Dropped my parcel off at the pickup shop 2 weeks ago. Only just been picked up after I rang the courier to ask where the parcel was only for them to say its not even been picked up. Dropped the parcel off two weeks before Christmas so it would arrive in time as it was a gift. Now has a estimated delivery date of 4th January 2017. Absolute joke and will not use this service again. No communication between parcel monkey and dpd. Dpd have promised a refund via parcel monkey however are not replying to any emails

I am very sorry DPD failed to collect this from the Pick Up shop. When you book via Parcel Monkey we tell DPD you have booked and they send us the labels to send on to you to attach to the box. This means they are aware of the order and also once dropped at the shop they scan it so they can see it is there to collect.
Should you track this and it has yet to be collected let us know and we will chase them to collect as soon as possible. I can see our team responded to the ticket you left on our site and once this has been delivered please contact us so we can discuss the refund due to the delays with DPD

Always use Parcel Monkey for sending large parcels a long distance.
We live in Aberdeenshire, our Son lives in East Sussex!
Each time we send a parcel .it is collected on time and delivered with no problem, tracking good as you can see where the parcel is at any moment! Brilliant!

really a good service, you can choose the deliverer and, in my case, in 5 days my parcel went to the destination, from London to Italy (near Venice)

I needed to get two parcels delivered before Christmas and found Parcel Monkey made it really easy to compare prices and was even cheaper than going to the carrier directly.
Everything worked smoothly from start to finish and I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Parcel sent to Poland. Whilst tracking, it showed that it was delivered on Monday evening at 21.00 and signed for by "JAN". The recipient (whose surname is Jansen) never received the parcel. He contacted the local DPD depot and was told that the computer said it had been delivered so it must have been delivered. They wouldnt believe him when he said he had never received it. After informing the staff that he would not accept this as an answer, they eventually agreed to look into it. A few hours later the driver turned up with the parcel and claimed that it had slipped under the front seat of his van. So the question is why did they show it had been signed for? Not to be trusted at all.

No phone number to speak to someone directly. I would not use parcel monkey again. After more than a week of delay, Ive never received any information on the collecting date. also when I went near local pint for collection , them said this pint for pickup only and he said should go another pint it was far to my house than I had to cancel my order, with serious problems because of this. I did not receive adequate costumer assistant. I would not recommend to my worst money

We offer a Live Chat service from 8am to 9pm weekdays and also email customer support. When you book via our quote engine you can choose to book a collection from your home address or to drop the goods off at a local collection point. We can assist if you have questions on this and we will be happy to help.

waited all day for collection nobody came only way to contact parcell monkey is by txt then they told me collection was between 8am and 6pm but dpd sent me txt saying between 9am and 5.when i txt parcell monkey they just ignored me and said i have to wait.i was then told to wait 3 to 5 working days for a refund today is 6th day.again have to do everything by txt .not happy very little help at all.

I am very sorry to hear your parcel was not collected. We do not make the collections the courier you choose via our quote engine does. Once a cancellation is made then it can take 3-5 working days for our finance team to issue the funds back.

Had to contact customer service when issue with parcel being stuck at DPD drop off. Had to use web chat, as no phone number, and despite it being before 6pm I was connected to some lady in the Philippines (fun fact it was 1:30am their time). Conversation went round in circles before getting a promise to get back to me, which never happened. Parcel eventually got to its destination so fortunately I didnt have to try and chase it up. Next time I will just pay more and go direct to courier.

Parcel Monkey have been completely useless. I had a box destined for Australia on 29th November. I used the DPD tracking service via the Parcel Monkey link, which told me the box had left the UK on 30th bound for Sydney with an expected delivery date of 8th December. Imagine my shock when I checked on tracking on 8th Dec expecting the goods had been delivered, to find the goods were still in the UK! Contacted Parcel Monkey & asked them to chase for me. They didnt, and instead merely advised me to check the DPD tracking system for more news. When there was no update in the next 3 days, Parcel Monkey never came back to me & ignored my chase-up email sent a few days later. So I was forced to contact DPD directly, who found out the box had been stuck in a warehouse in Manchester for 12 days, and where it still would be had I not chased it up with the couriers. The package eventually arrived at its destination on the 21st December, and I still havent had any contact from Parcel Monkey. They are happy to take your money, but then you are on your own. Appalling lack of service!

Very disappointed , booked for parcel collect, took day off, spend all day waiting for the courie (8am- 6pm), no one turn up, even no phone call or msg with apologies , nothing. I find it very rude, will complain, I ,ve lost a working day money
