When I had a problem with my delivery, they initially refused to refund my money, claiming it wasnt their fault. Eventually they offered me a "full refund" which turned out not include all the money I paid. Customer services where very unhelpful, obstructive and rude throughout. They maybe cheap, but if youre looking for a company wholl fix things if they go wrong Id look elsewhere.

Sorry to hear about the issue with delivery, a refund of the delivery amount was provided however as the goods arrived safety the insurance cost was not. Tried to send a parcel to oman, took my 50 pound ok then parcel went sat at depot for days before been returned to parcel monkey office in southampton? saying item prohibited even though i checked on list of prohibited items before and after and no mention of my item then charged me further 35 pound to get it back ,disgusting service avoid use a parcel company direct leave out these monkeys,

Sorry to hear about your issue with the return, Parcel Monkey do not handle the parcels and they carrier would return the goods based on the contents if there was something inside prohibited. If something is sent that should not of been, there is a charge for the goods to be processed back and returned to the sender. If you are unhappy with the reasoning for this consignment being returned, let us know via a support ticket addressed as FAO Manager and we can assist.

for the recent parcels i sent via your system both i had to reschedule, which meant they were not picked up on the right day then the first driver picked up both parcels and later that day another driver turned up to collect the second of the two, which had already been collected by the first driver

I was really pleased with my first booking however, the tracking facility does not work. My parcel was booked on Tue 10th and arrived in Dubai on Sun 15th and yet even now (17th), the tracking page shows that my "Collection is booked". Used the online chat facility to find out where the parcel was and this was very helpful

So far my experience is mixed. Parcel collected within the time frame 8-6. The delivery driver arrived at 5.45. It would be helpful to be given a window of am or pm. My main concern is that having offered a tracking facility I am unable to track my parcel. Indeed it is still showing that the shipment will be collected which was five days ago. It would reassure me hugely to be able to see the progress of my parcel. Please do not offer services that you seem unable to provide.

The PM tracking service said the parcel could not be collected, yet the parcel was taken, we had no proof, and the parcel was not delivered. I had to pay to send another unit together with the postage (via Royal Mail this time). The first parcel did turn up at the delivery point 2 months later, and PM see no issue with that. Ill be going direct to the couriers in future and avoiding this inadequate brokerage service. Customer Services - Please see the history on PM5006791

It was very quick and easy to book my two bags to be picked up the next day from my flat on top floor. Friendly delivery man who said to expect the bags to arrive at drop-off location the next day. The bags arrived safely and I was very happy with door to door service.
The only inconvenience was that I had no idea what time to expect the pick up, not even a rough idea. However, the bags were gone by 14:30 so at least I did not wait inside all day.

Two parcels from Peterborough Cambridgeshire England to Sintra Portugal. On time. No problems. Next parcel will go by Parcel Monkey again. :)

Price and pickup are fine, but when the parcel arrives in Spain, everything goes wrong. Tried to use parcel monkeys DPD service. Correspondent in Spain called SEUR. The WORST company. Drivers wont divert off the main road and the client is told, "You werent in" which is rubbish. They have 500 complaints on their Facebook page. Tried using Parcel Force. Package arrives in Spain within 24 hours, but Correos (Spanish post) have no understanding of the word URGENT. Manyana if you are lucky, but more like next week, Forget 3 to 4 working days that you have paid for, figure 7 minimum if you are lucky. I live on the outskirts of a big town, not in the wilderness.

I had to send a pretty large box back to a retailer with returned items in, when searching online for prices with companies direct the cost was much higher than it was through parcel monkey. The old negative I can find is that a pick up time with the courier I had chosen through this site was not allocated but having said that, I cant complain as it cost so little and pick up and was collected in the morning. Overall a very good experience and I will use again.

Unprofessional, took 5 weeks for a query to be resolved. Employ people with lack of English or any experience. Cut a lot of corners. I wont be using this company again and i will also be advising others not to use this service. Do not Use once they take your money its no longer their problem.

Spent the whole day indoors waiting for the parcel to arrive. Got an email saying no-one was home. No card- so obviously did not even come to my front door! I went through parcel force on your website.

Delivery and collection with Parcelforce can occur from 8am to 6pm and they do not give a time slot, so we do offer a drop off service on our quote engine.
