Took in on Sunday and was delivered by Friday!!! Fantastic.

Great service. My item was collected promptly the day after booking and arrived from UK to Italy within 7 days. I packed up my box securely with duct tape and there were no issues upon arrival. I would use again.

The service is good in terms of the price and the time taken the parcels get delivered. But when you even put correct measure and weight they over charge you later saying that the laser measurement has done different size and weight! But if you dont have any other choice then this is not too bad.

Recently sent a parcel (5kg) to Eire by Parcel Monkey. It arrived in 2 days as stated and the driver even rang the addressee as there was no answer at the property. Very competitive prices compared to Parcelforce and others. Would have paid nearly double to send via the Post Office/PF. Excellent services and will be using again. Highly recommended and great value.

Terrible customer service not interested in trying to resolve or pay out on there insurance. Had to take court action to resolve. Cheap prices but nasty customer experience if things go wrong.

Desperate to send baby clothes, knitted and bought to a very dear friends baby granddaughter, but everywhere we looked was so expensive and sadly we have had a bad experience when posting items, even with recorded delivery overseas. So found you and not only reasonable for the distance, extremely efficient and I already have photos of the little one and the box of clothes!! Impressed +++++++

Very easy web site to book.
I had an awkward shape large parcel to deliver. All went smoothly it was collected a 8.10 am in the morning. I was able to track its progress easily. Delivered safely on time .All for a reasonable price. Would definitely use Parcel Monkey again.

great service from picking it up and delivering it in 4 days, but on the other hand, my parcel arrived at the destination quite broken and the GLS Italian courrier left it outside under the snow without asking for signature or helping my mum that had to take the parcel inside the house with struggles.
So from UK with Parcel Express everything ok, in Italy not a ery great service and this was the second time.

Great service, would definitely recommend and use again, UK to USA in three days with no hiccups. The only issue I had wasnt with parcel monkey but with the tracking number supplied by parcel force, it showed my parcel go through all the steps including export but didnt say that it had landed, but by the time I was thinking of contacting them to question this though I received a phone call from the recipient to say it was already there.

The service is fantastic in the UK but when the parcel got to Australia it takes 10 days to get to the final destination. When I selected your company I thought it took 7 - 10 days total.

Booking the collection of a Toybox was easy,hassle free and reasonably priced using parcel monkey online service. However the delivery by Parcelforce 48 would have been better had they given an estimated time slot arrival time or text message to phone no provided for delivery. But all in all satisfied with service provided

Worst service I ever used ,my parcel hasnt delivered yet ,I waited long day ,took time off from work but no luck . Then they were not even giving compensation for Saturday and charging £12 . Still I waiting for my delivery Never use this again in my whole life

After days of"chats" Im back to square one ! they have agreed that they have my parcel at their depot but not how I can retrieve it They say they could burn it I am retitred and disabled but I probably will have to drive over 100 miles to retrieve it if they havent disposed of it I despair
