Had a collection made from DPD through Parcel Monkey, the driver didnt or couldnt print the label to attach to my parcel, promised hed get it sorted at the depo. I shouldnt have let him take it but was desperate to not delay the parcel another day. Anyway, not sure where my parcel ended up, the tracking ref that was on my printed label prooved a collection but that was it. A month later i got paid compensation from Parcel Monkey... after alot of hassle, i sent over copies of driver signed proof of collection and sent cctv footage showing him arriving and collecting the parcel. I had to rebook via Parcel Force in the end, didnt want that same driver from DPD turning up at mine. With my anger i would lay the smackdown on him! Not really Parcel Monkeys fault but maybe they can make raise this with the couriers and better the service.

...Parcel Monkey was a late choice but they came through. Not the cheapest but my parcel got there and, remarkably, arrived sooner than expected.

It was good that the parcel was collected and the price was reasonable but disappointed to find it took much longer than advertised to arrive.

They were due to collect on 08/02/2017. Offered no explanation as to why the collection never took place with DPD when I sent an email at 18:29 on 08/02/2017, then confirmed rescheduled collection for 09/02/2017 only to then change it to 10/02/2017 half way through the day. I requested this was cancelled as I was not confident the wedding gift would actually make it abroad and was told a refund would be offered in 3-5 working days. Well, alas that time passed and instead their claims team tell you to "click here to accept" your refund within 14 days. Absolute lack of service or consideration for the customer. Will never recommend and have fed back to the company that recommended in the first place.

This has to be probably the best courier service that I have used, easy to use website with quick email confirmation/label information delivery and quick response to delivery queries. I mainly send smaller parcels so generally use the DPD option for delivery as I can drop them off at my local depot and the delivery confirmation from DPD means I can track the parcel easy and the recipient can get information easily and change delivery times or details.

Id tried other options for delivering my items. This proves to be the cheapest option and was picked up quickly and delivered quicker than expected via parcelforce. Would definitelyuse again.

Collected within notified 1 hour time slot and enroute to Portugal later that day. Arrival within 3 working days was great. Good price too compared to parcelforce.

We were looking at moving abroad and needed to move our PCs and a couple of boxes of personal stuff. We looked around a lot of places and couldnt find much in a reasonable price range for us. We tried parcel monkey and found that one companies quote undercut themselves by around £400 which put it in a more reasonable price range.
We packed the boxes printed the shipping labels and could easily track each parcel through links parcelmonkey gave us. Although delivery was a third party and not directly parcel monkey themselves, everything went smoothly and figuring out the best deal with the exact packages I had was trivial. I have to also give Parcelforce some credit as they did pick up the boxes from my home and deliver them to my new one very quickly and seemingly with no damage, looking forward to hooking my computer back up tomorrow!
Was very happy with the service and if I need to send anything in this way again from the UK I will definitely be looking at them.

Parcel to Australia was carefully measured and weighed. Dropped off at Post Office so they confirmed weight on scales before scanning. 10 days later an excess charge of £33 is levied with the explanation of the carrier disagreeing the size but no proof provided. The size and weight were EXACT as entered when quoting for the cost of sending. Try and contact by phone - impossible! Proof provided - no chance. They appear cheap but then use this as a method to claw back the difference. You have been warned!!!

booked two packages, on one i was overcharged and they refuse to give a refund even though they acknowledge i was overcharged after many emails, also i paid a lot of money for an express service to the usa, they failed to deliver it and have not responded to my many requests for a refund over many weeks.

I dont post many things via courier but Parcel Monkey make it easier. Its essentially price comparison for parcel services plus the additional benefit of tracking all shipments through the site. Excellent, I dont know or even care if Parcel Monkey have any competitors, they do everything I need & more.

Half the price of going through local post office, easy to organise on line,turned up when said. Had an email to say they were coming,although didnt know what time.
Awaiting for the company to say they received the parcel. If they do without a hitch I would rate parcel monkey 5stars!

The name says is all, what a monkey of a company. Booked a parcel (UK to Peru) fully insured through Parcelmonkey and DPD. They have lost the Parcel and admitted so, but have not refunded our company which means our customers have to wait weeks for any resolution. The online chat service is their ONLY means of communication and it can take hours or even days for them to respond. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR CARE! Parcelmonkey is vague with information and slow to take action. They said they would contact the courier (DPD) directly and two days later had not done so as I spoke to the couriers directly. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! another courier offers a much better service with UK phone support and better prices. This was a first and last time for Parcelmonkey. Lets see if we ever get the refund???
