The impatient and inconsiderate driver who came didnt wait a single moment for me to load the SINGLE item in the cardboard box (which had only just arrived). He left without my package. I paid for nothing. Got no service.

The service was terrible. The package was not picked up on the day promised even though it was booked more than 15 hours before the deadline and even after multiple confirmations from PM that it will be picked up on the day booked. Then without any checking with me, the pickup date was changed with the strange message ´we changed it to a later date as requested by you´ when I had requested no such thing. Then, when I had already brought the package myself to DPD, Parcel Monkey or DPD apparently tried to pick up the packet again on their revised date without success. Most importantly, none of my emails to PM enquiring about the pickup evoked a response. This is ridiculous! Please avoid, rather contact one of the parcel services directly.

No one seems to be online to respond to any enquiries, the chat support seems to be an automated bot. Steer clear.

Outside of business hours we have automatic messages going out to customers, the Live Chat team are online 8am to 9pm weekdays and this manned by our support team.
They answer every ticket and will be happy to help with any enquires you may have

Excellent service. Collected within the time slot given , tracked all the way. More efficient and cost effective to send this parcel to Germany than many we have sent in UK. Would recommend the service.

The webpages where You enter delivery address (and other data for the shipment) is almost unusable. You more often than not get an error message telling You that some of the "fields" are breaking the rules for what can be entered into it. Either "too many " or some "unsupported" characters have been used. HOW EVER, the page doesnt show You what field it is ((IT SHOULD AUTOMATICALLY set the cursor in the correct field)), and even worse, when You find the field, the error message is often WRONG or not complete ((e.g.Your told that the field can only contain these characters, but when You finally manage to fix it, it had nothing to do with the chosen characters but it was the number of characters)) All taken into account this turns the process of trying to correct it into a bad guessing game, where is the problem, and what do I need to do to fix it...THIS IS BAD DESIGN A data field should check the data at the same time that its entered!! This way the user gets IMMEDIATE FEEDBACK when they do something "wrong". This makes the correction easier in all aspects since the user knows EXACTLY where the problem is, and if You give "relevant feedback", they also know what they need to do to correct it. This way the correction can be made so smooth that exactly what character caused it the correction or number of characters. One "childishly" easy step for You improve the usability is to NEVER allow a user to enter more characters into a field on the web page, than the server can handle. To fix this You literally only need to add 1 attribute on the webpage !!!???.

All seemed to go well upon placing the order. Thought it was a good price and service I was being offered. Unfortunately that was not the case. My parcel was not collected as scheduled, only way to contact them is via chat. I had to contact and arrange redelivery 3 times plus i didnt get an suitable answer to any of my questions. I was told that collection can take 5 days! But of course they dont advertise that fact. In terms of tracking international delivery all I can track is that someone from parcel force has it in the UK, Still no idea when the parcel will arrive the other end. I would not recommended this company, its worth paying the extra and using TNT they are great. This company are useless! it was my first and last experience and I am still expecting to come across isdues, wont relax until I have confirmed delivery the other end.

The DPD courier I arranged through Parcel Monkey was excellent. I received texts before hand reminding me a parcel was due for collection & one giving me a 1hour collection slot. The courier arrived very punctually, was polite, helpful and very professional throughout, a real credit to DPD.
The parcel arrived at its destination in Poland very quickly, earlier than I had expected and the recipient was very happy too.
Thank you Parcel Monkey & DPD I shall be using you all the time from now on.

Booking a shipment is easy. The prices arent terrible, but trying to deal with issues relating to the shipment, forget about it. I used them to ship a cast stone bust, it arrived broken and they fought me on any compensation. Not learning my lesson, I just used them to book Parcel Force to ship two boxes (that PF stickered themselves). They mix up the routing, sending each to the opposite recipient. Understandably not Parcel Monkeys fault, but trying to get them to help sort the issue was like pulling teeth. They were slow to respond (avg. >9 hours between messages) and when they did, they had nothing valuable to say. I was forced to take the matter up with Parcel Force myself – still a nightmare, but at least I could get answers. As I progress towards a solution with PF, PM continued to come back to me with misinformation, dragging things along without answers until the end. No thanks.

"COURT ACTION NEEDED" Sent an expensive knitting machine to Denmark having used parcel monkey for many years. I had given them many years of business without problem. Being the machine was expensive £500 I made sure to pack according to their guidelines lots of bubble used polystyrene and double packed with a strong cardboard box and then paid extra to insure it for the full amount. The item arrived smashed to pieces. I tried to make a claim Guess what? According to the very helpful customer rep (who will only ever hide behind emails) It turns out that it was my fault :) "I had not packed well enough" Unfortunately the pictures of the packaging provided was after the customer had ripped open the packaging. Numerous emails back and forward but they will not budge. So the moral of the story is if you want my opinion do not use them "ever" as if something goes wrong I suspect they will blame the customer. Whatever happened to the customer is always right?????? SO OFF TO COURT WE GO who has time for that Need to send a Parcel i would recommend that you check out Trust pilot and try another company try not to go anywhere near this company. Any problems they have always been very helpful

I booked a small parcel to Greece with Parcel Force through Parcel Monkey. Dropped it off at the Post Office and arrived at its destination within the allocated time. I have used Parcel Monkey before and will not hesitate to use again. Thanks

Parcel monkey has no idea where a priority parcel is and has not been able to find out despite me giving them the tracking number. Terrible support from them, unable to communicate with them! Terrible

I needed to send a parcel urgently, so I paid for express delivery and it said delivery in 2 days. And the delivery has not even arrived to its destination I sent it on Wednesday 18th January and is now 25th. This is so unprofessional, advertise a service you do not provide. Extremely disappointed.

This is the first time I have used Parcel Monkey. I used them for a very large and awkward shaped and quite heavy package (two hefty car roof bars). Parcel Monkeys price was excellent and the whole experience of arranging collection was very straightforward. Delivery was within the specified 48 hour period and the goods were received in perfect condition. I would not hesitate to recommend Parcel Monkey and will definitely use them again.
