Parcel monkey is very reliable and gives afordable prices. They also have an online help center if you have any queries. Love the fact my parcel is tracked. I was able to send 30kg for only £13. Best bargin ever.

One of my DPD Pickup parcels took 4 days to be picked up yet another was picked up the next day so its a bit hit and miss. Not sure if I will use it again or not.

Very good service; we found ParcelMonkey after being quoted £94.87 to send a parcel to the States with Parcel Force, on ParcelMonkey it was £33.58 with Parcel Force - a huge difference. Collection was prompt and delivery times are excellent. Thoroughly recommend.

I used Parcel Monkey to deliver a large package to Germany. They were excellent value for money (including insurance) in comparison to other services. The collection driver was very courteous and collected the package even if I had not printed the label as they had requested. Goods were delivered in 2 days. A very satisfied customer

Parcel Monkeys third party, lost the customs documentation somewhere between the drop-off point (Rowlands pharmacy), the courier (DPD) and customs. THen expected me to pay for their failure.

We chose the time slot 4pm - 8pm as nobody would be in before then. The delivery arrived at 13.55 (cctv). When customer services was called we were told they would send them straight back....nobody ever came back that evening. First time weve used this and not impressed

Great service, delivered thru Parcelforce at half the price on the Parcelforce website. Placed the order at 07:30 and collected by 11:00. Will definitely use these guys again.

Unlike some other courier service companies the Parcel Monkey webpage is very easy to navigate and complete. The prices are easy to work out and they are fair and reasonable, and one can choose to pay by Paypal, The tracking number allows you to see where the parcel is on an almost hourly basis. They pick up and deliver exactly when they say they will.
I thoroughly recommend this company.

Generally very good service except for receiving an e.mail stating that my parcel had been dispatched and was in Southampton before I had even printed my labels.

Had to urgently get a parcel to South Africa. There price were good and we paid. When it came to delivery it was just missing. Parcel Monkey offered no help and that was so Frustrating. We spend over a 100 pounds to get our parcel but no luck. Very bad service, no telephone number a person can call.

We wanted two heavy parcels to go to rural France. The updates via email plus the tracking on-line coupled with the picking up of the parcels, to the speed they were sent to France and the delivery to Basse Normandy a day earlier than estimated was the cherry on the cake. Thank you and very much recommended.

After entering details of the package and destination the Parcel Monkey website came up with 3 alternative quotes one of which was just what we wanted. The package was collected on the day chosen and was delivered in 2 days. A trouble free arrangement. Most impressed. I would most certainly recommend Parcel Monkey.

After the parcel was dropped off there was no update available. The next day the tracking said the parcel had been received at the pick up place. It is now more than six days and there is no answer to my complaint from the company DPD. There is still no indication that the parcel has arrived.I will never use this service again. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

Item was sent to the customer, packaging used was original manufacturing packaging however item was damaged, so I opened a claim and my claim was refused even though the packaging was securely packaged as it was by the original manufacturer of the pc case.

Packaging from the original manufacture may not be enough for an item to stay protected as it travels through a courier network, especially if this involves International movement. Our packaging guidelines give clear detail on what our customers should do but once again I am sorry to read that your item has become damaged.

They charged me extra money due to size of box even though they squashed it down at one end making the dimensions longer. Just a scam and they show you no proof of this and dont care in the long run as you sign your credit card detail away to them. You should be giving me money back for ruining my parcel.

We do not carry out additional charges unless there is supporting evidence and we will gladly provide this to our customers should they question the charge.

Having booked my Parcel for collection, I was told I needed to print a label and would receive said label in an email within 30mins. When the email did come through an hour later, I left to print the label at my husbands office 5 mins round the corner as I do not have a printer at home. In this time a driver arrived to another courier. Despite me providing my contact number, he did not contact me, and when our builder arrived and called me to say the driver was there, the driver was extremely rude, and refused to wait for me to get back despite me telling him I was 2 mins away. He put the phone down on me, although did tell the builder he would come back later in the day, which he did. In the end my parcel was collected that day but he whole process was painful.

The website was generally easy to use but could be better - I had to put in the same information several times to complete the order. I was very unhappy to find out - after the parcel was delivered and nothing could be changed - that when the carrier collected it they had decided the volumetric weight was incorrect (in spite of this being printed on the box itself) and that actually the shipment would cost more than I had paid. If the information requested was not sufficient to determine the charge then this should be resolved at the point of payment, or collection at the latest - not after the entire process has been completed and the customer has no ability to rectify the situation. (It was also extremely frustrating that Parcelforce were unable to give even an approximate time for collection, only a date, which meant spending an entire day doing nothing but waiting for them to show up, but I understand that this is out of your control.)
