i sent a parcel PM4689265 in 25th july, told me they had lost my parcel, my parcel is a fishing bedchair its big hard to lose, then told i had to wait 28 days for a Claims Department to sort through my case, i sold this for £300 to a customer (its worth £500) i had to jump through hoops for you proving i had sold it even though you where the ones who lost my parcel, not sure how that works. i warn everyone DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Sorry to hear your item is lost, we do not handle the goods so this would be with the courier you chose on our quote engine and the claims team will then need to collect as much info from you as they can to resolve the problem with the carrier. The team will be able to advise further on this on your Parcel Monkey account as they have done and a refund is on your account ready to accept when you next log in.

Parcel Monkey is one of these companies which is quite happy to take your money, but will never speak to you on the phone or put a system in place to sort things out when things go wrong. We sent an expensive item to a customer in Dubai, In spite of the parcel being fully tracked after 6 weeks the parcel still hasnt arrived. Parcel Monkey refused to put us in contact with the original shipper (they are just intermediaries) and we were left with trying to sort things out with chat-bots. Try searching on line for a head office number or a complaints number. We have lost hundreds of pounds through their arrogance and complete absence of any customer services. A truly appalling company. We will never use them again.

I wrapped my breadmaker with material that was for wrapping a ceramic vase. And they say it is not sufficient. So forget about claims if you use them. [on their reply] They cannot read properly either! I shipped a breadmaker, not a ceramic vase.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review, ceramics are listed by us on the prohibited item list as they are very fragile and breakable so not suitable to go via a courier network, plus guidance on packaging will of been provided at the time of booking so this is why claims cannot help with this issue I am afraid.
We do not handle the items as a courier reseller, so apologies for the inconvenience but our terms are there to assist you and show what can and cannot be sent.

Great for cheap and cheerful parcel delivery but if ever you have a problem - forget it. There is no customer phone line, their online chat gets intermittent response, and the ability to resolve problems to customer satisfaction is zero. I ordered a 3-day delivery with collection using Courier. Courier didnt turn up and I contacted ParcelMonkey at 8am the following morning - the moment they came online. Without telling me, they simply re-booked the parcel the following working day (other side of a weekend) meaning that the for parcel would now be collected 2 working days late. I contacted them and said I needed a same-day collection. They replied that Courier dont do collections on the same day (not true). The issue was down to their IT systems failing to communicate correctly with Courier. As a result of this, they made no attempts to rectify - for example, by offering an upgraded (faster) service. Rather, when I challenged them I simply got told As I told you, the courier doesnt do same day collections. Instead, I am left to pick up the pieces or a late delivery and waiting at home all day for a non-existent courier, and to go with a more reliable service directly. Shockingly poor ability to handle customer complaints in a satisfactory way. I have used them before without problem but after this experience (a) will never use them, and (b) will make sure I warn others.

I am very sorry to hear of this issue with the collection, we do not make the collections and cannot add to a DHL manifest for the day, it has to be the next working day. We offer Live Chat 8am to 9pm weekdays to help with any issues such as this and every ticket is answered.

All the shipping process was how it should always be: simple, reasonably priced, and efficient. Parcel Monkey is the site to go to if youre looking for cheap and fast shipping. I sent a 20kg box from the UK to Italy for £20 (when all other shipping companies would cost around £50) and the box arrived sooner than expected.

Sent 2 parcels to Ghana and almost 2 weeks now it keeps saying departed depot. No delivery nothing. i even raised a ticket and 72 hours later still waiting for a response. Recipient of the parcel isnt impressed at all and neither am i cos i dont know where the parcel is and the tracking updates aint helping! Wish i used another service now! Dont be carried away by cheap quotes.

Booked my parcel for 24hr delivery through Parcel force with same day collection. When item was not collected I contacted Parcel force via the tracking number. They informed me they knew nothing about the collection and I would have to rebook it through Parcel Monkey again! Because of this, my parcel was 3 days late for delivery due to it then being a weekend. Thankfully the recipient was very understanding. Wont use them again.

I had to get my clothes and other items from England to Germany when moving countries after a year abroad.
I simply chose the dimensions and weight of my parcels and I could easily drop them, after printing the label, at a nearby post office.
Everything arrived two working days later - just as promised.

Parcel has not been collected! First attempt a could not collect your parcel note was left despite people being there. No phone call made despite being required to provide a contact number. Tried to re-book and gave gate entry code information so team could collect. Parcel still not collected though! Ordered for Friday collection, its now Thursday and parcel still not collected!!!

I had a package that I urgently need transporting and after finding Parcel Monkey via Google I decided to use them as the whole booking process was pretty simple. I had a choice of services from 2 days, next day, next day before 12, next day before 9, etc. I needed it next day and in addition to that I paid a little bit more for before 12pm. The parcel was collected and entered the network (Parcel Force was the courier) and everything seemed fine. The next day I checked the tracking at lunch time to find that it was still 150 miles from its destination. This was annoying as plans had been made on the basis that it would be there by 12. I asked Parcel Money about it but they were slow to reply so after speaking directly to Parcel Force I discovered it would not be delivered that day. So despite paying for next day before 12 it was in fact going to be 2 days for delivery. The lady at Parcel Force explained that they issue a refund in such a situation for the postage which was some small amount of good news - Im skipping over the fact that the delay cost me upwards of £300. When I spoke to Parcel Monkey I was told that there would be no refunds - they only consider a parcel to be late if its over 5 days late and that by using their services you waive any guaranteed delivery times - thus rendering those services pointless in my opinion!

I posted something 24hour courier, The courier picked up ok but it didnt arrive with my customer for 5 days. Rang to query this and the answer was, oh, Im sorry, your parcel wont be delivered until x day. Great...... Thanks for your help.

Cheap and fast service with insurance for just a couple of quid. The only thing is, it can be hard to arrange for someone to be home when they collect/deliver as only the date is known in advance, not the time

Booking the delivery through Parcel Monkey was simple. The shipping labels were easily printable (although some of the long lines in the address overflowed and were not entirely printed). The drop-off at the post office was trouble-free, and the parcel was delivered by when it was needed through the standard Parcel Force service Id otherwise have paid more than twice as much for.
