Very reliable and not too expensive

Parcel was collected as planned, delivery driver was friendly and helpful. It was delivered internationally faster than expected with full online tracking. The price was the cheapest i could find compared to royal mail which was double and took more time.

Ordered Parcelforce 24. Parcelforce collected on Thursday, our customer phoned following Monday to say item not received. Contacted parcel monkey via live chat was on there for ages without any kind of satisfactory reply. Phoned Parcelforce customer services they said they have lots of problems with parcel monkey, after 2 hours of back & forth, turns out the tracking number supplied by parcel monkey wasnt used by the driver, he has used a different tracking number. Resolved, but NOT by parcel monkey.

Parcel Monkey made my choosing a courier service easy. Payment was easy; tracking my parcel was easy. The most complicated part was trying to understand how they wanted me to do the paperwork for the outside of the parcel (my parcel was quite small, and they wanted a lot on it - and I still dont know why there were two labels aside from the customs envelope). I asked my questions on the chat service; they didnt seem to know more than I. The driver told me on arrival that I didnt need to put on two labels, but hey, the parcel arrived at its destination just fine. Just a bit stressful in wondering if it was going to get through US Customs appropriately!

I have used Parcel Monkey on a number of occasions to send parcel to Australia, the prices are always competitive and the parcels arrive quickly.

Excellent price and excellent service right through. Booked Wednesday night, collected Thursday afternoon, delivered Friday morning. Cant get better than that! Would recommend ParcelMonkey to anyone.

The website is easy to use and easy to follow. The courier appeared when I expected him to and the paperwork was simple. The parcel was delivered well within the timeframe allowed and the parcel was undamaged and carefully handled.

Didnt bother to pick it up the day stated (Wednesday) was re arranged for the Friday as I was out Thursday.. Turned up Thursday to collect. Luckily I was in. Paid for 24 hour it turned up to the recipient Monday! Shambles from the start

Excellent service. Took only 6 days for a parcel from England to Saskatchewan in Canada. Tracked all the way,service couldnt have been better.

After my 1 star review they responded. They have made claim that a live chat feature exists on their UK website. When was this introduced? Today? I cannot find any live chat feature. So. Even their own people dont know whats going on. Any wonder they cant get drunk in brewery when the beer is free. Sent large box to Canada 22kg .. booking easy enough & much cheaper booking Parcel Force(Royal Mail) via Parcel Monkey ..booked late at night & was picked up about 11 in morning ... was picked up by Parcel Force at my front door ..got to Canada, Vancouver airport in 3-4 days then moved on to destination town (Edmonton) without problems ... But then they wouldnt deliver the parcel to my sons house said the parcel was too big & heavy ...??? He had to pick it up from a 7/11 shop. Cost me £80.49 which agreed is cheaper than most but I wasnt very happy he had to pick it up.. they didnt even attempt delivery just left a card saying it had to be picked up !! Not the fault at this end... hence 5 stars ... useless Canadian post. I would use Parcel Monkey again using Parcel Force.

Not a bad way of getting affordable postage but the only downfall was entering the recipients telephone number - I could not proceed to checkout without it?
The courier Parcelforce24 were the *****s who could not find the recipients address so a 24hr delivery became a 76hr? Forwarding a map which I printed out courtesy of Google was the only way forward getting the item delivered - obviously Parcelforce24 dont have access to a pc or a competent driver working that day!
I left 4 stars for parcel monkey purely on these points as when one part is not working the whole machine breaks down!

The speed of the collection pans delivery was fine however the attitude of the collection driver was discusting. This is the third time we had him and o now dread him collection parcels. Upon collection he does nothing but complain that he has to pick up big heave boxes and when I asked if held Mind going around the back gate as its easier for him getting access to the car park, well youd have thought Id just threatened his dog!!!

I am sorry to hear about this issue, we at Parcel Monkey do not employ the drivers we resell courier rates from courier companies so it is in fact their drivers who make a collection. I would advise to make a complaint to the courier who you booked from our site and they may be able to assist further in this matter

3 times cheaper than Royal mail quote I got. I messed up and forgot to put the right postage label on. Shortly after courier picked it up (from my house! So convenient) a polite guy called and sorted it out in seconds, no extra charge and very personable. Parcel safely arrived in record time. Couldnt fault them in any way. Excellent!

waiting for parcelforce to collect all day - still no one arrived. You go with parcelforce direct - tracking says out for collection. Ive waited all day so far - and tracking just says advised - parcelmonkey say that they have up to 5 days to collect - even though its due for collection today! AND ive paid for 24 hour delivery - they are a load of rubbish! This is the second time this has happened - the last time using parcel monkey and DX - NEVER AGAIN!

Ive used Parcel Force via Parcel Monkey twice now to ship parcels to Hong Kong. Parcel Monkeys prices are less than half of what the Post Office wanted to charge me (1st parcel = 18.8Kg;, PO price = £350, Parcel Force via Parcel Monkey = £118). In both cases the parcel arrived very promptly, within 4-5 working days, and I was able to track it online. I heartily recommend Parcel Money (at least Parcel Force) and I will be using them for my own international shopping going forward.
