Very easy service. Weigh the parcel, arrange pick up and pay online. Print off tracking label and drop off at local depot, a pharmacy in our case. Parcel delivered - no issues. Very good value. Happy.

it has been three months! I dont understand how this company can even be trading. Every single comment is a negative one by frustrated customers like me. Three months to deliver a package which should have taken few days. The package have been sitting (after it was returned to the UK) at a Slough depot for more than a month and every time I get the same "we are chasing the courier" rubbish. I called the courier a month ago and was able to track the parcel in 5 minutes. Unfortunately they wont allow me to deal with it as Parcel Munkey should do it but they cant be bothered "as a matter of fact the courier said we are waiting instructions from the Monkeys". And they? They cant be bothered to pick up the phone and sort it out. You should be ashamed of the service you offer. Running a successful business doesnt mean to provide the standard service you are suppose to provide as much as providing a great service when something goes wrong and fix it asap, something you dont even know the meaning of. And please do not embarrass yourself by asking what the parcel number is, as we have been talking day in day out for months and it will only show once again that you have no idea what you are doing. Nor give me the lazy excuse that 99% of your customers are satisfied, because you dont have to lift a finger, except when something goes wrong and that is when you consistently fail. .. "we do not have phone support yet and we are unable to contact you" .. what a bag of nonsense! Pickup the phone, contact the courier, contact me and sort this out.

Paid for express delivery for a birthday gift to arrive in Italy in 2 days. The delivery took 6 days including the weekend. Why offer a service you cannot not fulfil. Will look into getting a refund forthe express delivery which did not take place.

Item delayed (adress went lost/distorted while handling the parcel from one courier to another) and badly damaged and they will not pay for it ( I could not check the parcel on time as I was travelling when it was arrived late!). Also pick up was delayed as they did not bother to com to my flat but just asked concierge. when I asked to escalate the issue (at the end they were late and they damaged the parcel) this was the answer Good Afternoon, As you have raised a dispute against the decision made therefore it was an escalation. Unfortunately our decision against your claim will not change. I will never ever use them again

Did everything they should, and did it well ... which isnt something that every company can boast. Easy to book, and delivered when they said they would. Recommended.

The parcel got there safe, nothing missing or damaged, no long periods in South African customs. Delivered on the day they said it would get there. Good service. Will use again.

I have used Parcelmonkey service to send a parcel from UK to India. The quoted price was the cheapest I can find. I had a little complication in sending the parcel (which is not very rare and happened probably because somebody scanned the wrong item in India), however the service help desk was prompt and helpful.
So, I will highly recommend this service.

It was easy to book and the website had clear instructions. The courier gave us a 1 hour window to collect and the package was delivered to Turkey within 5 days. As it was specialist material to help save a friends pet, it was perfect and the dog is improving.

Unlike Hermes, which are awful (see their reviews) most couriers selected by Parcel Monkey collect & delivery on time. Would highly recommend. You are given loads of options and thus can select the best one that suits you. Highly recommended. Thank You.

On the website it says I can send mobile phone but it was returned. Was made to pay for the first failed delivery and also was charged for returning the item back to my home address. Its been a while since I have messaged them but they have quite and nobody is answering... Last time I use them

I was obviously concerned as a first time customer but not only was the price good the delivery to Holland was so fast- near Christmas- I hardly had time to let my family know it was on its way. Great service thanks, must check weight next time though as Im not sure what happens if you pay for 2kg and its just over?? Does anyone know?

Paid for delivery and parcel never got picked up was told they try to collect when I was home. No card left and when I called parcel force they said it would be really collected on the Friday and nothing so called again then told system was down in the end I drove and hand delivered myself

Having had 3 out of 5 boxes damaged and providing pictures of the boxes that were damaged, This company has chosen to ignore the damage that has been done by the couriers they use. When all packages were originally sent i had 1 box arrived before all the others and it took over an hour to get any form of response from the "typically replies within a few minutes" Web chat team. Will not use this company again. Suggest people avoid at all cost if shipping to another country. Wish i had just went with TNT or UPS

My most recent customer had her parcel sitting outside her door all day and it was slightly damaged too. Its all a gamble using this type of service no matter the company you use. Parcel Monkey is the best I have used tho. Very simple and easy to book.

I had to chase the parcel for it to arrive to the other end. I paid for a service meant to take no more than 2 days and it took almost a week!
