Very quick but no care for the parcels. Boxes smashed. Make sure you tape it properly.

Had some issues to start off with, mainly because their address requirements are so rigorous that non-standard addresses are refused at point of booking, causing the customer to alter it to be accepted. This is where the problems begin... But, after 5 amendments later through a time-consuming web email chat, the parcel was collected just one day late and arrived overseas in a really fast time. I would use again, purely because the pricing is insanely attractive in comparison to their competitors. However, I would be much happier if they allowed non-standard addresses to be entered (some people live in places like 55-65 Napier Road, the hyphen was rejected).

On the Monday I requested a courier to pick up,for next day delivery,package large and heavy,no mention whilst asking and paying for service that theres a maximum size.left a messege that I wouldnt be home so there would be a place the package would be. Tuesday came home to find package still where I left it,live chatted with a chap who told me either drop it off at a collection point or wait another24-48hours for it to be picked up.the first choice wasnt possible so I had to wait for it to be picked up....came back from work the next day ...still there ...back to live chat again,asked to speak to the manager...no joy.i ended up phoning parcel force direct and getting a new contract with them,as they told me parcel monkey had not passed the messege on that I would not be home and the package was in a safe place Wasted three days and the package was late getting where it needed to be....how hard can it be??

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, if you can obtain a quote via our website and the dimensions provided by you are accurate, the goods will be collected. If it is too large it will say on the site that Parcel Monkey cannot help with this shipment.
We can hand over notes to the courier left by you on the booking, however we cannot guarantee that they will observe these as we do not physically collect the items ourselves. If you are not in we recommend to use a drop off service to a depot or PO, or even leave the item with a neighbour who will be in when the driver comes to collect.

Would recommend this service. Sent a parcel 20k from UK to KOS. they said 4 days and 4 days it was. No problems at all. Picked up when they said and delivered in perfect condition.

When someone quote a price which is too good to be true, it is too good to be true. The parcel was supposed to be picked up on 13th June and courier never showed up. Had to chase them to pickup the parcel... And from 15th to 28th (as of today) the parcel is sitting on a warehouse due to someone misplacing the documents (which were handed over to the courier at the time of pickup). All the inquiries are promptly answered with a canned/predictable responses of "we are following up" but never got a solution and parcel never moved. Unacceptable service!

Sorry to hear about your issue, we do not collect the parcels, we take the order and hand the details to the courier you choose on our site. The documents required will also be handed over by the customer to the courier attached to the parcel and if they come off the parcel if not securely attached the goods will be delayed. However, we can send them a new copy to assist you, to the courier who has the item should the tracking show they are missing. As we do not hold the goods, we do have to wait on courier updates so apologies for any delays this has caused you.

The fact that they dont have a contact number is ridiculous. Replys are painfully slow on their chat. They stated (for 7 days) that they were waiting for the parcel to arrive at their depot. I called the depot and they told me that the parcel had been there for the previous 5 days. They then told me that I would recieve a tracking number on tuesday and the parcel would be delivered on wednesday. Neither happened and we didnt get a reply to our messages until the following monday where they asked us to describe what the box looked like. they have now said today (4weeks later) that they have finally found the box and that it will be returned to us. I asked for a tracking number and delivery date but, of course, there was no response. I will never use their service again and I advise everyone else to do the same and look elsewhere

We do not have a phone line as we offer Live Chat support from 8am to 9pm and also an email service, as we do have to wait for couriers who handle your goods to come back to us. I am not sure what depot you refer to here, as we do not have one as a reseller. Please let our team know the order details so they can look into this with the courier and we will be happy to assist.

So easy to use and reliable, only comment is on both occasions I re ieved an email stating a follow up email would arrive within 30 mins. This did not happen it was in the next 24hrs which meant we were unsure what was happening but it came through and all good.

I placed the order midday Tuesday and the parcel arrived Friday morning, from the UK to south of France. The labels were sent to me which I then had to scan and email through to the person sending the parcel so an option to have the labels sent to someone other than the person requesting the order would be a good idea.

I was surprised by how inexpensive it was to have large parcels (25kg) collected and sent to the Czech Republic. Very little admin, very efficient service, delivery was 4 working days later. The prices I found on Parcel Monkey seemed to be substantially lower than when I tried to navigate the indivividual website of the carrier which I had chosen through them. Would definitely use this service again.

It has been one week since my parcel was collected from 77 heathfield Swansea. I contacted DPD today and they have informed me my parcel is in England in Parcel monkeys depot! I have been trying to contact parcel monkey all morning and have been unable to talk to anyone!! I am not happy and i want someone to contact me immediately!!

Excellent service. We had to return a fairly large item that we had bought in China (wasnt suitable). It took five days to get there and the tracking service was amazing. We were able to follow the parcel all the way. We would definitely recommend Parcel Monkey

third (& last) time in a row parcel monkey (well named) let me down. 27 May sent a parcel to South Africa. intial quote was £60, whcih went to £90 after I quoted my customer. no follow up till I tried to track. then was told needed extra number. which I supplied but took over an hour to ask & find/ reply so item was returned to me. 27 June utterly disgusting experience never to be repeated. was told Id get a refund upon receipt, THEN told 3-5 working days wait, everything is a let down with PM NEVER use them, they blame the coureirs THEY recommend/ use, and never take resposnsibility for anything, use anyone use a donkey just avoid these well bunch of monkeys, UPDATE to PM reply; I have tried tickets. emails, and live chat, it takes on average SIX times to get an answer to a question, and than as here you usually blame others for everything. still waiting for refund. hopeless company go direct if you want to send anything anywhere.

Sorry to hear you have had an issue with Parcel Monkey, the quick quote gets a price based on weight however should the item be large too the price can go up once you get a full quote with all your details added. We do not handle the goods so returns are carried out by either customs or the courier, so we would need to look into this and see why they sent it back. Please raise a support ticket and the team can advise more on the return based on the couriers info. If a refund has been advised, just pop on Live Chat and the agent can assist from there getting this to you,

On the whole a good service, l had a problem because l dont have a printer and had to ask a neighbour to help out.
The charges for my l kg parcel were half the cost of the Royal Mail so on that basis l would definately use them again.
The fact the parcel was collected was a bonus.

I booked a shipment for a same day shipment the shipment was cancelled without informing me. when I contacted customer service to enquire, the only answer I received is "the shipment was cancelled on our system and you should rebook it for tomorrow" if I wanted it for next day I wouldnt book same day and how can you not know why it was cancelled ? and at least inform the customer !!!

booked to deliver a very large parcel through parcel monkey with parcel force. it was delivered 2 days late and then left unattended at the wrong address in the wrong post code, i had some random person texting me asking to get this massive parcel moved from outside my front door! the customer service i got to deal with this was poor from parcel monkey and got a load of excuses i had to ring parcel force myself and sort the problem with parcel monkey did nothing. i requested a refund and to speak to a manager and they are making this very difficult do not use them!!! spend that little extra

It is unlike them to have this sort of issue so please raise a Live Chat or a support ticket and we will look into this for you with them. The best way to speak with a manager as we do not have phone lines would be a support ticket with FAO Manager and they will pick this up from here.
