Im a regular user of Parcel Monkey and usually its pretty good, but my last experience was a 24hr guaranteed via Parcel Force and it took 48hrs. I understand this is the courier, but Im still having to explain to my customer why it didnt arrive. But the worst experience is a parcel that went missing three months ago and I am still waiting for Parcel Monkey to make good on the insurance claim for this. I opened a ticket and was constantly informed that it was being looked into, but I still havent had a resolution and the ticket was closed 3 weeks ago. Am currently looking for another delivery agent.

Delivery was quick, although the item was damaged in transit. Must have been thrown about. It had fragile tape all over the parcel.

A good experience all the way from signing up to receiving the delivery in Spain. Ill definitely be using Parcel Monkey again.

I dropped the international parcel at a local collection point on Friday early afternoon for a 2 delivery day to Italy. I expected the parcel to delivered in 2 working days (so by Tuesday). It was only delivered on Thursday morning. The courier involved was DPD and the online information on the progress of the delivery was very poor.

Even tho I requested pickup 2 days in advance the packsge was not collected to 3 days afterwards and no explanation given only a rud collector saying where is the package I am in a hurry, will not concider using parcel monkey again there are a lot more friendlier couriers elsewhere

I have used parcel monkey in the past but more recently have been using another company with the a number in their name. I had a disagreement with them and they would not listen to reason and hence Ive come back to parcel monkey and Im glad I did.

Booked a Saturday delivery. Didnt arrive until Monday. They said sorry and hit me with their terms and conditions. Wont be using again.

I wanted to send a parcel to the Netherlands from the UK. I went to my local post office to find that it was going to cost £48 with Parcel Force as it was just over the Royal Mail 2Kg weight limit.
I was recommended to use Parcel Monkey for the first time by a friend. I was amazed to find that the cheapest option was Parcel Force and the cost was a third of that offered to me by my local Post Office.
I will certainly be using Parcel Monkey in the future.

Booking the courier was easy, straightforward and reasonably priced. Item was picked up quickly but didnt arrive st destination within the specified 48 hour period. Spoke to someone at parcel force who clearly had an attitude problem, found her very abrupt and only apologised as an afterthought!

Unbelieveable! Not only did they not collect the parcels, forcing us to pay for a taxi to deliver it ourselves but you cant contact them or the courier, the courier then turned up a day and a half late despite us cancelling the order. They then dont refund your money very quickly and failed to cancel the second order again even after being asked 3 times and the courier yet again still turned up!! If you want to be robbed blind, please use them, otherwise AVOID AT ALL COSTS you will not get the service you are paying for and not one of them apologised for the issues! They dont even warrant 1 star - willing to bet any 5 star reviews are made up accounts!

It is astonishing that when getting a quote you can change dimensions and weight with good margins up and down, the price stays the same. I am not a business shipping regularly quantities of goods, more an individual using the scale in the bathroom to determine the weight. It is then when after 2 weeks you get an extra charge because the shipment had a volumetric surplus of 0.6...... You should advice customers not trying to be specific, rather they should put in the top specs for the quoted price range.

Tried to get a parcel collected from Tenerife, all went through ok. Advised they would generate labels and send to me, to forward on to Tenerife. Labels kept failing, each time it took 3 hours between regenerating, and failure. They told me to keep rebooking, and paying. And then had to chase for refunds. Shocking service.

Easy and straight forward to book my parcel delivery on-line followed by easily finding a local drop off point and completed by a super fast delivery time! Add that to it being the cheapest I could find to deliver a parcel to Singapore, and you have one very happy customer! Highly recommended!!

I sent an international parcel via Parcel Monkey, a few days later I was sent an email saying that the parcel was going to be returned to me as, its contents are in contravention of our Terms and Conditions, and I would be charged an extra £5 for the return. They could not give any explanation of why it did not comply, when challenged. It transpired that Parcel Monkey had issued the wrong tracking number to the couriers they had used and the couriers rejected the parcel because of this, not because the parcel had a problem. A trawl around various consumer websites shows that other people appear to have experienced similar problems with Parcel Monkey. When pushed they only wanted to offer a partial refund. Avoid this incompetent bunch of cowboys.

Service is ok and so far totally reliable. But despite measuring parcels for overseas destinations, annioyed to be billed further when packages are "laser scanned" for size. So potential savings are lost when additional costs are added.

They originally misquoted me, then didnt cancel the courier so the courier picked up a packaged I no longer wanted picked up and charged me for it. Incredibly frustrating not being able to speak to someone on the phone. All live chat exchanges were useless. Unapologetic in their dire service. I will never ever use them again.
