Had to chase the support dept for customs labels for the last two shipments. Courier notes restricted to 50 characters. I can understand that, but having made me reduce the message in size (not always easy to do this and keep it making sense) why oh why dont you PRINT IT ON THE LABEL???? A mediocre experience... but that seems to be the way inn the UK

Parcel was returned to Parcel Monkey offices even though I inputted a return address. Expect me to pay £10.85 for delivery + £5 admin fee + VAT which would cost me £19.02. Unacceptable! Will be using an alternative courier service.

my parcel was not picked until very late on the collection day - I had to take the whole day off work for this...and three days later it was returned to sender with a handling cost of £20 ...too much hassle and out of pocket at the end

It was the first time we tried Parcel Monkey. How do we regret it now! Our customers needed something quickly so we picked the 2 day delivery service from Northern Ireland to Republic of Ireland. Our Parcel ended up in England to be sorted and arrived 5 days later! Our customer was raging! We may have lost their custom due to unreliable broker delivery service. Not using Parcel Monkey anymore!

Quick and easy. Drop off points a bit limited in West 1 london but the convenience of doodle at Waterloo station makes up for that.

I returned a basin to its supplier using parcel monkey, as I had used them before without issues, and was previously impressed with their service. I heard from the supplier that the parcel had been damaged in transit and that as a result they were not able to refund me for the cost of the basin (£180). I got in touch with parcelmonkey to look into this for me, and they said that as the broken basin was reported to them over 5 days after it had been sent (it was 9 days later) that in their terms and conditions this meant they simply would not look into my claim at all. I am so disappointed with the service received, and I am out of pocket an amount that I can simply not afford. I since found out that the supplier of the basin only processes returns within 7-10 working days, and so my hands were completely tied with this. It is extremely disappointing that a successful company like parcel monkey would rather save costs instead of taking care of their customers.

All in all we had no hassles with the service, however the pickup was late and we expected at least nowadays to be updated with a rough guide frame of when the pickup would occur, other than this little extra service everything went as expected and service and quality of goods delivered was very good. I would recommend using this service as my 1 star drop is more a reflection of how the service could improve their customer service, not the actual service.

Recently used Happy post who lost my parcel so was terrified to send anything else... but Parcel Monkey has provided accurate, fonctional and relayable service all along. Got a timing of an hour for the pick up, the person was on time and the delivery received in the best of times too!

Id never heard of Parcel Monkey but had 2 very heavy shelves to go back across the country. PM found me a very reasonable deal, I had the shelves collected next day. Easy!
