My parcel wasnt collected on the day it was scheduled to be collected... I asked the reason why on live chat , they reponded reasonably fast but nothing wow... However they couldnt get back to me why the reason parcel didnt get collected due to poor lack of cominication between service and courier .. It was very dissapointed for that reason my parcel was delay by a week ... very poor service ... As a company should at least have a phone number so I can contact them directly .... However overall experience was stressful ! People who wanted do everything according on their exact time please dont use this service .. You cant rely on this service due to their lack of time management ... you may end of wasting your whole day at home and not getting your parcel collected ..

Awesome service, great price, fast pick-up and delivery.
Exactly what you need for parcels large and small.
It could only be improved if it gave you the option to drop-off the parcels at a local store/depot.

If only the Royal Mail were as fast as these guys!
I ordered a same day collection for a 48 hour Royal Mail Express service. Handled flawlessly by PM, unfortunately though Royal Mail took more than 48 hours to deliver.

We sent a parcel just before Christmas to be delivered early new year.Now Feb 9 and despite several emails to them and nine from them, no delivery. Parcel Monkey instead of admitting they have lost the parcel have fobbed us off at every turn. All the emails from them have Christian names only so iy is impossible to send a Small Claims Court to them. What they seem to have forgotten is it is possible to send a Court Claim to a company, which is our next step

Simple process to order a collection though website when used on a smartphone is not well laid out. Main website is good. Had a few problems where parcels werent accepted after confirmed for collection or parcels marked as collected when not. Generally good though. Delivery delays have been the fault of the courier not parcel monkey. Parcel monkey have very restricted list of items that can be sent while most couriers they offer are less restrictive. I use the service once a month or so and find it useful.

I used Parcel Monkey for the first time the other day, all I can say is that it was so easy to send my parcel,I booked online, printed off the label and took the parcel to my nearest DPD collection point ( I chose that option because it suited me, as I then didnt have to wait in all day for collection) and within 24 hours it was delivered to the delivery address, it saved me £s in postage from not using Royal Mail and it arrived undamaged!! I was able to track the parcel throughout the entire journey, Excellent service and very easy to use, will certainly use again. Thank You

Absolutely fantastic service and price is excellent. Large package dropped off in UK on Monday and I recieved it Wednesday in Ireland. I was able to track it and see where it was at all times. Would definitely recommend Parcel Monkey to anyone looking to send stuff by courier.

Booked a pick up through their site, with a reputable carrier. You cant contact the couriers directly at all, when I contacted Parcel Monkey to tell them it was a no show, it took over 30 mins for them to answer a "live chat" and then they told me the best that they could do would be to reschedule. But not on a weekend. So I have lost an entire day waiting and now I have to go to work stuck with a package! Dont use them

I booked next day delivery via this website because I had a big parcel which was quite heavy so I used this as a cheaper alternative. I realised I had work and there was no time left for when it was going to be picked up. I left a note on the door and was so grateful when the man lifted it when I wasnt there and posted a receipt through the door. Defiantly use again

Parcel monkey advertised as 3-4 international working days for international delivery (UK to Dubai), but parcel only delivered on the 6th working day. Was for a wedding present, so disappointed that it got to recipients late.

Sent a 16kg box to Mallorca, collected on Thursday and delivery the following Tuesday. Great comms, texted the receiver with updates, phoned on the day to confirm delivery. Wish I known about them earlier, would have saved a fortune.
