Finding the carrier DPd was ok but being Xmas the shop the parcel went to was closed and not open until 09.1.17. I couldnot change delivery to that date on DPD site so emailed them and got out of office reply saying closed until 09.1.17.

Had 2 packages to deliver to the south west of Ireland over Christmas.. the cost was half the price of royal mail and delivered in two days with no issues. Fantastic service.

Sorry to hear the courier you booked via our quote engine failed to make the collection. We are not a courier, we resell the courier rates and the service is the exact same as booking direct as they accept the booking and send a courier out.
Should they fail to collect we offer Live Chat 8am to 9pm weekdays and email support as well to get in touch with them to see why they failed and to rebook the collection.

Goods arrived damaged even though it was well wrapped and fragile marked on box. Not the service I was looking for!!!

Easy, cheap and reliable....

Both times Ive booked through this service to have a collection the collection has not been made and Ive waisted many hours trying to resolve directly with the company. BE WARNED parcel monkey have no telephone support and there written support is beyond useless, there web chat team on the numerous times Ive contacted them offered no support or resolution as to if my parcel will actually be collected.

Sorry to hear about the delay with the collection of your goods which is handled by the courier you choose via our quote engine.
We offer Live Chat weekdays instead of phone support from 8am to 9pm, which is far more efficient we have found than having people on hold for a long time whilst we investigate the issue with the carrier the customer has chosen on our site.

I believed I had paid for next day service, which should have been the 21st December. Finally delivered today 29th, far too late and unacceptable as needed for Xmas. Very disappointed would not recommend.

I rated at 3 stars because the service is decent and cheap, but not perfect for 3 reasons. First, the parcel arrived later than advertised, second because the tracking system didnt work at all and third because after I submitted a ticket, the reply came 3 days later which I find it a bit disappointing.

Navigation on the site and booking through the site is simple and easy try the rest then give parcel monkey the test and you will use again

Parcel still at home. Left specific instructions with Bella. A parcel monkey live email chat woman who double checked the parcel agreements and its still after 5 days at home. Definitely wont use again! James. Wasnt given the option to drop off unless I wanted to travel miles! It is just under a meter wide. I will see if collected tomorrow but really unhappy as paid for it to be delivered 23rd update. Waited in all day for this parcel to be collected and as of yet its still not been collected! This has cost me dearly in a refund and post cost refund I now have to be out of pocket !! Updated at 18.29 30/12/2016!!

Sorry to hear the courier failed to make the collection, we do not collect the goods ourselves so can only pass the request on to the carrier. We strongly advise to hand the goods over in person and if not around, drop them off by booking a drop off service via the quote engine.
I can see the courier has this on the manifest for a collection tomorrow, please let us know if you prefer to cancel and we can action a refund for you.

I checked my bank a day after sending my item and found that I had been charged twice. I have so far tried to contact customer services 10 times which is a joke, no phone contact. Just a box to fill in your request. Finally after many multiple threads I have had someone reply that they "Will look into it ". As for the parcel, I paid an extra £12 for a 3-5 day delivery and so far 10 days later no delivery or response as to why. Be very careful who you trust with your money and your goods.

Ive sent parcels to Spain before and theyve got lost in the post, so I was sceptical about trying Parcel Monkey. But I have to say, not only was it cheaper than I expected, but the service was fast too. Would definitely recommend.

My second time using the service and they have been consistently good.
My only reservation is, I was confused (using the DPD Drop Off Service) when it was stated that Halfords is no longer a drop location, however when I checked in to see if they could handle my package, they did.
Other then that very easy to use, cheap and reliable service.

Fantastic selection of providers. opted for DPD. Parcel collected on time and delivered from the UK to USA in 48Hrs!, and this during Christmas week!! Fabulous service would highly recommend.

I just wanted my parcel picked up and delivered to me but for some reason it couldnt happen. I followed all the instructions and when I asked what I was doing wrong/what the problem was I was repeatedly told the same unhelpful information. I honestly wouldnt use a third party operation like parcelmonkey again. This the first bad review I have ever left in my life.
