I cannot rate you highly enough. Left my parcel at the PO in Northumb erland at 7 am on Wednesday and it was in New York on Friday!!!!!
My son had his Xmas parcel very early. Will recommend to everyone I know. My husband is fed up of me repeating the same conversation but I was so impressed I just feel I have to keep sharing it.

Had a parcel scheduled for collection on Monday, no one showed up and It was rescheduled for the next day and no-one showed up still despite being in touch with their customer service through out the day. Their customer service reps, talk to you like its no big deal and dont even offer a solution to your problem. Wish to God I never used them!!!!!!!!

If the collection does not take place then please contact us so we can work with the courier to get it picked up. I compared prices & booked my parcel on Sunday, in order to get my packages shipped on Monday. The courier picked up the parcels on time on Monday and packages were delivered in 2 days from UK to France.
Very easy, efficient and quick service, I will definitely use them again!

I sent a gift to my mom for her birthday. Sent her a gift. My mom was charged a lot of money to receive the parcel. The value of the gift was £27. I paid £42 to send it. She ended up paying £25 more to receive it. Thats terrible n fraud work. Would NOT recommend parcel monkey to anyone. This was my first and last experience.

All items are sent with duties unpaid as advised at the time of booking and not something we can control I am afraid. I have used this service to send a parcel internationally. Parcel Monkey claims to give the label within 30 minutes of booking a parcel. I had to wait for a day to get the label. The communication with the courier company and parcel monkey was awful. They dont get any updates from the parcel company. My parcel was stuck at the drop off center for 8 days and then i had to follow up with the parcel company to pick that up. Parcel Monkey has no call call center and all they have a web based ticket system and the responses were "sorry, we will update you" but no real communication. I WILL NEVER USE THIS STUPID SERVICE AGAIN AS THE ARE AWFUL

Sorry to hear about the label issue, if there is an address issue this can cause a hold up, so we have Live Chat online weekdays 8am to 9pm to help plus a support ticket system to fix any issues. We do not make the collections, so if they fail to collect just let us know the PM order number so we can contact the carrier quickly on your behalf to get it collected. As soon as the shop has it they will scan it into the system so sorry to hear about this courier error.
