First time Ive used dpd and was very impressed with the service. To save waiting for courier I used drop off point which was local to me; and the parcel I sent international arrived 2 days earlier than expected. Would use again.

I booked a collection at my place, I took a day off specifically for that. The courier never arrived, when i complained with Parcel Monkey they didnt offer any help or motivation and while we were talking at exactly 6.00 the girl from the customer Service stopped answering, i guess her working hour finished, so she just stopped working. Horrible service, horrible customer service.

First time using Parcel Monkey.found the site easy to navigate and took the Hasle of sending a parcel abroad .even when I made a error on the actress for the item to be sent to I had a message to contact them ,I used their online chat service and the problem was solved straight away .
I would use Parcel Monkey again ,collecting a parcel from my home without me having the hassle of the local post office declining to send it after they said they would .

Had problems from collection end. But no fault of the parcel force. The object was collected in the end. So, 10 out 10 for perseverance parcel force and good Site Parcel Monkey. Get your parcels collected before Friday or you will not see them before Monday.

Very good service Kept me uptodate all the way along, sent email in the morning they will be collecting the parcel from my home that day, but never arrived. I waited in all day just before closed thought well there never coming so dropped it off to depo.
The tracking started immediately I drop it off from than on it was full clear sailing would defiantly used them again, parcel has arrived with my sister 2 days earlier than they said even better. You must tell the truth of items listed they do check in customs by exray. I filled in all contents on the site so no extra paperwork to print they took care if everything marvellous. Thank you ParcelMonkey.

I sent a parcel to denmark through parcelmonkey..i searched all over to find the best and cheapest service..i got exactly what i was looking for and it did exactly what i was expecting..all went smooth and easy for me for such little to pay..im not sure about other countries but if for Denmark then look no further they are the best and cheapest..i normally dont give review but I was so happy with the service that I couldnt stop myself from defining it..hope it helps to all looking for finding the best online company who takes good customer care..

the parcel was booked for a 48 hour delivery and the carrier failed to collect this for 5 days, after numerous calls to Parcelforce they finally turned up. This is poor service and unacceptable

My package was 22kg and most couriers limit to 20kg.So I tried parcel monkey.
The item was collected from my door in Nottingham and delivered in Sth Wales the next day for under £15.
If you check out the large companies to replicate that delivery they quote over double the figure I paid.
Unbelievable service and cost. Just superb.

I was not kept up to date with the delivery of the parcel that I sent to Dubai. It was extremely frustrating. I checked my emails for status of the package and got the same information over and over - ie collection date. Even after the parcel had been collected and a day or so later, I still just got a message telling me the collection date which of course, I already knew! The parcel was delivered on time as far as I am aware.

Never arrived, no note left to see where it has been left, didnt phone number on parcel, no email to say it hasnt been delivered. Bad service. I am wondering how people run international businesses when delivery companies can not deliver the goods. Because this happens everytime I send any parcels overseas. The only good thing is it was tracked and says they have tried to deliver and it is in that country. but where is the question
