Every courier that I have booked through parcel monkey have always picked up and delivered on the time/days specified/booked for!! Such an easy price comparison site!! I am sure that if you went direct to the courier you could possibly save a little money but on the odd occasion when a smaller parcel is being sent there is a different company that quotes an extremely low price!! Either way parcel monkey do all the leg work as soon as you have entered the parcel dimensions.
Also the option to pay with PayPal instead of a debit card makes things easier as most of my sales are from Ebay which are payed for through PayPal.

Ordered for same day collection, courier didnt turn up. The monkeys decided that this was acceptable and said that I would have to wait three days for the courier to come and collect. I pointed out that I paid for same day collection and they said thats life. Not impressed. Asked for a refund and they told me to wait 3-5 working days. No sorry not refund. Shocking service

I am being asked to review Parcel Monkeys performance before my parcel has even been delivered. Probably because it was supposed to take 2 to 3 days and its now 5 days after collection.

No problems with this service. Did everything on line and received a text with one hour window collection and email confirmation of collection. Also, had email on day of delivery giving one hour window of delivery time.
Fully trackable service from UK to Spain with DPD and Seur. Can recommend this company for fast efficient delivery of parcels.

Booking the parcels for delivery online is easy and straightforward to follow. All deliveries I have arranged through Parcel Monkey have been delivered on time without any damage, I would recommend using them to anyone!

Our heater arrived with a broken wheel. Their website offers no phone number and no email address to contact them for this issue. Live chat not working properly. I will think twice before sending certain items.

The pickup service for air express is much faster than the drop service which will not collected as soon as possible. It took 4 days after I dropped as I remember. So better choose the pick up service.

When I asked for the collection I specifically said not between 12 am and 1 pm because I would be out. Parcelforce arrived at 12.30 pm. As it happened, my previous engagement was cancelled so I was at home. What is the point of telling you when I will not be in when it is ignored?

One of our parcels was mis-delivered to a third party. We informed Parcel Monkey, whose response was to insist that the parcel was signed for at the correct address. They even provided a photo of a signature supposedly proving this (i.e. blatant fraud). After over a month and umpteen emails, re-delivery was finally arranged. If your parcel goes missing, youre likely to face a brick wall in trying to retrieve it. Perhaps we should have entrusted our parcel to a real monkey instead!

Reasonable price to send parcels abroad. Sent 2 large boxes to Turkey .It was much cheaper than taking them on to a flight. Received both boxes within the given time scales. Great service .

The collection courier didnt call on the arranged date,(I was home all day) then I received an email from the courier stating that my parcel was in Southampton!! How can this be? The parcel was still in the hallway! 3 days after the original collection date, I received an email asking me to make a new collection date. Finally today the Parcel was collected, so yes I will use Parcel Monkey again but will choose a different courier

I am beyond impressed with the service I received, I sent a heavy parcel to USA (that the post office refused to send) I was recommended Parcel Monkey by my sister.
I was abit iffy about it as I have always used the post office ! But my parcel got to my aunties in the USA in 4 days ! And the price was amazing ! I will totally use this service again and I would recommend to everyone !

I was little bit sceptical about Parcel Monkey after having very bad experience with Ecoparcel. I have sent two packages from London to Sweden with Parcel Monkey and not only they have called for pick up, but they have wrote email and they have called for the delivery. Packages arrived safe and sound in 3 days. Excellent !
