This is the second and last time I will use Parcel Monkey. Webpage sucks you in with a cheap quote then when you put all your details in you find the first quoted price will increase. Then once I had paid I waited a couple of hours for the label to appear, never came so I had to contact PM via live chat, was told there is a problem with system which is why I didnt get the label, funny cos I had exactly the same problem the first time I used them and was told the same thing. I send 15-20 parcels a week so think I have a rough idea of how this should work, PM you need to pull your socks up if you think you can compete with other sites out there. You just lost me as a customer Im afraid ????.

Under £10 for return of very large parcel . Took to nearest uplift shop , then text updates to say it was delivered - 1 day service. Refund was in account within the week .
Excellent service at a reasonable cost , with the bonus of dropping the parcel at my convenience rather than having to stay at home . Would use again & recommend .

Pick up was good , tracking all ok but then it wasnt delivered due to not being able to find the address , was then told by the depot that the drivers dont go down small country tracks

Driver never showed up. Wasted a whole day waiting for the parcel to be collected. Phoned Parcel Force who told me they had come round at 2 to pick it up. I was in the whole day, no one showed up. I had to carry the large heavy package by hand to the nearest depot in the rain as I couldnt waste another day waiting for them to pick it up.

My parcels were split up and delivered randomly over the course of two weeks. Still waiting on my last box... Have contacted customer service, still no response or solution. When they finally arrived, the boxes were all bashed up and some of my books were ruined.

I had two parcels to send to separate addresses. I filled in Parcels Monkeys form to send a parcel and at the end of which You are invited to send another parcel. Fill this form and you find you have agreed to send both parcels to the same address...... I was advised to cancel the whole order and start again by the only helpful person at Parcel Monkey. I was then charged for everything .... Trying to sort their muddle out has proved impossible. Arrogant Thick , unhelpful. Never again . Find a reliable carrier and stick whith them .

It took only 3 days to receive my parcel from England to Portugal. Very quick and all the staff from DPD were very nice. Cant say the same about the parcel monkey team. Asked for help on the live chat (because the collection van didnt have my complete address) and they didnt do nothing to help me, so I just grabed my phone to contact DPD directly and they came back to my house to collect the parcel.

I received now confirmation email or even proof of an account. When I realised the date was wrong there was nothing I could do. Paid the full amount and received nothing back. Total waste of time.

Our daughter got married in April and moved to the US from the UK and to cut a long story short her birthday arrived in August and she was hyper homesick. We had to get a package to her and because of a late arrival of one item this side of the pond we got her thoughtfully prepared out with only 4 days to spare. Her Mum was very very sad and thought their was no way that Parcel Monkey could get the package their in the stated 4 days. But you know what they certainly did and we shared over FaceTime a wonderful first birthday away from home - this is true but my wife was in tears with happiness repeating thank you Parcel Monkey - you made my daughter and wife very happy so you did us very proud - many thanks.

Two weeks ago I have sent an International parcel to Europe. Theyve said and guarantee it will arrive in 4 days and Ive paid good money for this service, but the parcel arrived in 8 days. I would not use them again.

The delivery of my box was prompt taking 4 days. Posted in the UK and delivered today in the Algarve (Friday). Although the box was marked fragile, it arrived damaged and it was obvious that it had had a great weight on top of it, crushing it rather than being dropped. As a consequence 2 China mugs and a plastic mug inside were broken. Although the cost of the items were minimal it was just frustrating. Hence the 3 star review. I cannot fault the speed of the delivery.

I had never used this before, always thought a courier collection would be expensive and complicated. I had lots of options, chose one, paid online, printed the label and this big 20kgparcel which had sat in my kitchen for weeks was gone in one hour.

Following a lot of correspondence with Parcel Monkey through their issue reporting system my parcel eventually arrived - the lateness was in no way their problem but the inefficiency of the tracking process poor communication with the courier and the single form of communication process with me were a pain
