Ruined my PC, refused to refund because I cant provide invoice for a PC case bought years ago. Id like to congratulate their couriers for giving a beating good enough to bend multiple times 13kg box made from 2mm SECC steel packed in a cardboard and a few layers of foam and bubble wrap, because bending motherboard enough to take the CPU out of the socket is not worth a mention. My apologies for not keeping all the invoices and receipts for years, from now on this will be a purpose of my life. It is obvious that I incorrectly packed my PC just to swindle £100 from courier company and play for 3 months on a 14" laptop. EDIT: To Parcel Monkey - I posted this review because my claim was unsuccesful. I want others to know that you will not refund their loss.

Unfortunately I was unable to use your service. I was out of the country and my friend meant to post the parcel. Unfortunately he couldnt find the store in Hook therefore he used Hook Post office who charged him over 13 pounds. I havent used your services and unfortunately got charged over £25 to send one parcel.

Our Response: Hello, sorry to hear about this issue. I have looked into the order and it was a DPD drop off one. The local address to drop off was Grand Parade, Hook, RG27 9HF in case the service is needed in the future. The DPD branding will be outside the store. Please get in touch if you did not use the service and we can cancel and refund. I have also provided a Google Streetview so you can see where it is should you want to use the DPD store again. We booked two collections with parcelforce at 2 weeks interval for multiple packages to be sent to France, both went without a hitch and the parcels arrived after only 48 hours. The only small issue is that you have to be in potentially all day, because you dont know at what time the parcels are going to be picked up (it was in the morning both times for us)

This review is more directed to DPD than to Parcel Monkey. Parcel Monkey is great to show you the cheapest options when you wish to ship something. However, I would like to raise awareness at how absolutely HORRIBLE DPDs shipping was. I shipped a couple of moving boxes from London to Sweden and when the boxes finally arrived, they had more of a cylindric shape than rectangular. So many things were broken and it look like someone had driven a fork lift right into a couple of the boxes. One of the boxes contained a statue I had bought from an arts dealer - this box I had taken extra care of to make sure that it wouldnt break - loads of bubble wrap, blankets, pillows, lots of tape. When it arrived, it was all in pieces. When I moved to London from Sweden, all the boxes that arrived were in good condition (I believe it was via FedEx or UPS). I would not recommend anyone to choose DPDs services even if they are the cheapest option - I lost roughly £2,000 worth of goods because of their handling of my boxes.

Pickup was on time although delivery was delayed, but this is relatively normal in Italy. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Good prices shown by Parcel Monkey and helpful customer support. Used Parcel Force and box took 2 days to get to France. Normal post often takes a week! Would definitely use again

First 2 x Parcel force, no problems. 3rd time, used DX as cheaper but driver didnt turn up with the label, as stated, then parcel not delivered next day, on tracking it says " address not found"...parcel will have taken 72 hours not 24. Parcel force had no problems with same address. I didnt receive any info on this delay. Wont be using DX again.

I used Parcel Monkey to find the best suitable service to transfer my keys from one part of London to the other. I was amazed of how easy everything was from searching among all services to order and pay for my order. If I should suggest something, It might be to review your booking confirmations again. When I ordered it said that the driver will bring the requiered paperwork/shipping notes, but it did not say in the booking confirmations. Since the system did send me documents with the instruction to attach those on my parcel, this did confuse me a bit. But this is just a minor detail. I am very satisfied with your service overall.

First time Ive used parcel monkey I can say its so easy to use I was put onto parcel force who did pick up my parcel at 15.30 and brought it to my door the next day at 11.30. Thats from Wales to West Sussex in less than 24hrs and at a great price too thanks to parcel monkey. I will be using them a lot more in the future!!!!

I paid insurance on the delivery of a parcel worth over 350pounds sterling!!!!. Was met with 0 customer service. There is no number online for them. Have been sending emails already for 5 days now. Me and my partner sent moving boxes from UK to Germany. The shipment was fast, trustful, easy and really cheap. We got all the moving boxes in 2-4 days.
We taped and wrapped the boxes quite extreme, with several layers. When the boxes arrived they were still in one part, however the boxes seem to have been going through a lot - plastic was teared and boxes were not really the shape we sent them in. Were happy with the shipment, however recommends everyone not to send their dearest things and also to use way more plastic wrapping around boxes than you might think is necessarily.

PM36105354530790 case number 5 months on and i have not received a refund Still waiting for my refund from parcel monkey Parcel Monkey lost my birth certificate and apostile they offered me a refund of just the cost of the postage to send the document, which they never did. i did not accept their offer for postage as I had to order a new birth certificate and apostile . They asked for evidence of the cost which i send in. Now they are saying it is to late to accept my evidence of cost. They will not pay back the money I spent for the service that I never got. I will keep writing about this company bad service until l get my money back. Why should I lose money Edit

I had an irregular shaped large parcel to send that the usual couriers I use couldnt take. I used parcel monkey and liked that you can search using the exact measurements of your parcel which saves time when the search results come up. Also has the convenience of paying with PayPal

I received an email with the label and collection information whilst at work. I returned home to find parcel force had been to collect 20, mins before I received the email I then took the parcel directly to parcel force who dealt with everything in a professional manner

Ive used DPD before and have had pretty good service, but this time was awful. I added driver notes on my order to direct the driver to deliver to the recipients neighbours (choice of 3 designated neighbours) in the event of the recipient being unavailable at time of delivery. The driver failed to act on this during the first attempted delivery. That night, both I and the recipient made contact with DPD to ensure that the driver notes were followed and confirmation was received from DPD by the recipient. The next day, the same driver FAILED to follow the instructions, after which the intended recipient was instructed that he had to collect the parcel himself from an address in the town centre. I complained to DPD suggesting that they should deliver it as originally instructed AND issue a refund. I have heard nothing since. Then, two days later, I receive a chirpy automated email asking me to complete a review of the service Ive encountered...... How about this ?......I STILL WANT A REFUND
