Dont touch this company with a barge pole. Sent an urgent parcel and paid for next day delivery - a week later after numerous chases it eventually arrived. Was advised I would not be entitled to a refund or any compensation whatsoever. Will never use again.

The service in terms of organising the pick up was fantastic. Easy to reserve online and the delivery was very quick. I had it picked up from my mothers house in the UK and delivered to me in France. It was super quick and very reasonable in price. However when I received my delivery (a mirror) it was in 1000 pieces. Obviously not handled with care, even though "fragile" was written all over it.

I was a bit skeptical and honestly.quite scared from some reviews I read online. However I decided to use the service as it was very cheap, I sent a 20KG parcel domestically here in the UK, and it only cost me only £11.98 , and my parcel was delivered the next day!

Its been three times they come to my place and they havent ring the bell and they left without collecting. Me or one of my flatmate has always been home waiting for them but all the time I received the text saying that they passed and they havent found anyone. Ill try untill someone will pick my parcels up, luckily Im not in a rush.

Collected on time in UK and arrived in southern France a day early, very good parcel in good condition, so happy to recommend.
I compared prices against couriers own websites and parcel monkey were much better value.
