I went via Parcel Monkey having found their prices and the speed of collection of parcels quicker than any other I found on line. My only anxiety was that I was told I would be emailed with details of how to label my parcel within one hour of purchase. I was not, so I contacted PMs helpline, who told me that the courier would bring a label when they arrived. The courier did not, so I contacted PM helpline again, who told me not to worry and that the parcel would go to the right recipient. I have not heard back from my eBay purchaser but am assuming parcel arrived!

Booked parcel delivery today . Never asked me for a password . Paid and have a reference no . Unable to log in . Tried reset password but no reply so cant access my account to print of labels . Impossible to contact them .

Terrible site! Parcel failed to be collected on 3 differerent occasion, no compensation offered parcel will be nearly 2 weeks late to destination!

My 3kg Parcel to Switzerland cost £17.50 via Parcelforce through ParcelMonkey. The same parcel directly through ParcelForce website was quoted as £45. Thats a great saving! All worked out well, speedy pick-up and delivery ... hence 5 stars.

We were ripped off! Delivery was within 4 - 6 days. This did not occur. We were charged for delivery but not told about the fees to release by customs or for the huge fee by Courier to procees it. This was nearly 50% on top of the original payment. Thus is not a good or clear service. This is going on Facebook to warn others. Dreadful. Unclear. Expensive. Update - Parcel Monkey responded to the customs issue but overlooked the Courier bit. I paid for delivery but it has not happened. Still no parcels weeks after being promised approx 6 days and now a bill for NZ$350. It would have been cheaper to pay for the extra baggage on the plane! BE VERY CAREFUL IF YOU CONSIDER THIS COMPANY.

I am sorry to hear about the delivery issue, however customs are not something we can control. All items are sent with duties unpaid and this is outlined in our terms at the time of booking, It is down to the customs to charge based on the value of your goods and what your are shipping.

at a good price 1/3 cheaper than royal mail even with insurance.
able to drop my parcel at local shop for collection, parcels delivered on time. Thanks recommended will use again.

Bought next day delivery through Parcel Monkey on Tuesday, had the parcel collected from me on Wednesday, I was expecting it to be delivered on Thursday, but it was as late as the following Monday.

The website booking;the parcel collection and delivery all worked very smoothly and the cost was cheaper or comparable to other carriers. I would certainly consider using this service again.

Thanks for your review, when you place the order using our quote engine you can see exactly how much the service is going to be, as long as you declare accurately the parcel weight and dimensions. This is then agreed to by the customer to be paid so if the price is to high you do not have to commit to the service, plus you can cancel if you are unhappy for a refund.

I booked a parcel to be delivered with a 24h service - somewhere along the line, the parcel got lost in the depot. Parcel Monkey did said they had enquired, and just kept giving me the status from the parcel tracking, which I had already checked. Every time I asked what the status was, they just said they were waiting a response from the delivery company, there was nothing they could do. I had to call the delivery company myself to resolve the issue, which begs the question why I even bothered to use Parcel Monkey and give them my money, if they are not going to do their job as a liaison. They proceeded to refuse to give me a full refund that took over 2 weeks to be delivered, made me take up my time to track it down, and proceeded to have the most useless and template-spewing customer service I have ever seen. Absolutely no attempt to actually help me.

After being quoted £72 to courier a £20 value item I was chuffed to find that parcel monkey quoted £12, it was all sorted very easily, was able to choose my collection day and then it was delivered safely two days later. Will definitely use again.

Spent several hours chasing the couriers and local premises as item showed as delivered. Eventually it arrived - the driver had incorrectly marked it as delivered when doing a different drop.

Using Parcel Monkey it cost me £16 to send a parcel to Ireland, with Parcel Force as the courier. Sending direct from the Post Office, using Parcel Force, it would have cost £50. The parcel arrived the next day as promised. - Fantastic.

I was recommended Parcel Monkey by my son. I was very impressed with the web site as it was very easy to book. This time it was booked through DPD. I was able to track the parcel. However, DPD let me down (a little) at the other end. I had given my friends no. in Lithuania. Yesterday, after failing to deliver at the allotted time, my friends father was working round the back of the house when a note was pushed through his door. I had given my friends phone no. on booking but the courier said he did not have it. It is actually going to be delivered today. Unfortunately, I did not have my friends fathers no. so I suppose I was partly to blame. However, I will say that I was pleased with the speed of delivery as I was not expecting it to be delivered until tomorrow. I certainly will use this service again as it is much cheaper than by sending parcels through the Post Office. I can send bigger parcels at a fraction of the cost.

Booked a parcel to Aberdeen.. They dont recognise the postcode. Then no label sent Next day label sent booked for next day pick up. No pick up so I emailed them again. Booked again. No label. 7 days. Still no pick up. And they wont refund either. Absolute WASTE OF TIME

I needed to ship on a large parcel to my daughter in Scotland and was concerned as to how I would even be able to take it to a courier company but Parcel Monkey solved that problem and the parcel arrived two days later.

This was the first time I had used Parcel Monkey and was worried about posting to Czech Republic. Very reasonable price and good service from beginning to end - door to door from UK to Czech Republic in only 4 days by sea and road! I was also able to track the parcel all the time and so was the recipient. Good Couriers who collected from me - helpful and friendly.
All in all extremely happy and so is my customer - would definitely use them again.
