Carrier did not follow original instruction regarding point of collection! Had to make two telephone calls to resolve and delivery was two days delayed when next day delivery service was paid for

Booking was easy, collection prompt and delivery as wanted.
Only thing I did not get was the email with the label but I was able to print this off from my account so not a problem.

Paid for a next day service for an item to be collected on Thursday to arrive on Friday for a charity auction. Parcelforce failed to collect the item on Thursday collected on Friday and failed to deliver next day . Delivered on Tuesday meaning the item was now 3 working days late. No response was given now compensation was given even for failure of service was provided. Absolutely shocking customer service . Still waiting on a redponse

My package was picked up by Parcel Monkey 10 days ago and after providing information, receipts and photos to the PM support team, I still do not have any information on the status of my shipment.

Sorry to hear this item has yet to be delivered, Parcel Monkey do not pick items up as we are not a courier. Our website is a reselling platform of courier services so you can choose which one you would like to handle the items, in this case Parcelforce.

I booked a 24 hour courier service to make sure my mum got her birthday present in plenty time for her birthday. FOUR days later it was eventually delivered. Really terrible.

The service was excellent. I had my golf clubs collected and delivered and they arrived in perfect condition with not a mark on them. The cost was gods for the service provided.

Booked in online, collected & delivered when it should have been very happy

Booked the dpd 24hr droped off at local collection point on Thursday it sat there till the following Wednesday then got lost for 24hrs and finally arrived a week later the following Friday. Not parcel monkeys fault as Ive used them before but I wont be using Dpd again!!

I found the process very straight forward and saved me a considerable amount of postage. Only minor issue that I didnt realise I would have to wait for the label - thought it would be instant, but it did come through very quickly.

Have used a couple of times in the past with no issues in terms of collection. Today received a notice for an additional charge for a parcel I sent as my 2.5kg parcel was in fact 13kg? Thats one heavy soft toy. I provided exact measurements of volume and weight at the time of purchase and dont expect additional charges of this manor. While I have had no issue with the collection or delivery of items from ParcelMonkey, I wont be using them again because of the risk of inaccurate additional charges such as these which I have not experienced from other companies.

First off I didnt receive an email with label to print or links, so I had to go to the site the following day which delay the drop off by a day, the labels generated messed up the street name due to German language character ß by completely removing it, also why make compulsory to add consignee phone number and dont add it to the label ??, in the end it took 4 working days and not 2 as described.

Sorry to hear about the issue with the service, the couriers do not call ahead of making a collection and can collect between 8am and 6pm. If the item is not collected you can speak with our team on Live Chat from 8am to 9pm to rearrange a collection, or you can book a drop off service where you do not have to wait in for the goods to be picked up.
