THIS COMPANY IS FRAUD. MY PARCEL WAS DAMAGED. I PAID EXTRA FOR INSURANCE OF MY PARCEL. I MADE A CLAIM AND THEN THEY ANSWERED ME THIS: Under the terms and conditions, you agreed the Company shall not be liable to compensate the Customer for any damage incurred to the packaging of the Customers Goods. THEY PUT INSURANCE MONEY IN THEY OWN POCKET. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. THEY WILL BE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYTHING.

As usual, really bad. It says that they attempted to deliver but they couldnt find anyone when 2 persons we were waiting only for the boxes all day... No phone call, no text, no email. AVOID as much as you can. Their customer service is bad and the response now it will be that they sell the service. But there is no service.

Havent got the time to wait in....other things to do.. all that wasted time expecting your parcel to be picked up by the courier company..?
Then choose Parcelforce drop off on Parcelmonkey.....not only saves on time & money..... but you drop off your parcel at your own convenience.....whats not to like.....so theres no negatives with Parcelmonkey.....just excellent value and service.....my choice every time! .....Francis.

We used Parcel Monkey a couple times with no issues, then the next time we booked in a collection (within the collect today if booked in 4 hours) no courier came to collect, I was then advised it had been rescheduled for the next day. Again, no collection was made. Parcel Monkey take no accountability in the poor couriers they choose and dont attempt to compensate in any way when youve paid for a next day service and it doesnt get collected twice when confirmed. The live chat team have a shockingly low response time during operating hours. After explaining my situation, they said a delivery attempt was made but our business was closed, when our gates were fully open between 08:00-18:00 I doubt they will even make the courier aware of this, thus the bad service will continue to exist. Luckily I found an alternative courier to use who can have all of our business to Europe instead.

After booking my parcel to be collected on a Thursday afternoon it was collected the following morning just after 8am and delivered to Spain within 4 days with a weekend in between!
The collection driver was informative and very polite and the parcel was delivered on time and in good order.
Would definitely use again and recommend them.

A great cheap service IF nothing goes wrong. If there is a problem the customer service is just gives standard automated replies (if you get one at all)..Extremely poor customer service. Make sure you read all the small print that is cleverly hidden in their website.

Great service, easy to use and cost effective. Parcel Monkeys online booking system was so easy to use and the costs where transparent and very reasonable in comparison to other courier services that I tried booking direct with. Only draw back was no notification of safe delivery but otherwise I was very impressed with the service as a whole, I would definitely recommend.

Lyers not paying compensation for lost parcels. Hiding not answering unprofessional staff. When problem starts just lyes and hiding. Careful. I insure parcel for 100£ When lost only 50 payd and no refund for postage. Thats hapen 2 times.
