Ive used Parcel Monkey several times now and each time everything was carried out as expected - parcel collected on time and delivered within 3 days. I would definitely recommend them.

Really useful - broke down a modular synth so had a lot of parcels to send. Only one downside - if there is an issue at all, or just a question, I prefer to speak to someone verbally, not use a message feature. Hence the 4 stars.

Use these exclusively now as they are good value for money and if theres a problem they will sort it out. Sent a parcel to south of France the other year with a partial address and ParcelMonkey could not have been more helpful. Parcel got there OK in the end. The online assistants are great

Parcel was collected on the agreed day, bound for New Zealand - it actually arrived at its ultimate destination three days ahead of schedule, so I was very pleased about that.
Only criticism was that the parcel was difficult to track as the Parcel Monkey ID number didnt correspond to the DHL number - who delivered the parcel.
But was very happy overall with the service, and would use again.

I have used Parcel Monkey in the past and have been very impressed with the effciency and service. The parcel was routed through Parcelforce who were excellent tracked all the way and delivered well within the 48 hours I had chosen. I would recommend this service .

Have used them for 2 transactions. Both were a complete disaster. Very unhelpful, you cant contact them on the phone only by chat. They take more money than originally quoted. Dont compensate when things go wrong. Use them at your peril.

I have had three successful orders with Parcel Monkey but when I tried to book my fourth it wouldnt let me complete the order to the address I inputted. Tried several times, in the end had to use Ebay postage with no problem to the same address, very annoying.

Parcel monkey charged my bank card without my authorization after I had already paid in full for shipping charges (double charges). AND they did not ever deliver my parcel to my home address as advertised. I had to collect it myself. Will never use this company again!

I booked a collection service to pick up goods I had bought on eBay. The item should have been. Collected on Tuesday and the sender waited in all day only for the parcel not be picked up. I contacted Parcelmonkey via their live chat system (thats a total lie, it took over an hour to reply!) and was "told" that the job was re booked for Thursday. I was not asked if that was convenient, I was just told. On Thursday the sender contacted me to say Hermes had collected the parcel ( though I had specified DX when booking) and then about 3 hours later I was contacted again to say DX had also turned up to pick up the parcel. I contacted Parcel monkey to ask what was going on and who actually had the parcel and they implied that I was mislead and they had nothing to do with Hermes. I pointed out that it was highly unlikely that a courier would turn up at a random house where there just happened to be a parcel for me and know my name and address! This seemed to confuse the Parcelmonkey operative( different one replying to each message) and this time I got a vague apology. I again asked who what where and when ref the parcel and was met by silence, no comment or reply. Then on Saturday I was informed from the sender that Hermes had just delivered the parcel they had picked up from him back to him!!! At this point I asked him to send it via Royal Mail and will now have to waste time getting a refund from Parcel monkey. Summing up never ever under any circumstances use these amateurs, either use a courier direct or use Royal Mail

Paid for a fast track next day service , waited in all day nobody showed I cancel the order due to the time sensitive nature of the item , courier came came day after to collect ! Been waiting 4 days so far to be approved refund ? Not a professional services

Was told this was a good website for shipping comparisons. I checked the specs and weight of my parcel precisely before shipping, then dropped it off at the shop for DPD to ship it off. Thought that would be the end of it, only to get an email saying they had added on a 20% on top of what I had paid. For some "volumetric weight", which was not mentioned previously and only was notified when they charged me extra. Not very happy with the service, but at least my friend got the parcel fast.
