Pickup was on time although delivery was delayed, but this is relatively normal in Italy. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Good prices shown by Parcel Monkey and helpful customer support. Used Parcel Force and box took 2 days to get to France. Normal post often takes a week! Would definitely use again

First 2 x Parcel force, no problems. 3rd time, used DX as cheaper but driver didnt turn up with the label, as stated, then parcel not delivered next day, on tracking it says " address not found"...parcel will have taken 72 hours not 24. Parcel force had no problems with same address. I didnt receive any info on this delay. Wont be using DX again.

I used Parcel Monkey to find the best suitable service to transfer my keys from one part of London to the other. I was amazed of how easy everything was from searching among all services to order and pay for my order. If I should suggest something, It might be to review your booking confirmations again. When I ordered it said that the driver will bring the requiered paperwork/shipping notes, but it did not say in the booking confirmations. Since the system did send me documents with the instruction to attach those on my parcel, this did confuse me a bit. But this is just a minor detail. I am very satisfied with your service overall.

I sent a parcel from London to a marina in Spain on 27th June. Its now 4th July and I have arrived at the marina but my parcel has not. Cant move until it does, most frustrating

First time Ive used parcel monkey I can say its so easy to use I was put onto parcel force who did pick up my parcel at 15.30 and brought it to my door the next day at 11.30. Thats from Wales to West Sussex in less than 24hrs and at a great price too thanks to parcel monkey. I will be using them a lot more in the future!!!!

I paid insurance on the delivery of a parcel worth over 350pounds sterling!!!!. Was met with 0 customer service. There is no number online for them. Have been sending emails already for 5 days now. Horrific!!My parcel is worth over 350 pounds sterling and it has gone amiss!! dont know who to contact!!

Me and my partner sent moving boxes from UK to Germany. The shipment was fast, trustful, easy and really cheap. We got all the moving boxes in 2-4 days.
We taped and wrapped the boxes quite extreme, with several layers. When the boxes arrived they were still in one part, however the boxes seem to have been going through a lot - plastic was teared and boxes were not really the shape we sent them in. Were happy with the shipment, however recommends everyone not to send their dearest things and also to use way more plastic wrapping around boxes than you might think is necessarily.

PM36105354530790 case number 5 months on and i have not received a refund Still waiting for my refund from parcel monkey Parcel Monkey lost my birth certificate and apostile they offered me a refund of just the cost of the postage to send the document, which they never did. i did not accept their offer for postage as I had to order a new birth certificate and apostile . They asked for evidence of the cost which i send in. Now they are saying it is to late to accept my evidence of cost. They will not pay back the money I spent for the service that I never got. I will keep writing about this company bad service until l get my money back. Why should I lose money Edit

I had an irregular shaped large parcel to send that the usual couriers I use couldnt take. I used parcel monkey and liked that you can search using the exact measurements of your parcel which saves time when the search results come up. Also has the convenience of paying with PayPal

Quote easy and good reference number and parcel tracking info. Easy to print labels and arrange collection.
Automatically tracked and updated on eBay after tracking number entered.

I received an email with the label and collection information whilst at work. I returned home to find parcel force had been to collect 20, mins before I received the email I then took the parcel directly to parcel force who dealt with everything in a professional manner

Ive used DPD before and have had pretty good service, but this time was awful. I added driver notes on my order to direct the driver to deliver to the recipients neighbours (choice of 3 designated neighbours) in the event of the recipient being unavailable at time of delivery. The driver failed to act on this during the first attempted delivery. That night, both I and the recipient made contact with DPD to ensure that the driver notes were followed and confirmation was received from DPD by the recipient. The next day, the same driver FAILED to follow the instructions, after which the intended recipient was instructed that he had to collect the parcel himself from an address in the town centre. I complained to DPD suggesting that they should deliver it as originally instructed AND issue a refund. I have heard nothing since. Then, two days later, I receive a chirpy automated email asking me to complete a review of the service Ive encountered...... How about this ?......I STILL WANT A REFUND

A MIRROR WHICH WAS BACKED REALLY WELL WITH LOADS OF THICK PADDING CAME BACK COMPLETELY BROKEN. NOT THE MIRROR ITSELF BUT THE FRAME. COST A FORTUNE AND THEN £35 DELIVERY

The times have been very quick; only two points could have been better:
- the box has arrived to destination in poor conditions (but the content was ok);
- Parcel Monkey could give the possibility to choose the hours for the collection (Ive asked an hour in the comments) and confirm it

very good service dropped item of at drop shop item picked up by DPD and was delivered next day by DPD they are deff best couier firm out there with there service had a lot of items delivered by them there service is secoud to none and parsel monkey did god job as well thank you very much both firms

We are contacted via Live Chat open 8am to 9pm weekdays and also if you log into your account via the email support tool. We do not make the collections so we cannot adjust collection times, they are from 8am to 6pm or you can book a drop off service if more convenient. Parcel Monkey are not a courier, we resell the rates so for us to amend the collection times, is not something we can offer.

Plugged a search enquiry into Google for a parcel delivery from Sussex to Scotland and it came up with Parcelmonkey offering a keen quote. Parcelmonkey is a meta-site choosing from several carriers automatically. The carrier executing the quote was actually DPD, a company that offers parcel drop off at a chosen location, in my case the local Sainsburys. Delivery all good with one proviso: parcelmonkey tracking didnt work but DPDs own online tracking was excellent. I will use DPD directly next time.
