Parcel Monkey offered by far and away the best price for a Parcelforce service to Greece. Booking was easy and collection was on time, the tracking links were fantastic and overall a great service.

The online experience was great. I needed some advice and used online chat, which was very helpful. Dropped the package at a local shop, which was very convenient and saved the need to wait for a collection. Drop-off was also cheaper. The package was delivered on time. Great service and half the price the post office quoted me.

Been in a discussion with a customer rep for over a week now who is refusing to refund because apparently I didnt use enough bubblewrap... the item was packaged in 3 sheets of bubble wrap but everytime I try to explain this they respond with some ****py pre-written response. And apparently because I didnt pack it in some polystyrene ****, its my fault it got damaged not the courier who somehow broke an item packaged extremely well, makes me wonder what the hell they actually do to the parcels they have. Stay away from these guys.

Parcel still to be collected so unable to provide an accurate review but the proof of the pudding will be if the item goes missing. From other reviews about the small print and terms and conditions, parcel monkey do not come out favourably in this regard but are cheap and cheerful compared to another national delivery company.

It is the worst experience I have ever had. Firstly, they failed to collect the parcel on time. After collection they failed it to deliver it because of some unclear issues. Finally they lost my parcel!!! The customer service is poor. You just can’t get an answer from them. They promise to provide info about the parcel tracking as soon as possible but NOTHING! Be careful with this guys!!!

Nothing to say except great price and easy to use.
However, the 2/3 delivery indicated from DHL are not respected. My parcel will take about 10 days to reach it destination.
2 emails sent to DHL 0 answer :(

Really useful service, but i didnt received any instructions on labeling the parcel. ie, what size to print out, where to put it etc. I had to use the online chat to ask about all this. Thought this would have been provided in the email confirmation, or online in my account somewhere. Apart from that, it was great.

Sent 4 parcels 3 collected on time the 4th is still waiting collection tried to re book site crashed poor communication with customers room for big improvement still out of pocket for non collected item

Parcel was collected within the hour that was stated. Delivered to its destination a day before the date stated. Would definitely use this company again.

My friend sent me some car parts and packed them very well. The parcel arrived Later than quoted and in a terrible state. The box was so bad it had been wrapped in the delivery companies tape to keep it together. I would not trust DPD to deliver a Xmas card.

Wont remove my saved credit card details from their files, asked 5 times now and no response, I will have to close my account down. I never ever select an option to save my credit card details with any company so have no idea how it happens with Parcel Monkey. I can only assume it was done without my permission.

It took a few attempts to get the parcel registered and label downloaded, but after that first class. 3 days from UK to Italy, and excellent value.

Ive been using parcel monkey for years now and have sent hundreds of parcels all over the world with them. Their website is simple, easy to use and their prices, generally unbeatable which is why I go back. However god help you if theres a problem as their customer service is rubbish and basically no help at all. Basically no customer service!! Ive had parcels go missing to never be found, not been picked up etc and while obviously the courier is partly to blame for this its the way in which they deal with problems that is terrible and completely unhelpful. Not once has the process of submitting a claim been easy, its an uphill struggle. Most the time your questions are ignored only for them to answer with the same copy and paste response that doesnt help at all or answer anything you asked. Email after email later and you dont seem to get anywhere. Once a large expensive parcel was completely lost so I had to claim back the insurance on it, now I know this is usually difficult but with parcel monkey the process was horrendous and they just didnt want to help at all! The problem is their prices are so competitive that you have to use them for good rates with ebay items etc but all I can say is pray that something doesnt go wrong!!

This is the first time I have ever used a courier to send items international, the service is fantastic, easy local drop off points, able to track my parcel and even got an email to tell me it was near my delivery point and the day it would be delivered. Will be using this service again.

Useless ! One of the worst couriers I have used in 14 years. 3 failed attampts to collect yet the same carrier colected when I booked in by another broker. Forced to use char suport which is based in the Philines and no phone support. Avoid this company !

We booked an express delivery for the Friday, the night before we received a message stating the package will be collected between 9-10am. The following day, the courier arrived at 8.30am and when asked to wait 2 minutes so the receptionist could retrieve the package, he refused and left the building. I then contact them to ask what happened, and when he would be back, he wasnt coming back. They had postponed the delivery until Monday. Monday arrived, we waited all day. Nothing. Bear in mind the package should have been delivered by Tuesday AM. When asked when the courier was coming for pick up, they told us he wasnt, and to wait until Tuesday. He finally collected it on Tuesday, however, it was too late to call a win. Very disappointed.
