Made an order in Nov for Christmas 2016. They lost it .Had to cancel and reorder. THEY LOST IT. Still waiting 14 the Jan ,the company that I ordered from said packages were picked up. Parcel Monkey want to reimburse me 13 euros for a 200 euro insured parcel. Terrible online communications. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I found parcelmonjey after I encountered limitations in the amount of luggage I could carry with me on flight. After searching and comparing different prices, it was clear that parcelmonjey was the cheapest. The bag arrived four working days later from my local place in Dundee Scotland to the house address I was travelling in Finland. Travelling cant feel much better. Sending my luggage ahead meant I could carry more stuff and travell with cheap budget such as Ryanair and wizz air to reach my final destination while making stop overs I in different countries.

Parcel was sent via Parcelforce and arrived on time, undamaged. However, at the booking stage, the Parcel Monkey website indicated the drop off point was 0.57 miles from my house. Therefore it was more convenient for me to drop off rather than wait in for someone to collect. The actual drop off point was 12.5 miles from my house which meant a 25 mile round trip to drop off... Not great...

My issue was resolved however having a conversation via chat took too long. Every sentence I wrote took long for the agent to see and reply back, some times I never got a reply

I have used Parcel Monkey as a front end for DPD to send items both within the U.K. and Europe , so far so good.

The reference number they give your parcel does not seem to match with the courier - in my case DX Freight - and it is impossible to track. I waited three days before collection and this I believe was only after my intervention with the courier. Parcel Monkey say not to contact the courier but PM do not seem able to track even their own system. The emails were always apologetic but words come cheap with no resolution. There was no communication to say the parcel was delivered and I contacted the recipient myself to find it had been delivered next day as expected. There is no telephone number for customer services but not sure this would be useful anyway based on my experience. Sorry but I would not use Parcel Monkey again. The only positive I can give here us that the guys from DX were helpful.

I am verry satisfied with your service and specially when sending abroad. You service so easy to use and very fast. I am also happy that I can drop off at the postoffice as that is most easy for me. The time for the parcel to arrive fits pretty well with the time you give on the page. Thank you for great service.

My parcel was delivered very late, two days later got email from parcel monkey that volume is more than what i said. i challenged them and now they said weight is more than what i told them. Total lie. they just want to take more money out of me. I asked them for a refund for delivering my parcel very very late, twice they said they will investigate, but no response. Still writing to them everyday! not worth it A total rip off company. stay clear of parcelmonkey UPDATE: contacted the support department but no response, Stay clear

Sorry to hear this parcel arrived later than anticipated, the service time frames are given to us by the couriers and are based on working days and are an estimate. Additional charges come direct from the carrier and occur when items are not weighed or measured correctly, we simply pass these on to the sender, whose responsibility is to declare the parcel correctly. We do not make additional money on this, we simply pass the funds to the courier as they are charging for the correct weight the laser measurement equipment confirms the parcel is at their depot.
We answer all support tickets and enquires so if you have a left a message this will be responded to.

Paid £148 to get an item delivered on overnight delivery. Someone waited in all day for the collection, I waited in all day for delivery and it turns out they never collected the item to delivery. I paid for an overnight service and they failed to deliver. they now cant refund me for 3-5 days the person in the on the end of the live chat says this. "Hi, we do not have phone support and we are unable to call you. We have now forwarded you to the UK. They will be in touched with you" Regarding the reply below, I tried that, I have had no contact from anyone in the UK and only been able to speak to someone halfway round the world. This was time sensative, Ive taken time off to make sure i was here. you cant refund the money i paid you for 3-5 days ?!

Not a fault of parcel monkey, but fault of DPD who are a bunch of useless clowns and shouldnt breed. My parcel has been sat in the drop off shop that i left it at for over a week, their customer service fob you off with **** excuses and dont help you.. i had to go back to the shop to confirm it was still there! It was supposed to be a 2 day service, was the cheapest option and now i know why!

Checked prices at post office,this was far better value for money and included collection from my home.The parcel made it to Spain with four days without damage or any problems.Would highly recommend this company to anyone.

The recipient may need to pay customs duty as all items are sent with Customs Duty unpaid, you can contact DHL directly if you wish to look into this, as the money is paid by the recipient in the destination.
