I sent a package to North America. It was delayed and delivered late. I asked Parcel Monkey to chase up the courier for compensation as the delay had caused issues. This they did only to come back and quote some Ts & Cs. I was not happy with this and asked Parcel Monkey if I could contact the courier directly. They didnt mind me doing this. After contacting the courier, who did not dismiss my complaint, they explained that as Parcel Monkey were the client contact I would have to go back to them. This I did; at which point PM said they would go back to the courier on my behalf and get back to me ASAP. After waiting a further two weeks I contacted PM again as they had not replied. They wrote back to me quoting the same set of Ts & Cs previously offered, said Id signed up to them and as such they were not willing to provide compensation. So the courier was willing to listen, Parcel Monkey werent. Will not be using this company again as they have no idea what real customer service is.

Hi All We sent a item through Parcel Monkey which suffered damage in the shipping process. The courier DX admitted liability but Parcel Monkey would not refund the compensation for the damage as they did not have a agreement with DX for any damage occurred. They spout on about inadequate packing and will not payout on any compensation claims as they will say that its been inadequately packed, a nice get out on ever having to pay customers what they are owed. They are honestly the worst company I have dealt with and I have now left my first negative review of a company in my 34 years on this planet! My advice dont use parcel MONKEY go directly through the courier and at least if they damage it you can get compensation instead of having to email Alexandra who can only type what is written in a script in front of her.

Ive used parcel monkey a couple of times now and its the quickest, easiest way to send a parcel. I use it a lot for sending large items and all you need is the details of the parcel - weight ,size and destination. I will be using these guys again.

You can trust this company!!!! I booked a parcel for sending to abroad, it cost me £23.50 at the first, after they picked up, they email me to say that my measurement was wrong, so they charged me another £2-£3 on my debit card. then 2 days later, they email that my parcel has contained something not allow to post, so they say that I have pay Further £20 for sending back to me or they will destroy the parcel. what can I do, I paid them another £20 for sent my parcel back. ALL I HAVE PUT IN THE PARCEL WAS A PAIRE OF LADIES BOOTS AND 2 BOTTLES OF FISH OIL CAPSULES.

the delivery address was the clearing agent - which was unknown to us and did not understand why it was not our delivery address - we queried this and caused a days delay - unnecessary delay!

This is the first time I used a courier and I must say that I was really pleased from the price to Europe (VERY reasonable) to the handling of the whole tracking system and signed for at the other end. AWESOME!!!

Although the price is very good, the delivery service used in Germany (GLS) was not. I was not at home when they tried to deliver the parcel so they took it to a package shop where I was told I had to pick it up. This was 1.8km away and the package weighed 22kg. I dont have a car and dont know anyone with one. I called to find out if it could be redelivered and they said no because the package wasnt far from me. So I had to go to the package shop then get a taxi back with it, essentially paying again for a delivery service Id already paid for. Not satisfied

I was sending a parcel from London to Greece. I made the arrangements and payment in the morning. They told me that in half an hour I was going to have the label for Courier.There was a tremendous delay in sending me the label. After sending millions of messages and explaining that it is urgent to have the label because I had to stuck the label and leave it in the reception of my hotel, I had to catch my plane to Greece and leave the parcel without a label. The label arrived late in the afternoon. Hopefully I emailed it to the reception and made the job for me. I am disappointed with all the stress that this delay caused me. I had to stay in the hotel my last 6 hours, until the hour that I was flying, waiting for the label. It has passed one week and still my parcel hasnt arrived.

I made a rush booking on a Monday morning, my parcel was picked up that afternoon and delivered by the Thursday morning from Kent to N.Ireland. Prices quoted are much more reasonable than on partner websites.
Very impressed.

Worst service ever! I paid for the. Ext day collection and have to chase and rebook 3 times so parcel finally got collect 4. Days later! Cant say Ill ever use the service again! - 5 starts ! I feel I got the same service that a monkey would give me!

I was skeptical as the price was at least half of every other international courier, but the process was incredibly easy and the package turned up a lot sooner than what was expected!

Great and simple to use service. Would trust the guys from Parcel Force. Claimed he knocked on the door to collect the parcels but he didnt and had to run out as just walked away. Lucky for me it took him a minute get his van started again for me to call him back. Not impressed!!!!

DPD emailed me to say they had attempted and failed a delivery. The house they deliver to is occupied all the time and there was no card left at the premises making it difficult for customer to know how to contact company to re-arrange. Parcel monkey asks for the contact details of the person posting the parcel rather than receiving it which creates confusion as I received a text to say the delivery was taking place but the person who was receiving it didnt receive any notice.
