Parcel collected on time and even arrived 1day early! Although a bit slowly updated, tracking link works! A bit expensive but at least they delivered!

When having a problem with picking up luggage I paid, I went to their website. I used chat to be able to find out how to arrange delivery pick up. When asked for help, they didnt bother reply and then I received an email day later asking whether I managed to sort things out. Im the customer. They are the company to sort things out. Horrible customer service - used it first and last time.

I had quite a large parcel to send in the uk from the uk. I was worried about cost and time spent in sending parcel back to company. After research I was happy with process and uplift using parcel monkey. Would use again and was happy with service and the cost was reasonable. I would recommend friends and family to use.

Is it a Cheap Parcel Monkey Or is it a Parcel THIEVING Monkey Business? May I ask? In my personal view; I believe WITHOUT a micro of doubt that; the ONLY and ONLY reason to how Parcel Monkey can offer cheap parcel service; because they are a FILTHY DECEIVING MASTERS of LIES and TORT of DECEITS and a GANG LEADER of a THIEVING THUGS who operates at National and Internal Scale WITH INTENT to STEAL Money and Parcels from people, under the COVER of Cheap Parcel Service. Booked a collection through these, Monday came but no one did. Daughter wasted a day sitting in, I had to travel 10 miles with a 20kg 130cm parcel to the nearest parcel force hub to drop my parcel off and save negative feedback. Try to call this lot? Dont bother theyre not on the phone

Still waiting for a refund nearly 2 weeks. Cancelled the service, by email as they have no telephones or number to contact them on. Terms supplied differed to those before paying money, chased refund nothing other than its with our finance company. There courier DX FREIGHT is still trying to collect the item I cancelled, all be it there 10 days late. please check reviews before using these cowboys!!!!!!!

I arranged through parcel monkey and item arrived ok but both items heavily damaged. Parcel monkey do not want to know as i did not add the cost of items to site! clearly states up to £20 compensation and £60 with parcel force. Keep getting brushed off.

I found that the explanation of how to deal with the bar code and export certificate lacked clarity and detail. I also found it hard to print out both of the documents at a convenient size for the document wallets (and no guidance on document wallet sizes)

A good service, with parcels collected when expected and reasonable costs.
Only reason I didnt give 5 stars is that the app didnt always work properly and caused lots of wasted time.

We are generally happy with the service but just lately DPD fail to collect our parcels on the appointed day - we operate above an auction house with a reception thats always staffed yet we get lame excuses from DPD that "no -one was in" and so we have to keep re-booking, meanwhile our customers, many of whom are international, get annoyed with us - Why is Parcelmonkeys so called live help so slow - take a look at TRansglobal Express - live help - it does what it says on the tin.

Booked deliver via website for express delivery on Wednesday due to be collected on Thursday. FedEx didnt turn up on Thursday called to rebook delivery on Friday the guy refused to take the package as it was an express shipment. I drove a 2 hour round trip to drop it off at FedEx and its still not moved from the drop off location. Tomorrow will be the 4th working day that my package hasnt moved. Dont use this service if you actually want customer service. The are refusing to call FedEx as apparently they are only allowed to email. Its a bunch of ****! Im opening a PayPal can a filing with the BBB. WORSE COMPANY EVER. You pay cheap you pay twice Ive learnt that lesson now.

Courier did not show up. Pick up was moved a day, no one-hour notice was given. Customer support did not provide helpful answers. My advice: book via DPD or any other parcel company directly.
