Ive used parcel monkey for U.K. Packages and been really happy with the price and service, so decided to use them for a package to the USA. However, once I got to the point of entering all the info to book the postage I hit a wall. It seems parcel monkey has aggregated all the restrictions of all the various overseas carriers they use, to create a kafkaesque list of everything under the sun. Unless youre sending clothing or blank paper, youre pretty much stuffed. Ended up using Royal Mail, who have sensible restrictions, so no problems.

I needed to a large parcel (11 kg) from London to Tenerife and was looking for an affordable, but safe solution. ParcelMonkeys service convinced me from the first visit of their homepage: easy to understand and to fill in, great tracking and delivery in less than 2 weeks. The receiver even got a short note announcing the delivery. Im am very happy to have found Parcelmonkey, have already recommended it to friends, and will definitely use it again! Thanks to all the Parcelmonkey people!

Approx 28 hours from drop off at shop in Thame, to delivery to a rurl spot in Fife.

I sent a parcel to New Hampshire in the USA. Thought it had been delivered when I received an email asking how Parcel Monkey had performed. On checking my tracking number it had not been delivered to the USA but was back in Hampshire in the UK and had been since 9.15 this morning. No contact from Parcel Monkey to let me know what was happening. I am now tying to find out what happened and where my parcel is. Not happy at all as it was christmas presents and I was told it would be delivered now it could be anyway. UPDATE: Have been told my package contained something contrary to T&C so was returned. I have sent the same things to the USA for over 4 years now. I think it is just a rip off as now if I dont pay another £25.00 plus VAT to have my package returned to me they will destroy it. So I have paid £46 for a non - delivery so I am really angry at having the choice of paying more or having it destroyed. So much for Christmas spirit. First and most definately the LAST time i will use his company. FURTHER UPDATE: Still waiting for my parcel to be returned. Having been blackmailed to pay more money for a return I was expecting them to at least return it quickly. No how silly of me they have not even arranged collection from their depot until tomorrow (29th). So angry about all the money I have paid out, no service and very disappointed family in the states still with no Christmas presents. Cannot stress enough how much of a con this company is.

Absolutly rubbish , courier took parcel to address and then took it back stating insuffcient address .Complaint make in both UK and Netherlands, the result no response not a good advert for parcel service , after making complaint you have the utter gaul to ask how you have done - I think you know the answer to that as a courer service rubbish

Sorry to hear there was an issue with delivery a valid address needs to be provided for the courier to be able to deliver the goods, if one is not provided then they may have an issue with delivering this to the recipient. If the address given is not valid, then the sender is at fault here I am afraid.

When Ive got the quote for delivery time it was like 5 days or more (international). The parcel got delivered within 4 days (including a weekend)! Just before Xmas. Brilliant! :)

Swift and good value delivery of documents to South Africa after the postal service had screwed things up with mail delayed 7 weeks in Johannesburg. The reliable DPD collected the documents (even giving a 1 hour window for pick-up) and delivered it five days later to the address in Cape Town. All tracked and traceable on the website.

I was a bit sceptical as to how efficient it would be. I was sending a large box of presents from London home to Ireland for Christmas. It only cost about £17 but would have cost nearly £40 if I had to check a suitcase on the plane. The parcel was picked up Friday afternoon and delivered to my mothers work in Ireland on Monday afternoon. Brilliant service. Would highly recommend and will be using again in the future. A collection time of 8am to 6PM is given. I dont think it is right for you guys to expect us to wait all day for a 5 minute pick up. The least you can do is to give us one hour slot and call us well in advance before arriving for the collection. Rest of the service is very good.

Excellent service. Really helpful collection driver who advised me on final packaging. Excellent inf on internet tracking, until it left the UK. Then it was predicted tracking. However the package arrived safely and intact. Wil use this service again. Value for money. Cheaper than an extra suitcase when travelling.

Two sizeable parcels needed to be shipped from south Cornwall to central London. Both were collected on the chosen date and delivered the very next day within 24 hours. It was a very positive experience in terms of cost in money, time and effort for otherwise I would have had to drive over six hours in one direction to deliver the parcels in person, pay for the fuel cost and contend with navigation and traffic on the road.

I sent two parcels (total weight 20kg) from the UK to France. It cost me just over £30, including insurance, which I thought was very reasonable. The parcels were collected on the day after I placed the order and arrived two days later. The only problem was that the person who collected the parcels would have left the paperwork unsigned if there had been no-one in to explain it to him. (I left the parcels in the porch for collection, with clear instructions written in capitals, using a marker pen, on top of the paperwork, asking for it to be signed and dated.)

I delivered a package to Turkey via Parcel Monkey from the UK. I waited over a month and nothing... I contacted Parcel Monkey throughout this process and the communication was so messy. The custom support was semi-automated, so my email was just getting spammed with useless stuff. In my experience, they told me it was the fault of the courier, but accepted no blame.

Really just do not know how you do it!! Booked parcel in on Wednesday evening 14 December and a text message was on my phone Thursday morning to advise that my parcel would be picked up between 09.00 - 17.00. A little later another message arrived to advise pick-up between 10.23-11.23, duly picked-up at 10.45! Normally I enjoy tracking my parcel but being busy with the festive season it arrived in destination even before I started! When I say arrived this was before midday on Saturday 17th. PARCEL FROM NORTHAMPTONSHIRE, UK TO TIGNES IN THE FRENCH ALPS WITHIN 48HOURS!!! One very happy daughter to receive her Christmas parcel of pressies & goodies, weighing 17kg by the way, and one very happy Mum, when it only cost £15!! This is the 3rd time I have used this service in the past 4 months and each time it has been *****! How fantastic to receive this level of service, especially in todays world!!! Parcel force is the worst delivery service in the world.paid for next day delivery before 12.time was not delivered on Friday at all. I chased up and was promised Sunday delivery. On mondaythe driver told me it was only the put on the van that day. Its standard for parcel force. Unexceptable

I paid for the more expensive express air service because it said it would be delivered in 3 to 4 days.it wasnt delivered on time and now my niece and nephew wont have there gifts from me for Christmas because they have gone away on holiday and werent home to receive there parcel because it arrived late.

Collected on the Monday for 24 hour delivery and only received by Buyer on the Thursday. Paid for a 24 hour service and thats what we should have got irrespective of it being two weeks before Christmas.

An excellent service, my parcel was delivered safely and very fast from the UK to Italy. I highly recommend Parcel Monkey courier service. This is the second time I have used this courier and I shall not hesitate to use again.

Happy with service apart from it not clear of rough time of picking parcel up and also the courier didnt contact the person who was receiving it to make sure there was someone there as requested. Otherwise a good service.

Absolutely awful service. It was picked up on Monday morning. I paid for a 24 hour service so expected it to be delivered on Tuesday. I rang on Wednesday as it hadnt been delivered by that point. They informed me that they broke the package and that it was still in the depot. I needed the package to its destination before Wednesday morning as the person receiving it was going. Hence the 24 hour service. I bubble wrapped the package very carefully, I question how it was handled in the depot. Ill never use parcelforce again and would advise everyone else to do the same.

Should the goods of arrived damaged please contact us and we can raise a claim for you, as long as the goods are not prohibited and you have opted in to add protection cover.
