Parcelforce 48 quoted a high price in excess of £25. And yet Parcelforce 48 via Parcel Monkey was less than £10. Not only that. My parcel was delivered from Swansea to Glasgow in less than 24 Hours! Brilliant!

Sent parcel to a camp in America and arrived safe and sound. It was almost 8 kilo so was apprehensive it may have problems, but it was fine, thank you lots :)

I sent a parcel from the UK to Morocco on a 2-3 day service. Unfortunately due to customs it actually took 5 days. On the plus side the customer service team were very helpful and explained everything to me and apologised for the hold up. All in all I would probably use Parcel Monkey again.

Ive sent many parcels to the UK and into Europe recently and I usually use the Parcel Monkey website to book carriage. The prices are usually cheaper than other sites. Just one gripe, labels have on two occasions taken over an hour to be emailed to me, and on one other occasion didnt turn up at all, the online help desk sorted that out quickly.

I use Parcel Monkey quite a lot through work, as it is the quickest and easiest way I have found to send parcels abroad.
The site makes it quicker to find the best prices around.
The only downside I have is the character amount available in certain sections make it harder to fit whole addresses in.
So far no issues though.

The collection was arranged for monday, then its been moved on Tuesday and eventually, after a lot of phone calls, they came on wednesday... Very disappointing as they cant pretend I stay home from work to wait for them... Whats the point in letting the customer choose the day of collection?

I used Parcel Monkey for the first time recently and I have to say, my experience was the worst! The stuff was collected and delivered on time, but one of my items was lost and there were several broken items. As I didnt know the company, I had paid for insurance of my items, and so when I saw how mistreated they were, I emailed them straight away (there is no option to speak on the phone with anyone). I provided them with proof and evidence (even photos) of the condition that my items arrived in, which was unacceptable! When they got back to me, they claimed that my packaging was not according to their standards (which it definately was) and do it is my responsibility and they can not refund me. Follwing that response, I kept on sending them emails with evidence, photos and descriptions of my items before and after their service and how their response does not make sense not only with common logic, but also according to their own terms and conditions. All I got back from them was very short patronising responses that basically just said your packaging was inadequate, which were very generic and aimed for all my items. I never got specific replies with details on why each and every item was badly packaged, beacuse of course it is not convenient for them to do so. In that way, they refuse to give me refund despite of the protection value I had to pay, for which I never received any documentation anyway. My items were under their responsibility for less than 48 hours and I do not understand how so much damage was made. Their attitude was unacceptable and so I will proceed to report them to Customer Rights organisations.

I am sorry to hear about this issue with the courier. Our claims team will review the packaging when a claim is made as this is an important factor on whether we can assist or not as it is the senders responsibility to pack the items well.
I would advise if you are unhappy to contact the support team and put FAO Manager so this can be reviewed again if you are not satisfied with the Claims Team response.

Seemed easy but parcel send viy parcel force worldwide did not even leave the London depot a week after the parcel has been collected at the post office. This was for a parcel that was supposed to arrive in Germany within 5 days! Really annoyed. Support also difficult to reach ....

Super Fast pick up from West Midlands UK, about 4 and a half hours from online order & Super fast and safe Delivery in 3 days to Athens/Greece. The shipping cost of £32.38 inc VAT for an item weighted 4 kgrms and sized : L 61 x W 47 x H 14 (cm), valued £100 (insured), was reasonable. Thank you for a pleasant transaction. RECOMMENDED.

Ordered from Parcel Monkey, all went fine until the label printing - constantly failed. Contacted them and was told there was a system fault at their end and to wait 90 minutes. It was eventually available +3 hours later..

I asked for the parcel to be picked up from the shed because I knew Id be out. I wrote this specifically in the "notes" section. The delivery man came, but didnt pick it up. He left a calling card. Not a lot of use. I ended up taking it to my nearest post office, who refused it despite the call handler at parcel force telling me that all post offices should take it. I eventually did manage to find a (more distant) post office that was prepared to keep it for the parcel force driver, due next day, but could offer no guarantee that it would be picked up due to the lack of a barcode on the label printed off from Parcel Monkeys website. All in all, not a very convenient or reassuring service. Would I use it again? No, not unless I had no choice. The idea is a good one but there are too many people in the chain who apparently dont talk to each other. Luckily my means of making a living didnt depend on timely collection of the parcel, since it was a hobby thing rather than a business thing. Just as well.
