Had several parcels to send to my daughter - First parcel seamed to take an age because of the address, not set out like UK address. this has got better. my daughter is now receiving regular parcels. Easy system would recommend them to anyone.

Door to door they are ALOT cheaper than using the various available carriers directly.
Even my usual carrier Interlink/DPD couldnt match some of the prices I was getting via ParcelMonkey.
Ive just sent a parcel to the USA via Parcelforce (collect from me and deliver to door), would have cost approx. £80 if ordered directly, it actually it cost me £30.29 via ParcelMonkey.
Cant knock that ☺

good price, easy service. Posted with GPD to Poland, and got tracking from the UK DPD until the parcel left the UK, and then got separate tracking details from the Polish DPD division, giving me full piece of mind.

Firstly the driver decided he could not spare a few seconds for my dispatch team to get the parcel for him. I appreciate that you say they need to be ready on time but that was honestly ridiculous. As I try to arrange a recollection I run into to errors on your website. Naturally I look for a telephone number to call to sort this out over the phone. Then I learn that you have decided to axe the customer service? Fantastic. Stuck with an angry customer and wasted money.

Honestly the worst customer experience Ive ever had. And its still ongoing. Seriously seriously bad. No customer service number at all!! Cant even speak to a human. I really hope my situation gets solved soon.

I have been messed up by another courier for 4 days and I tried this company.Parcel not picked up,booked 1 day delayed so after 7 days my parcel is still with sender and for sure it will always be delayed for some unknown reasons.They said that they were contacting couriers but they didn`t.THEY DON`T HAVE A PHONE TO CALL DRIVERS AND DELIVERY COMPANY SO WHEN A PROBLEM THEY JUST SEND EMAILS AND THAT CREATES DELAYS AND DELAYS.All lies and false promises.Should be banned from trading standards.This company WILL BE REPORTED to watchdog and the relevant authorities.STAY WELL CLEARED.

Sorry to hear about the non collection, we do not pick items up as we resell courier rates. If the carrier fails to make a collection, log in to your Parcel Monkey account and you can speak one to one with our advisors. They can then contact the courier for you, and get it picked up as soon as possible or fix any issue with the collections as it sounds you may be having, maybe an address problem.

All I wanted was a label to put on a parcel. It had already been paid for by the recipient. Had to create account and once id done that, I couldnt see my label anywhere. I ended up delivering it myself as I was embarrassed of the delays to the recipient. I wouldnt use again.

In my opinion parcelmonkey is very easy to use and has a very clear overview of the services and the procedure. I just realised later on that it is a little more expensive than its competitors (e.g. Parcelhero), who do pick up services for the same price. Another thing, maybe not 100% related to parcelmonkey itself, is that my parcels where just left randomly in the entrance hall of the building. I am glad that no one took them because it would have been easy for someone to just take them and leave. I specifically wrote down to which appartment they have to be delivered..

Website a little tricky at first and took a bit of finding again once we lost it. Once we got to grips with it properly worked fine. Was able to use local post office to send parcel which arrived promptly.

Title says it all...Parcel was picked up the next day and arrived 4 working days later in Germany. The only thing I would have wished for: an email saying the approximate pick-up time...Luckily I only had to wait until 12pm but I couldnt make any plans for that day. But otherwise...Great :)

The parcel was delivered within the time frame but the courier didnt wait for my daughter to answer the buzzer in her apartment block and now she has to go to the post office to pick up the parcel
