Apart from not sending the initial email with the postage label, it was a pretty good service. Much cheaper than other sites. The main thing is my parcel got to its destination in good time. I did the online chat to follow up my missing email and they sent the label straight through.

Used parcel monkey to compare prices at first, found decent price and I now use them to send my parcels, they use trusted and reputable couriers services.

So, the item I had collected by DX via ParcelMonkey arrived with a shattered toughened glass door. It was clearly dropped or unsecured in the van as there was no damage to the box. Fortunately, or so I thought, Id taken out the extra insurance. Unfortunately ParcelMonkey kept insisting I send photos of the damaged box. I told them the box was not damaged. During this time, 10 days elapsed, so they invoked their clause claiming that all documents must be submitted to them within 10 days, and that my claim was thus closed. No come back, No acceptance that I shouldnt have to provide docs unrelated to what I was actually claiming. Wont be using again.

I am sorry to read your item was damaged in transit with the courier you chose on our site.
Glass is a prohibited item advised at the time of booking and our claims team will review every case that comes through and will need the customer to cooperate to assist in the process of raising it with the courier who carried the item. Have used twice before very keen pricing also offers the cheapest comparisons and then the next 5 or so after that to compare and very easy to set up the payment, the drop off was very local, so particularly for heavy items ideal

I had quite few parcels which has been delivered with damaged content and recently one of my parcels has been delivered to unknown receiver and different address still waiting for slow claim process. Getting a nightmare using UPS.

Parcel was not collected on the date it should have been despite it saying on my Parcel monkey tracking page that it had been collected. I phoned to rearrange collection for a specific day the following week as I was out every other day but still had a note through the door every day saying that collection had been attempted. Parcel was eventually collected 5 days later than initially booked.

If they fail to collect please raise a Live Chat so we can get it rebooked in and picked up. As soon as they have the item in the store scanned in, it should trigger the courier to go and collect so apologies for the issue with DPD

The only problem I had was that there was obviously a breakdown in comms, from my parcel getting collected to H.Q. that the parcel had been collected. They came the next day to collect what had already been collected.

We stayed in all day waiting for our parcel which never arrived.later we go out and connect to the internet to find they had a problem with the address,why didnt they just call us to tell us we could of met them somewhere. Now weve got no clue where our parcel is and the email is in Spanish we dont speak Spanish.

Easy to book great value for money

I booked my parcel online, and had to print out a shipping label with a barcode. This service involved taking my parcel to a Post Office and sending it via ParcelForce. I used the Parcel Monkey service because it was several pounds cheaper than ParcelForces own website quoted. The label showed a despatch date of the following day, which was less convenient for me, so I contacted Parcel Monkey via the live chat service and asked if I could take the parcel a day early - they said yes. But when I took my parcel to the Post Office, they told me that the barcode would not scan, so they could not accept the parcel. I had to take it home and return the next day - at which point the Post Office said that the barcode had already been used, so they could not accept it. I had to contact Parcel Monkey again, to obtain a fresh set of labels which then scanned properly.

send a parcel to spain and there wasnt adress on the box and the box has been open and also the items were damaged. the label was not in the box was to delivered in 4 days and it took more than a week . after 5/6 times using your service this was the first time and hopefully better service will come.

API is pretty much useless/in practical to use and not scalable/suitable for a growing business. For each shipment you have create a shipment with the API, then have to login manually on the website and enter payment details to pay for the shipment then wait 30 minutes and then use the api again to get the documents. Which is far more complicated than their own old api which had a prepay option. This is not at all clear in the documentation. They are generally 20p-£2 cheaper than another courier but not worth the extra hassle. I would recommend looking at another courier API api.another courier.com/ or parcel hub who allow you to do this instantly all in one step so not the couriers fault. I gave 2 stars instead of one because they refunded my unusable £50 prepay promptly and customer service was friendly

Very reliable. I have sent 2 large packages to The Netherlands (separate occasions). Both were picked up during the indicated time slots given, and delivered in Holland with 2 working days - again during the right time slot. And in a good state. So, thats all I need from the courier service. Will use again.

I sold a spare weel and tyre which I no longer needed which was quite heavy aprox 18kg.
When checked parcel force website directly I was quoted £28. By using parcelmonkey I have paid £11.23p inc vat. for the same service. Absolute bargain and full tracking was included.

I sent a big parcel to Portugal (approx 14kg). It was collected Friday morning and delivered on Tuesday. You cant get better service then that. Courier was Parcel Force but arranged simply and quickly through Parcel Monkey. I will be using them again.
