My international parcel was delivered 4 days earlier than had been anticipated so I was delighted with that. I had weighed the parcel before it was collected from the drop off point and thought I had got it correct but had to pay in as they said it weighed more than I said. There was nothing I could do about it but I was disappointed with that.

I was charges extra. The parcel took longer than it was supposed to. When I tracked it the website said it was in the UK. Turns out it was in Israel. Poor poor service. Will not be using them again.

If there is an additional charge, this comes from the courier if goods are not declared correctly and this is then passed on to the sender. If you are having any issue with tracking, let us know the PM order number via a support ticket or Live Chat and we will then be able to assist. Having tracked this shipment I can see this was delivered by DPD Express in the allocated time frame of 3-5 working days. You can track DPD deliveries via the shipment number on the label on the dpd.co.uk site also.

I found Parcel Monkey very easy to use, with the parcel being collected & delivered when it should have been. Only concern was that the initial price, given when the location and weight was entered, increased after the page asking for parcel dimensions. This is misleading and there wasnt any info to show why/what caused the price increase or what the original price was based on. In the end, after going back and forward through the pages a few times I got the original price, otherwise this review would have been a 2 or 3.

I selected Parcelforce 48 which included a next day collection (on 05/01/17) and delivery within 48 hours. The parcel was not collected on 05/01/17 and I received no explanation as to why; when I went on the tracking page it just said "unable to attempt collection". My parcel was collected the following day (06/01/17), but not until 2pm. My parcel was then not delivered until the 09/01/17. Very poor service.

Very disappointed a few items broke even though they had plenty of bubble wrap and a big thick cardboard box and it was so full nothing could move around makes you think how they treat peoples parcels

24 hour Parcelforce delivery still hasnt arrived 168 hours later. Definitely correct delivery address provided as Ive checked this with Parcelforce.

I even got the dimensions of my package a bit wrong and everything went through fine. Pickup was remarkably quick and efficient, and the package got from the UK to New Zealand on time and in great condition.

My family had a few too many things after 5 months in the U.K., including my daughters bicycle, and the airline surcharges for extra baggage plus the trouble of lugging it around on multiple flights from Scotland to Quebec was worrying us. So we shipped 3 boxes of 35 kg with parcel monkey instead, for perhaps $100 less than the extra bags on our flights would have cost us. We shipped them 2 days before our flight, and 2 days after we arrived in Canada our boxes joined us -- pretty darn quick. It was also easy to just drop them off at a post office in the U.K. and have them delivered to us in Canada.

Only slight nag was the delay in a postage label for DPD dropoff.
The second time I checked the dash board and just grabbed label from their.
In relation to DPD rather than parcel monkey I did find confusion about halfords and local dropoffs. One of the maps did show Halfords as a drop off and I went in and used them, Used them twice now and had no issues. Also DPD as a service delivery is very quick, will use again!

Very easy to use website. Had 3 large parcels (dismantled bed base, bed end and headboard) collected just as specified by Parcelforce and was able to track consignment till delivery.
