.e. the person/advisor/representative can conceal all.

Hi there, was able to track item up until day of delivery then was not even a given address for collection. Had to ring Parcel force uk then get the world wide number for parcelforce, then i had to get another tracking number as the uk one doe not work here! as well as given another number to call GLS who i gave the tracking number to who then told me my parcel was on its way to Argentina. At this point i was getting pretty anoide. After a long time of chatting to call center my missis had to take over to find out parel was at a collection point 5 mile away. Parcel force said after all this bother they would of returned postal amount so i would like to ask for that for the stress and poor service . many thanks mark crysell

The service was prompt, but the delivery rider was particularly rude to a member of my staff, unexceptable in an office. I would not use them again.

Was struggling with individual carrier sites and the vast amount of options and then I stumbled upon Parcel Monkey and so glad I did. Website is clear and simple to use and it found the cheapest price for my chair (30kg 80x80x80cm item). Carrier came next day to my home (10 am) and delivered within 48 hours. (Parcelforce). Would recommend parcel monkey.

I had to bring my heavy boxes to the place where the driver wanted to pick them up instead of my flat. Parcel Monkey didnt give me any other options and the support was very low quality

If you have an issue with the driver who collected the goods, we suggest you raise this with the courier company direct as they employ them, or let us know the details on a support ticket so we can pass your feedback on to DPD.

Have used the service multiple times for delicate objects and they have always arrived safely. From turntables to bicycle frames and wheels. Sturdier objects are much less stressful, but arrive quickly. When I do the booking, the tracking system is reassuring and accurate. All good.

Effecient service fast delivery of products

Gent came to collect the parcel on the Monday said it needed more packaging so we did that arranged for re clollection on the Wednesday they came Friday after ringing five times and never once getting back to us they said yes thats fine to send now but when it got to the ladys house all the top part was damaged and the lady isnt very happy at all and I now have to refund her so wont use this firm ever again

I am very sorry to hear about this issue, items have to be packed well enough to satisfy the courier when they come to make the collection. The courier will come to collect between 8am and 6pm at the next opportunity to pick up the items, they do not provide collection times.
