Even Premium Pre-9am next-day service booked with Parcel Monkey fails. Utter rubbish service with many IT problems. DO NOT USE THIS CARRIER WEBSITE.

At the end of the day it is all about price. Most parcel delivery companies can achieve delivery of a parcel. All generally are very good with excellent tracking systems in place. The trick that Parcel Money has is that it compares prices and allows you to select the best value. You get an account which saves all your details. The only thing of criticism is that the website does not make everything quite as clear as it should and there is an annoying little monkey which keeps popping up. Apart from that it is a really great tool and once you know how it works, absolutely brilliant - I use them all the time and highly recommended them.

Went to the post office £80, went to the Internet took 5 mins to check and £18 through parcel monkey delivered by parcel force to be collected from the same post office. Online form had issues with the delivery email, so reused the sender one and all was well. Arrived as expected, very good service.

No time specified for delivery as I hadnt paid for that. I had no idea I hadnt paid for that as I assumed that was standard now. I phoned the Bristol depot 4 times and each person was extremely unhelpful.

Very happy with service. Booked online and Printed label and dropped off at post office the next day Thursday 27/10/16. I received a call from my recipient to say parcel had arrived 2/11/16. A lot cheaper than sending direct through post office. Will definately use again.

I sent a 1 single golf club and there was a typo entered via Courier, now parcel monkey wants to charge double. Well this is not happening Is the quality of service in the name MONKEY Not happy and I will take further action if necessary

We only used DPD; booking on Internet and label print no problem. drop-off centres very near by. We used Halfords which gave us a helpful service. Value for money with DPD very good, other couriers rather expensive. Very good tracking and fast 1-day delivery. Well done.

Here at Curtain Wizard we send out parcels in a day to day basis. We decided to give Parcel Monkey a try as the prices quoted were very reasonable, since using them two month ago we have never had a problem, the prices have always been good and not yet once had a parcel been undelivered, misdelivered or returned. If only every company we deal with was this competent.

Order was placed on Oct 26th, there have been 2 pick ups scheduled, and still no one has come to pick up the package. You can only chat or email with customer service. They are vague in the answers, and say they have no control over courier pick ups. When I asked for a refund they refused, when I asked to speak to someone over the phone they said that was not an option. Unreliable service, if you want to send something and have all the time in the world for it to arrive, I reckon its a less expensive option. The fact they they are in the customer service industry and cannot actually help their customers with orders or offer a phone number to customers with account issues is kind of ridiculous.

dropped off at royal mail depot at 5.30pm delivered next day by 2.pm.

Honestly they shouldnt use DPD as courier service, its not reliable and is so slow. Will use Courier or Fedex from now on.

Asked for next day to courier letter with railcard in. Assigned to DPD and dropped off at Pharmacy, one of Drop off places. Sadly not picked for over a day and only when I hassled them - rather than DPD being alerted when there is item to pick up, or picked up on daily run, only picked up if there is parcel to drop off. Family had to buy new railcard as it did not arrive in time,so £30 wasted and a 1st class stamp would have got item delivered quicker rather than fee paid to Parcel Monkey Not impressed.

I was a bit sceptical at first because the prices were less expensive than going to the same carrier directly. Everything went seamlessly and smoothly with the pickup and delivery. I will definitely use Parcel Monkey moving forward. Thank you Parcel Monkey!

I took a whole day off work to wait for this collection. No one arrived. No-one answers the phone number shown on google. Whne I went into the live chat, their response was 2we can do it tomorrow between 8am and 6pm". I explained I wanted a refund and this was not acceptable as I have had to take an entire holiday to wait for them. I cant do it again. They have refused to respond. Avoid avoid avoid!

Not only did they lose my parcel just from south england to France They lied said it was delivered when it wasnt? They couldnt even provide Prof it was sent to GLS in France even though they were supposed to of delivered it? Asked 3 times for it they said they would look into it but never even bothered to reply? So they dont even have record were it went? Iam taking my complaint higher but wanted to warn people not make the same mistake as me, and trust them with your Things. ETA As theres no reply here Just to say to james at parcel monkey I have already sent them my PM number some 7 months ago and they have done nothing yet to even find the paper work for it and send me prof let alone find the parcel. As for saying they dont handle it? Well as parcel force and GLS have told me as it is sent through them there the ones to deal with it when there is any problems. And dont expect any help from them apart the sorry for any inconvience email.

Terms and conditions for carriage of international shipments are not clear, and it was not indicated that any returned packages would not be to me but to parcelmonkey in Southampton!

The worst service I have even seen! A package with a value of 350BP was stolen! No one knows where but ParcelMonkey and DPD wrote down the collection moment.. Now, can anybody tell me how the package disappears from the driver hands or from the van without being notice! Parcel Monkey knows that parcel was collected on the 11th October and until now didnt proceed with any refund, even after DPD declared that parcel have been lost! I tell you, by my experience, the delivery services provided by Parcel Monkey are fake, all of this seem to be a scheme between companies to rob customers with value parcels. Nothing else shows the opposite. The fake support service takes 24 hours to answer our tickets and the answers are always vague and unsolved, like "we are sorry for this.. we are waiting for the courier information.." but more than two weeks have past since collection and more than one week have past since DPD inform me that package was lost!

Parcel Monkey has the worst Customer Service ever. They dont have a phone number, which makes everything much more difficult when you are trying to sort out any kind of issue. I had no idea which company was in charge of my parcel, I had a non-known number of tracking numbers and no one was able to give me any information about where my parcel was. It took longer for my parcel to get to the destination (over than one month) although they said it would take between 9-17 days. You have no idea how stressed and anxious I got because of this company. RUBISH! Never again I will use it. Avoid it!!!!

We at Parcel Monkey offer customer support via Live Chat and email, as we liaise with the couriers to resolve issues and this we have found is the best of working on fixing customer problems. At the time of booking, the customer chooses which service will be handling the goods and we then pass the order through to that courier to ship, so you would only choose a service that you want to use. We provide a PM order number at the time of booking to use on our site to track parcels, plus the support team can provide the direct tracking. If you are concerned with the estimated delivery time provided at the time of booking we can contact the couriers handling the shipment for any updates also.
