Everthing about the service was great till I tried to track my parcel - site seemed to class my outgoing delivery as an incomming which sent my tracking into chaos

Never heard of this Company until I had to send a parcel over to Nepal,it contained clothing and school equipment for an Orphanage in Kathmandu which I support,went to the Post Office and they said,£167 to send it,I was Gobsmacked,put a call out on our Village Facebook page and Parcel Monkey was mentioned so went to the site and was charged £100 LESS than P.O.I was sent the Documentation which I printed out and then put on the parcel,it was picked up from my home at 4pm on a Monday and then arrived at its destination on the Thursday,now that was good,it took two weeks for a small parcel to get there sent by Post Office,so the Orphanage got their Parcel of School Equipment and Clothing,would I recommend Parcel Monkey,absolutely YES,Thanks for the Back up as well in tracking the parcel,100% 5Star.

7 weeks ago I sent a parcel to the USA. It was not delivered, never out for delivery, yet it says it was being returned to sender 4 weeks ago. I opened a case as there is no sign of this parcel anywhere. A week later they are still fobbing me off. I asked how to make a claim as the parcel is obviously lost after 7 weeks. They said they have to check with the courier which has been going on for another week. Frustratingly slow, and bog standard copy and paste replies. They have no phone number even their email support is outsourced to the Far East. I wont be using again.

Sorry to hear of this issue with the delivery. Parcel Monkey do not handle the parcels, however you can reach us via Live Chat or email support and we can assist. Just raise a support ticket addressed as FAO Manager and this can be escalated for you.

I know that Parcel Monkey is a price comparison site. But they ask you not to go direct to the courier company with your queries but to Parcel Monkey themselves. This is where the problems start. Instead of one person dealing with your complaint, you get a generic response from a different person each time. Sometimes you are even asked what package you are talking about even after weeks of correspondence back and forth. They just dont care and dont want to know if your package hasnt arrived at its destination. Weeks and weeks after my package was sent, I still dont know where it is. Parcel Monkey couldnt care less. Waste of time, money and energy. If you use them, set your self up for some grief and disappointment when dealing with them. Try another site or go direct to the courier. These people are useless middlemen who will leave you pulling your hair out

Waited all day for a courier that never showed up, no call or email

Sorry to hear the courier failed to collect the parcel, we do not make the collections we hand the booking over to the courier you choose from the quote engine and they then come to collect the goods. If they fail to collect then you can contact us and we can work with the courier to see why it failed and to rebook the order in to collect ASAP.

Having sent 3 small parcels to the UAE in the last year and none of them arriving.I decided to use parcel monkey which gave several quotes from different companies. Once my parcel was sent i was able to track its movements and it told me the day of delivery,which was under a week.Will certainly use this service again.

...but could be cheaper and better value. Paying extra for insurance is a niggle as is presenting your parcel when the store is busy and the staff are untrained to receive and process same.

Service could be improved by providing some indication of collection time. Had to wait in until approx. 3.30 for collection, Suggest at least an am or pm collection time to improve the service.

collected a parcel with shipping label and customs form attached. THEY LOST THE CUSTOMS FORM AND RETURNED THE PARCEL. now they want to charge me AGAIN for shipping same parcel. WHAT A JOKE !!!

Parcel Monkey do not make collections, we resell courier services. If there is a missing customs form this will need to be rebooked as all parcels going out of the EU will need this pass customs. Please raise support ticket on your account and we can look into this with the courier for you, to see why it was returned.

Excellent service at a sensible price. Only one tiny niggle! Updates on progress excellent BUT in German to me in UK had to be sent on as I didnt even understand them! Sorry! Perhaps if you had asked for the recipients email address on booking form and sent direct to him would have been better. Otherwise first class service at budget price.

Parcel monkey collected a suitcase from Cheshire and delivered it to me in London. Collection and delivery happened on time and the couriers were helpful - picking up and delivering into the houses so we did not have to lift them. The suitcase arrived without damage.

Made an order in Nov for Christmas 2016. They lost it .Had to cancel and reorder. THEY LOST IT. Still waiting 14 the Jan ,the company that I ordered from said packages were picked up. Parcel Monkey want to reimburse me 13 euros for a 200 euro insured parcel. Terrible online communications. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I found parcelmonjey after I encountered limitations in the amount of luggage I could carry with me on flight. After searching and comparing different prices, it was clear that parcelmonjey was the cheapest. The bag arrived four working days later from my local place in Dundee Scotland to the house address I was travelling in Finland. Travelling cant feel much better. Sending my luggage ahead meant I could carry more stuff and travell with cheap budget such as Ryanair and wizz air to reach my final destination while making stop overs I in different countries.
