I used parcel monkey to send several parcels abroad. It showed me the best options available. I received great service from all providers. All parcels arrived within 3 days of posting and it was good value for money.
I will definitely use Parcel Monkey again.

We used Parcel Monkey for the first time. We were sending Biscuits to Poland. The parcel was picked up on time, we had updates on the progress and an email telling us when the parcel would be delivered. Google soon changed the Polish to English and we were able to notify our Polish friends when the parcel was being delivered. When it arrived it was unwrapped and all the biscuits were delivered in tack. Well done Parcel Monkey, got it right first time and delivered a fully in tack parcel. A*

Have used Parcelmonkey several times whenever their price for the given parcel was the lowest. This time I had the parcel picked up within a few hours on the same day and delivered abroad just a few days later. Across several platforms it was the cheapest price for my large parcel. A 3 day service it was even cheaper than other platforms and Parcelmonkeys own 5 day services. Only very slight nag is that you have to wait around 10 mins for your label to get produced. I imagine that being a bigger problem if you have many parcels to send.

Item still hasnt arrived. Booked a 24hr service 5 days later it still hasnt arrived. The tracking information has not been updated since it was collected so useless having the system. Customer service is terrible have no idea where my parcel is. Say they will get an update and contact me but they dont Sham of a company DO NOT USE

Parcel Monkey offers great prices and using it was easy and efficient; I received an immediate confirmation email along with a tracking link. Problem was, I ordered 48 hour express delivery via Parcel Force and the actual collection and delivery process took three and a half days, thats not including Sunday, which made four and a half days processing time. I am concerned that, because Parcel Monkey offers such cheap prices - on this occasion about half what a direct order through Parcel Force would have cost - the carrier puts these referred orders on the back burner: if they are making less profit perhaps they put their direct orders first. Might try Parcel Monkey again using a different carrier.
