Wont recomend ! Works good until issue arise. Sent a new mobile phone to Malta, was returned as prohibited goods. What ? Used differnt couriers before and only Parcel Monkey cant deliver to Malta. So phone was returned to me, and gues what... Phone unsealed, box smashed and screen damaged. And now Parcel Monkey doesnt respond to my messages

What a service! I came to Parcel Monkey after trying for over 3 weeks to have a package collected with Courier Point and being extremely unhappy with their service (or lack thereof) cancelled the order and luckily stumbled across Parcel Monkey. I wish I had been with them from the get go! The purchase process was very easy, there were 4 drop off zones in walking distance to the sending address and after having the boxes picked up on a Wednesday in London they arrived safely and without issue in Canada the following Monday.
All for a greatly discounted price!
I highly recommend.

Saw some not so encouraging reviews of Parcel Monkey, after Id already booked the service (hadnt time to research properly plus I needed the parcel collected from my place). No need to worry, ParcelForce guy collected from my door, and it arrived on time on the other side. It was also very competitively priced, very. Great job. Cant complain

Wasted a whole on parcel collection and it courier didnt even show up, and now have to waite another 24 hours. Will never use agin

Totally shocked and disappointed with the service of parcel Monkey. My items could not be delivered to me as they were returned to the depot as damaged in transit. Avoid at all costs!

I am very impressed by Parcel monkey. The website is easy to use. I send parcels to Mongolia which is a little off the beaten track. However, there have been no problems at all.

I import into New Zealand for my shop, the supplier shipping was really expensive so I got a quote from Parcel Monkey, it was half the price, booked and paid for it. My delivery was picked up from the UK the following day and was delivered to me 4 days later. Great service!

I found the service offered by Parcel Monkey excellent and so simple to set up and pay for. Fill in details of your parcel weight, you get an instant choice of various couriers, prices and timelines. I would use this service again and recommend it to anyone needing to send a package. The company communicated clearly by e-mail, picked up the parcel within a one hr window and delivered within a few days ( my parcel went from the UK to Spain).

Booked a parcel collection with DPD which turned out to be a drop-off at a local Matalan branch which had only just started the service that morning. None of the staff had been trained and I was in the store for almost half an hour. There wasnt another option close by or I would just have taken the parcel away.

Sent a few parcels with them. Took 4 days to update me with the realtime status of the issue. Paid for 2-4 day delivery - Joke as it took them over 7 days to deliver. Another delivery took 0ver 20 days.

Very handy being able to compare rates from different companies. DPD website a little tricky to navigate and to input required info (no punctuation caught me out) but Ill know next time. Handy being able to take parcel to a drop-off, rather than waiting in for a driver.

Seems like it takes 2 (or more) weeks to ship something from the UK to Germany. Seriously? And having a company in between doesnt necessarily help with any inquiries as they take forever to get answered. I am very disappointed.

Several small problems encountered - first time, parcel not picked up, etc. etc. Finally, parcel had to be returned to sender - requiring another delivery fee (which seemed expensive considering it was a local delivery) to which Parcel monkey threw on a further Admin fee of 5 pounds. I understand that theyre more a management company (using a variety of couriers which you can choose from), but overall, just didnt seem like a fluid process when things went wrong...

Found Parcel Monkey easy to use and gave me a better price for service plus compensation than other sites and even going direct to Royal Mail. Lost one star because I was never sent an e-m providing instructions as promised so I had to find out for myself. Would recommend.
