Urgently required to pay for the parcel insurance. But in reality, everything is compiled so that the insurance benefit is not available.

Easy to review prices and choose the best fit for me. Once I had chosen the DPD website had great advice on how to package my parcel. Picked up as requested on Tuesday and arrived in Limoges on Thursday exactly as advertised. I would have no reservations in recommending Parcel Monkey to others.

I was originally worried about shipping items when moving internationally so we did one test ship of just clothes to find out how it arrived. It arrived to my parents door just a few days later and was in perfect condition, despite having limited tape and using a re-used box. They came and picked up the box without any issues, and delivered it in under a week. Best service and the price was much lower than any other site weve found!

I sent a large parcel to Spain and it arrived sooner than I expected.

Tracking doesnt always properly work. Often have to chase delivery of parcels and have order addresses corrected because they have been incorrectly input by Parcel Monkey staff.

This was the first time I used this site as I needed to send a parcel to Canada. I found that some of the prices were not quite what I would have been charged but chose the Parcelforce International with tracking which was the same.
Whilst it wasnt really clear that the total cost had been paid, and it was a prepaid postage label to print, nevertheless this was the case.
As to service from Parcelforce, amazing. Door to Door from Devon to Vancouver in under 48hours with good tracking updates and at half the cost of other providers.

Im very with price for delivery. Also its so good they pick parcel from house so you dont have to do anything only print label. But I didnt like parcel came in very bad conditions, nothing was missing or broken but box was ruined. I will use it again.

Very easy to do, driver picked up the parcel .Gave me a receipt and then I just waited for it to be delivered. I could track the item from pick up to delivery and also could see who signed for it and at what time. Brilliant

In the last month parcel monkey has messed me about twice. I will not use them again. They literally do not care or listen to the customer, you are pushed from pillar to post. There is no proper customer complaints system and their service has really really let me down. I should have rather gone direct through Courier.

I took the parcel to the post office on a Friday afternoon and was told by the post office that it would be picked up on Saturday morning. Online we could see it only arrived in Reading (just down the road from us) on Monday. The delivery happened on Thursday afternoon, instead of Tuesday, but max on Wednesday. It was really important to me for the parcel to arrive in time, so very disappointed.
