The post office charged me over £40 for this parcel.
Parcel monkey were around half of the price and the service was much better. Easy tracking online
I will definitely use this company again!

I have been sending parcels for my online business for over 6 months and after having difficulty locating a courier who would deliver to Lithuania I came across Parcel Monkey. The directed me to DPD and I paid for a collection the following day. 72 hrs later my parcel had still not been collected I had contacted Parcel monkey and DPD and tried to rearrange collection. To be fare both were useless. I then took it upon myself to drive 12 miles to my not so local DPD collection point to get the parcel moving. Really not happy so not in any hurry to use them again.

I sent my package via dpd which claims 8 days delivery max and it nowhere near reaching its destination 10days later For the same money I could have had parcelforce pick it up from my door and Id be there by now. Id definitely not be using dpd again as they clearly not consistent and ruined my experience with parcel monkey. At this rate the post office is faster..... and dpd cannot even keep to the time frames they even promise... Complaining about delivery time to parcel monkey isnt going to make it faster either. Please reconsider your partners and penalise when they dont keep to guidelines..

The Parcel Monkey website asked if I had any preference for what time my parcel was collected. I said an afternoon collection was preferred, but the courier turned up in the morning and told me I was the first collection of the day and he had not been told of any preference. Secondly, I was told the courier would arrive with printed labels, but he didnt have them with him and said he would print them off later. I was a bit worried about my (expensive) parcel being loaded onto the van without any label but the courier was reassuring that mine was the only very large parcel on the van so there would not be any mix up. My parcel did arrive in time to its destination but I would have felt more confident if the website had lived up to all its promises.

Weve sent a parsel of 15kg from the UK to Germany. Delivery was fast and at a good price. Parcel was slightly damaged but the content was fine.

The website was a little annoying as I had to keep filling out my information but once that was done I was very happy with the service and my parcels came earlier than expected which was very good

Parcel picked up Thursday midday, arrived Athens the following evening transported to the island and arrived within 5 days - excellent service by Royalmail Parcelforce and onward via the Greek Postal service - quickest delivery in the past two years.

It has been a great and quick way to send stuff back home and abroad UK. The main problem was with tracking system since I was entering the postcode and the tracking code and it was confusing since someties it said that no matches were found and sometimes it said that my parcel has been collected in the store in which I left the parcel. Anyway, great service!!

I booked one of your service to send a parcel to Italy through your courier DPD. Everything is been ok till the parcel was reaching Italy even if a bit in late but once it was in Italy; I had the worst experience since I do use courier services... It has been blocked in stock for couple of days because they have lost the correct address!!!! I had to contact them to go through the issue and today after ask them to hold it in stock,I got back from them that my parcel is been transfer to another place temporary waiting to be send again to me... The result is that Im so angry for the service received and Im still havent received my parcel!!!! Embarrassing and ridiculous!!!!!!!

I found the method of booking a service easy to follow. The parcels were picked up within the time scale indicated. The goods were delivered as advised, safely and without damage.

Everything was fantastic! The only thing I would say is that when you select a pick up from home, you should be advised that it could be between 8am & 6pm so you are prepared to wait around. You are only advised of this once your order has been placed

Paid my Money for 4 Packages to go from the UK to the US Didnt receive any email containing labels. Chat window person told me to hand write the address on the Box. Really ? Label email arrived 19 hours later In the US I was able to track the packages until it said "Addressee has been told to come and pick the packages up" Nowhere did it say where they were, Los Angeles, Houston, New York ??? a clue would have been nice. Chat window operator told me to wait until the next day, they - the US Parcel Monkey - couldnt help me Finally found the packages were at the local Post Office, so i went and got them. My goods arrived safely and quickly, Ill give them that. But the whole dealings with PMonkey was throughly unpleasant, and annoying.
