Quick and easy and great service and best of all very cheap prices

The courier (DX) did not show up as scheduled, which is very poor. Unfortunately this was an urgent collection so I will have to post the package myself another way. I do not have time to wait around for collection to be rescheduled and hope the courier actually shows up. Parcelmonkey do not have a telephone number so there is nothing you can do but hope they reply to emails. I have requested a refund. I suggest customers look elsewhere to find a service which has a contact number and uses couriers that turn up when they say they will.

Sorry to hear DX the courier failed to collect and let you down on this occasion. We offer a Live Chat service via our site, open 8am to 9pm for any enquires such as this so we can chase the courier for any urgent updates. We also offer a wide range of couriers to choose from, so if the service is not what you expected with DX we have alternative products to use for shipping parcels.

I chose to send by parcelforse as it was more conienient to drop off at post office. I dropped of the same day, a day earlier than advised. It was picked up later that day arriving just 2days later a day earlier than expected at 1/2 the regular parcelforse price!

2 parcels sent late October by DPD seem to have been lost. Despite numerous contact with Parcel Monkeys "customer service" (there is no phone number to call), they do nothing and just fob you off. As a result, we have lost over £1,000 worth of merchandise. Fine until something goes wrong, then NOTHING!! Regarding their reply, I have a string of "live chats" (which I recorded) as long as your arm, which prove nothing was done and I eventually had no choice but to contact the transport company directly. It is, however, interesting that they respond so quickly to a detrimental, but accurate, review!

Sorry to hear about this issue with DPD, we offer Live Chat and email support rather than keeping customers on hold as we have to go and liaise with the couriers to resolve such issues. If you have added protection cover then the claims team will be able to assist with this, just open a support ticket and they will happy to help.

Service was okay except for: - no collection or drop off time was given meaning you have to wait in all day (for this reason I will use someone who can give more accurate pick up times) - courier said I was not in when I was, didnt ring door bell just left note. So we called and were advised to drop off parcel at their depot instead. Depot would not accept package as it didnt have a bar code. Parcel monkey shipping label didnt have one. So had to be collected following day - package was deliver 3 days later on Monday when I had paid for next day

If you book a drop off service you can drop the parcel off at your convenience, DPD also offer a one hour time slot via text message if you book a collection with them, however the other couriers advise a collection window of 8am to 6pm. We are not a courier so hand the booking to the courier company you choose, so sorry to hear they did not knock, I am not sure as to why they would leave a note and not call as it is in their benefit to collect the parcels. We would not advise to drop off a collection service as we know that for the carrier you chose Parcelforce, you have to book a drop off to get the correct labels, as drivers bring barcoded ones to the collection point, so you must of spoke direct with the courier, however we advise to contact us directly for assistance so we can advise correctly.

I found Parcel Monkey to be one of the worst experiences I have had online for sometime. The carrier they choose did not make any contact with the pickup address and left only their card. No follow up. Parcel Monkey were un-contactable, as my reference number appeared to have been wiped off the system. For an online company offering a speedy service to be contactable only by regular mail when there is a problem is the worst customer service imaginable. Took the money and ran.

Parcel Monkey are not a courier, we resell courier services, and they call at the address they are due to pick the goods up from. If you miss the collection, let us know and we can assist you via our Live Chat tool or email support and we will be happy to assist both of which are monitored closely and every ticket is responded to. The Live Chat is open from 8am to 9pm.

I booked a parcel to South Africa and entered the exact weights and measurements and was given a price which I was happy with. After posting I receive an additional invoice as the volumetric weight adds up to more than I stated??? I was charged this money which came directly from my bank without my permission, I contacted them to let them know they have made a mistake and my measurements were correct therefore they should have been able to work out the volume from this. When the buyer received the item it was damaged so I then open a claim and upload everything they may need but they then ask to see internal packing with I didnt have a picture of so I told them I would have to get back with it, 24hrs later I receive a message to say they have closed my claim as its been 7 days. I paid for full cover and I now have nothing for the damage they caused plus Had to pay more for the parcel. Completely unacceptable and I will never use this comps y again or any others associated with it, if I were you Id do the same

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review, additional charges come from the courier based on incorrectly declared dimensions provided by the sender, so any charges are passed on to the customer, who placed the order as it is down to them to provide these at the time of booking. Sorry to hear the item arrived damaged with the courier, the claims team have a time frame to make the claim with the courier so this is why it is important to provide details of the claim as quickly as possible. Should you be unhappy with the outcome of your claim we would advise to open a support ticket on your account and address as FAO Manager and this can be reviewed for you.

After one week we r still waiting for our parcel to be collected without any explanation from the company... the first day suppposed to get package they didnt show up. The second day they didnt come on the time requested. On the 3rd day we didnt received any ti.e when they will pick up the parcel.... this is a truly nightmare. Now waiting for package to be picked up on wednesday but if this isnt pick up i ill get a differe t company and refuse to pay for this bad service. I will never use you again im afraid...

I wrapped every cm of the box in parcel tape, and made the handles free (it was a removal box). The box arrived in perfect condition, all contents safe, and the delivery was very fast.

I was given the wrong collection date, not sent any shipping labels and had to chase up. The outcome - my parcel arrived a day later than planned and needed. Disappointing.

Appalling customer service from Parcel Monkey who just kept blaming DPD, with no apology or assistance whatsoever. Shall be reclaiming in full and going direct in future. 3rd party websites typically dont work. Keep Clear of this company. You have been warned, they accept absolutely no responsibility for the service you receive despite taking your money. ---UPDATE Contacted PM as per message below, absolutely useless responses blaming DPD and taking no responsibility. Parcel has now been delivered and signed for at wrong address!! Neither PM or DPD can tell me the address they delivered to!! PM still not helping, just aportioning blame to DPD!! Terrible, terrible service...AVOID

Perfect, I live in Guernsey so collection from the UK is difficult, some companies or online sellers are not prepared to post so parcel monkey fills this void with outstanding efficiency.
