Readers need to be mindful that the price seen when carrying out the first search may alter drastically. By the time Id inserted the dimensions of the parcel and stated that the proposed package was a painting, the price more than doubled, most of the companies had withdrawn, no tracking was offered and none offered insurance!
However, once the order was placed into Parcel Monkey the parcel was collected from my home on Tuesday 20/12/16 and signed for in Jupiter, Florida on Thursday 22/12/16 safely and undamaged. So, the eventual service was very good.

Ive taken to using Parcel Monkey over posting things, especially for international: I can actually book even a Parcelforce international delivery about 30% cheaper here than using a Post Office, which seems wrong because I value my PO, but I at least they still get some money for me dropping the parcel off with them to be picked up. I get more/easier tracking here than if I buy direct too. My parcels have always reached their destination pretty much when they say they will, it has got better in Ireland this year, they used to always be a day over the stated time there.

Very good service have used them before but I have found that their take on what is and isnt a prohibited item has stopped me sending a number of items with them. For example are Wellington Boots really dangerous items to send???

As a Parcel Monkey virgin I wasnt sure what to expect but I found the whole process very user-friendly and extremely quick. The carrier I chose was amazing - after dropping the parcel off at a local point in Edinburgh I was flabbergasted to hear from them that they had delivered the parcel barely 24 hours later in Kettering, and this was the Monday before Christmas! Brilliant service from start to finish, thank you.

Finding ourselves at a loose end at Christmas we tried to find something at a reasonable price. Glad we tried Parcel Monkey in the end, however would be good to have a specific and accurate time of collection instead of saying between 8am and 6pm. I was pleased however when the parcel was collected at 11am so I could carry on with my day!

The time frames are a guideline given to us by the carriers how handle the goods directly on how long they expect it will take for the goods to arrive, however they are not guaranteed although the majority of the time they are fulfilled correctly.

The parcel was supposed to be delivered in 5 days. It was a Christmas present and as yet its still in transit. The European partner company of Parcelforce do not work on Saturdays therefore the delivery is not going to happen until next week. Im very disappointed.

I had to get a parcel from the U.K to France. I arranged the postage and had a family member print the label and drop the parcel at their local post office. The item was very easy to track and arrived in two days. Excellent service.

Very reliable service. I was using it to send Christmas presents from Northern Ire to Germany, 4 days before Christmas and thought theyd never be in time - I was wrong. Very easy yo use, speedy service. Im a very happy customer!!

I have sent a parcel on the 19th and 2 parcels on the 20th. The company delivered the 2 parcels on the 23rd and not the one sent first. This is unacceptable because If I send a parcel the day before, is because I need it first...should be more than clear. Anyway the 2 parcels although have been packed in a really safe way, all wrapped around with FRAGILE tape as well and written THIS SIDE UP in 2 different languages ( English and Italian ) the parcels arrived with all the corners smashed and up side down.. I do understand how many different hands handle parcels and also mechanic systems, but I think if a parcel says: THIS SIDE UP, it should never be up side down. First time experience: really disappointed. Wont book again

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review, we never handle the parcels they are sent via the courier of your choice via vast international networks and this is why we advise to package as well as possible. The delivery time frames are given to us by the couriers directly and are a guidelines on the service time they anticipate the goods to arrive in which at peak time can be impacted on a little.
Apologies for the inconvenience caused by the carrier, I would advise should you of booked the carrier direct the goods would of been handle in very much the same manner

Wanting to send a parcel to South Africa which didnt cost an arm and a leg. Parcel Monkey provided a number of different options from which to select. We selected DPD and the process of selection, payment and printing off labels was easy to follow. Once completed the parcel was left at a drop off so all that was left to do was track its travels to its destination. The couriers handling the parcel on the South African side managed to alter the address but still managed to deliver a parcel of cards and presents (including a glass Christmas decoration) intact in time for Christmas. Will definitely use again and have already recommended to friends.

Instead of sending the parcel to Switzerland, as asked for and on address, according to the tracking number, it was sent internationally back to the UK from the UK and then delivered to someone in Solent... I contacted ParcelMonkey as soon as I found out, and before I 1st wrote this review. I then contacted them three or four days later when I had still had no response. A day after that I was told that they had the parcel and I should be contacted by them to arrange delivery. Days later nothing. Where the **** is my parcel. Just send it to me, dont just keep me hanging on with reassurances that one day I might see it. I paid for it to be delivered not to sit around SpankMonkeys offices, whilst I sit around like a mug, Christmas a distant memory... Never be tempted to use this company. They will f you over.
