Thanks for taking the time to leave a review, in general customers find the service very easy to use. Looking at your order you booked DPD drop off so all that is required is to print out the label once you have booked it in using the quote engine and take to the nearest DPD Shop on the map. We also have the Live Chat team open to help from 8am to 9pm should you need any assistance.

It was so easy to book. My parcel was collected. It arrived back at the store in one piece and I got my refund.

Good service, saved a few pounds going through this rather than booking direct with Parcelforce. Only issue was that I was shipping a rather large, awkward item and the website wasnt totally clear about packaging etc. All in all, I would recommend to others, no problem with the delivery at all.

So I sent my parcel through here for parcel force to collect. I had no email confirmations at all and it wont allow me to log in no matter what I do. My parcel has been damaged in transport and I have no way to contact them without logining so Im very unhappy and annoyed with this service. Im using the right email as they sent me a rate me email only. It wont send me a new password reset or anything

I booked a priority international delivery. When I chased after nine hours, I was told that the pick up would happen by 6pm. When it didnt, I cancelled. I was simply told that a refund would take three days to process. There was no apology or recognition that I had lost a day waiting in and a day of transit. Poor attitude and no service. I will not be using them again.

Sorry to hear that the courier you chose on our site failed to make the collection, we at Parcel Monkey do not collect items we resell the courier rates. I am sorry to hear whoever cancelled the order did not apologise at the time as generally this is what would happen when you are let down by the service. Please do contact us on your account so we can look into this and provide more training. I do hope you would reconsider our services and potentially opt for another courier who would turn up, and you can save on your shipping costs.

I had this experience twice with parcel monkey, I never got the shipping label within an hour of booking my shipping like they say. Had to email them, they replied that there was something wrong with the address, I emailed them EXACTLY the same address I entered when booking the shipment. Both times they sent me the label almost last minute, and both times they had stripped of a dash from the street number in the destination address.

A few clicks of the mouse and a chap collects the box from the doorstep and the next thing it is delivered up country. What could be easier? I have another package and it will be a few more clicks on the ParcelMonkey website tomorrow.

Sent a very awkwardly shaped and heavy parcel - this is the easiest service to use- pay on line and print off label then drop off at the post office at your own convenience. Was slightly frustrating to wait an hour for the label but now I know it takes a while to process I would go on line a little before Im ready to go out.

Ive used Parcel Monkey time and again whenever I need anything shipping or even for collecting a purchase I have made from places like ebay. Some services dont even require a printer as the drivers bring the labels for only a few pence more.
The website works as it should (comparison) as its not always the same delivery company that comes up the cheapest so you know that everytime you use it you are getting the best deal!

Have used Parcel Monkey on a number of occasions and have never experienced any issues. Parcel is always collected as stated and delivery always within timelines. Have had to query about labels previously and had good service and quick responses. Prices are always the cheapest that I can find.

Parcel Monkey was around 35-40% cheaper for a Parcelforce 48 service than booking direct with the carrier. And, access to Parcelforces drop-off service only made things easier by not having to wait around for a collection.
Only minor concern was the delay taken before I could print my shipping label but they do explain therell be a delay while they book your order with the carrier, its just not as obvious as it might be? Or maybe I just need to read things more carefully (more likely). Will definitely use again based on this experience.
