My experience was wonderful. Helpful packing instructions, prompt collection and delivery in under a week. E mail communication from Parcel Monkey both at collection end and delivery end took the stress out of the whole process. Thank you. I will use Parcel Monkey again without hesitation.

My parcel from U.K, London to Saudia Arabia suppose to reach the consignee on 27/09/2016 until today - 12/10/2016 - the parcel hasnt reach its destination. The air agent is DPD. The service provided by their local agent is really terribly unacceptable. The first excuse was the contact details of the consignee is wrong or is missing, however I have provided the correct information. Nevertheless I have provided alternative contact details more than one time. The consignee contacted the local agent multiple times and every times they have apologised and promised the parcel will be delivered within 2 days, and that never happened. I dont recommend using the services of neither Parcel Monkey nor DPD. They are just wast of time. Its better to pay the extra money and send it with a reliable air agent like Courier.

Dealing with sending a parcel to Germany using Parcelmonkey was extremely easy and, having used Parcelmonkey in the past I would recommend them. I am however very disappointed that Parcelforce can only track the parcel to when it arrives in Germany at the hub and no further. I have no way of knowing if it has been delivered yet (the parcel was sent last Thursday and today is Wednesday) and I feel this is very unsatisfactory. What is the point of saying one can track a parcel if one cannot.

Sending a large parcel to South Africa was a worry as all the quotes were massive.
A friend suggested Parcel Monkey and I was amazed how much cheaper they were.
The parcel was collected from my house and within a few days had arrived safe and sound in South Africa.
Parcel Monkeys web site was easy to use and the whole experience was positive.

Was supposed to pick up next day but didnt pick up for two days, parcel force said Parcel Monkey had passed on the details late, this kept my seller waiting at home for nothing!!

i needed a quick way to send my daughter a laptop and hiking boots (not connected!) that allows me to drop the package off outside of office hours (I commute and leave at 6.60, getting home again at after 7pm). I read the reviews about PM, found that a local drop off point was open until 11pm and gave it a try. The drop off was easy, actual carrier was DPD, the delivery was 2 days later - all excellent and trackable on line.
My only gripe was that after placing the order and paying for it, i had to wait 30 minutes before the label was emailed to me - i expected it within minutes, and so had to change my plans a little that evening. But now I know what to expect next time.

Sorry to hear this was not received, please log in to your Parcel Monkey account and we can look into the delay with the carrier. In terms of charges, all items are sent with customs duty unpaid, the customs based in the location will be the ones who charge for the item and the amount is generally owed to them by the recipient and the cost of this depends on the value of the goods you are shipping. This is outlined in the terms at the time of booking.

Very poor experience. Booked delivery with PM keeps getting delivered asked for a refund as i paid for 24 hours delivery and parcel took 72 hours to reach customer. Denied a refund. I now book parcel via another courier, no issues whatsoever.

Everything received within 3 days which was brilliant and as promised, but, the plastic crate I had used was smashed in one corner so parcel had been re-wrapped; all contents seemed ok. Would hesitate to use same again for courier. I have used same type of plastic crate many times before but this is first time this has happened.

Just a shame that I had to drop it off at our local Post Office (Lutterworth), they are most unhelpful and rude. They expect you to dump your item on the floor, where all the customers walk.
