I had paid for the 24h service. They didnt come to another couriers- There isnt a number to discuss this with them. They were not even aware of their failure to pick up the parcels! After I raised this ( i had to do this for 3 different parcels- how irritating is that) i received a message a few hours later informing me now only one parcel will go 3 days later!!! I have not heard about the other 2!! I guess it proves the old saying- if you pay peanuts you get monkeys!!

Sorry to hear about the issue with the courier you have selected, we at Parcel Monkey do not make collections, we hand the booking over to the courier you choose via the quote engine. We do not have a contact phone number as we offer Live Chat on our website 8am to 9pm and also support email tickets to resolve any issues.

I was able to send two separate parcels at short notice. The site is VERY easy to use, I received immediate email confirmation and pre pared labels for the parcels. Well done! I would recommend you highly to others.

Was a bit worried as some Christmas pressies enclosed were and felt they may have been been damaged but absolutely not all in tact and a very happy daughter on the other side, will certainly use you again.

The incorrect weight on the label was a problem at the post office where it was handed in, because they weighed it at 2.3kg but the label showed 2.0kg after I recorded it as 2.2kg on the Parcel Monkey website.

Easy enough to order my delivery but misled with the delivery time. Was meant to be delivered between 2-4 days but its turned out to be 7 days!
Also, I got the impression that my parcel would be collected but I had to take it to a shop, more delays as I am disabled.

This was my 2nd time using Parcel Monkey. I paid for 4 days to deliver. Its taken 7 and then in top that its only been released due to threat of court action at the destination. My family have ever had to pay further fees for customs even though it was below the required amount in the UK and as per the Web page. The southafrica side of DPD were extremely rude and lacks in their services. Will be serious consideration before using again .

Sorry to hear about the delivery issue, all goods sent via Parcel Monkey are done so with customs duty unpaid. The customs duty is owed to customs in the destination and paid for by the recipient. If there is any customs issues this will not involve Parcel Monkey as we provide the shipping service, and the courier will then contact the recipient if any duty is owed.

Once I had created an account, it was just a matter of entering all the details and then waiting for the label to be emailed. Parcel Monkey told me the expected pick-up time for the following day and then also emailed me a reminder in the morning. The parcel was received exactly on time.

Arrived home to find Parcel Force trying to deliver my goods to my neighbour, on asking if he had a delivery for me, the first answer was no, then he had a change of mind and said maybe, maybe turned out to be yes, It was pure luck that I arrived at that time, although I had asked if parcel could be delivered between the times given, it arrived outside frame.

The parcel arrived on time and was less than half the price I was quoted at the Post Office. One thing was not clear - when the on-line form was printed out, it was not clear which one should go onto the parcel. Also it was very big (A4 size) so if Id been sending a smaller parcel it would not have fitted.

The parcels were picked up on time and arrived safely in Italy within the time frame given. I have used Parcel Monkey several times now and so far have never had any problems with them unlike another company I have used in the past.

Fast(6 days including the weekend) from UK to Romania at 1/2 of the lowest price i could find at any UK currier. Nice done, defently will use again.

Sorry to hear of the issue you have had with the courier, we do not make the collections, we resell courier services such as Parcelforce. They then send the courier out to deliver the goods and the tracking on this occasion states 9:56 Rotherham Depot Delivery attempted - premises unoccupied. Have used parcel monkey a couple of times now. Very efficient and great value. Also have received good customer service when i needed to change a pick up day at short notice. Will be my preferred method of delivery from now on.

Having never used parcel monkey before I will always use them from now on. I sent a parcel to France with parcel monkey via dpd. It was the easiest thing to do. Really good instructions and a great price.

I had two boxes to go to New Zealand. The booking of the shipment was easy, with labels and commercial invoice painless to complete. I dropped the boxes off at my local post office.
I could track the boxes every step of their journey and they reached New Zealand within 4 days.
One box was delivered but the second had a status of damaged box noted.
I contacted customer services via email and live chat....both very helpful and kept in contact with me.
The other box was delivered 2 days after the first and the only damage was to the box and not the contents. All in all a good result.
I only have one suggestion ...it was quite frustrating trying to find out the extent of the damage of the box. Perhaps a more detailed description on the status would help.

I used Parcel Monkey for the very first time to search for a cheap courier as I had it with the high prices from our beloved P.O. , lo and behold Parcel Monkey saved me over £50.00 in delivery charges !
Easy to use and register , and you keep track of your goods until them arrived at destination .
Will I use them again ? YES !

Sending a parcel overseas, the quote wasnt the cheapest but have used Parcel Monley in the past & on the whole they have been above average, the parcel has always arrived at its destination even though in the past it has not been collected on the stated day. Today when I need the parcel delivered quickly again it has not been collected !!..... just a courtesy email to let me know whats happening and why would at least help, after all you sent me about four separate messages telling me it would be collected today, why ? When it clearly hasnt ????

Selected parcels to be picked up 18th Jan which is today, it wasnt specified what time they would come so I had to stay at home the whole day to be disappointed. Leaving the country tomorrow early morning and there isnt anyone around to allow for pick up, called many times to the number appeared on google however it doesnt get through. Paid £250 for such BAD SERVICE and most importantly caused me so much inconvenience and time wasted. Have written an email for full refund but no reply yet. This is ridiculous. NO SHOW, no contact from anyone from parcel monkey, NOTHING. Also about printing your own label and putting them into clear folders specifically to be pasted on the boxes - SO MUCH INCONVENIENCE FOR SUCH AN EXPENSIVE BAD SERVICE.

Had no problems with parcel monkey, first time i have used a courior service, a lot of information required to send a package but it was an international delivery so thats why. Liked the way that different companies and there prices can be compared. Dpd i chose, not so pleased. The service was supposed to take 4-7 days, and when all done, paid for and dropped off to the drop off point, i get an estimated delivery date of over 2 weeks wait. In my case it was important that the parcel reach its destination in less than a 10 days to be there before chinese new year. So not very happy with that sevice, would not choose dpd ever again, my advise, pay more and have express up to 3 days service. But weather that would be achieved, i dont know.
