The pick up time was excellent, they gave one hour slot and they came within that hour. However, for the delivery they only said the day, which is really inconvenient. My box arrived in perfect condition.

Tricky situation - large parcel/box; fragile; urgent; from West Midlands to Scotland. Collected from our location, delivered to theirs the next day at a very reasonable price. Easy to sort out on-line. Good, clear comparisons and easy to navigate the choices (of which there were many). VG!

I booked DX to collect a business parcel. 1st collection attempt they didnt turn up, 2nd attempt they didnt turn up and yes you guess it 3rd attempt they didnt turn up!! I cancelled DX and booked with Parcel Force who I have to say were excellent. My parcel ended up being delivered over a week later than my first booking, very embarrassing for my business and I guess Parcel Monkey.

Pleased with service although I beloved I choose next day but when money was taken from my card confirmation came as 48 hour service.

Booked in service for same day collection. 1 hour later they told me they had to cancel the order and rebook for tomorrow. I paid more for a collection as the parcel needed to leave that day. I would of dropped it off at the post office if it wasnt going to leave until the following day. Didnt give me the option of changing the service to drop parcel off an refund for the difference. Messages from company no sorry, and they had the cheek to say that I booked it in for collection the following day when I have the message where they say they cancelled and re-scheduled. Use to use them 2-3 times a week. Never again. A good company resolves a problem.

Having recently used My Hermes, I was adamant I would never use them again whenever sending out parcels. It was due to this, I searched the net for other courier companies and thankfully I came across Parcel Monkey. Their fantastic customer support throughout the booking process really put my mind at ease and the process seemed so much easier. Will definitely be using them again to send parcels. Thank you!

Used parcelforce 24 and they collected on the correct day but the parcel was not delivered the next day. Recipients of parcel waited in all day and were very unhappy.

Had no problems sending a parcel. The quotes were much cheaper than parcelforce. Saved me about £10 for euro shipping. Would use again!

Dont know why im even doing a review for a service i havent recieved. Parcel still isnt lifted. The collection date keeps get puttimg back without my request. Couldnt actually be a worse service as there is no service at all despite getting in contact and making their customer service aware of my issue. Would not use again not even if i was paid.

Parcel was collected midday Wednesday (great that I did not have to wait in all day) and delivered in France two days later. 19kg, increased insurance level and all for £17.26p. Could not be more impressed and would definitely use this company again and recommend to others.

A great service to use for sending presents etc back home to Uganda with the only problem encountered at Kampala where unscrupulous members of a company charged with delivering my parcels wanting bribes or unexpectedly add taxes to a particular delivery for no particular reason. Everything works out really smoothly in England but its just at the other end in Uganda problems are encountered!!

The total weight was 42Kg, the price I paid was very cheap:less than 40 Pounds. Both boxes arrived safely in 4 working days. I definitely raccomend parcelmonkey for your international deliveries and I will certainly use parcelmonkey again.

There is friction at the post office , they cant issue me with a receipt as there is no barcode on printed off label. They suggested having item collected from home in future. This could be a problem if I am not at home.

Great comms. Excellent service, Used a pick up and delivery service arranged through Parcelforce 48 and all ran very smoothly including being able to track your parcel. First Class, on my contacts now and will certainly use again.

I choose Parcel Monkey to sent a package to Argentina, they picked up the package on September the 7th, I paid for a door to door express service arriving within 4-5 days. Yesterday, October the 10th, my brother in Argentina had to do a trip of 346km. to collect the package and paid the 50% of the declared value. Parcel Monkey contracted out Courier to do the delivery, and this awful courier claimed that they do not do deliveries in the destination area of the package. First: Why they accepted my payment and collect the package if they do not deliver in destination? Second: I wrote to Parcel Monkey, and their answer is even worst, if I want to make a formal complaint, I have to write a letter (regular mail) to them. I have to spend more money to receive an answer to my problem. I went through a living hell with this company and with Courier, and they do not care about anything. Never ever using their services again, be aware and do not use this company, if you have any problem, nobody is going to help you.

I am very sorry to hear of this negative experience, we do not handle the parcels as a reseller but we do work closely with the carriers our customers choose on our quote engine to resolve issues such as this. All items are sent with customs duties unpaid as this amount is taken by customs in the destination and are payable by the recipient. Please do raise a support ticket from your account and put FAO Manager so we can look into this issue with DHL.

Very quick and efficient service

Essentially a cheap and efficient way to use Parcelforce service without paying PF prices. Website is easy to use. Instructions are clear. System relies on having a printer available to print the labels. Not many people have large adhesive sheets available to print the large labels. Ordinary paper can only be fixed round the edges with tape, which means the labels can easily be torn on the surface odf the parcel during handling. The default printer setting means the label is printed in the top left-hand corner of an A4 sheet, leaving no space to stick it on round the edges without covering parts of the label. Would be better if label appeared in the middle of the paper. Also label printing procedure is more complicated than ideal. Would be easier if labels could be generated when order is placed and paid for. Facility for taking parcel to post office is very convenient for people who are not in during the day. Few other couriers offer this type of facility, and none via the post office except Parcelforce which is about double the cost. Delivery to an address in France via standard service only took a couple of days.
