Generally a great service but had come nearly 45 minutes later than the time I had booked. Otherwise had ensure the parcel was received and delivered as appropriate

A great way of getting a good value courier service.
Luckily nothing went wrong with the service, so I dont know how good parcel monkeys customer service is, but I have used them a few times and touch wood, nothing has ever gone wrong.

I am not happy with the service. Although my parcel was delivered, the tracking number I was given did not work at all. Only when I contacted them they gave me another tracking number , this time with Courier as I was sending aBroad. Anyway a couple of days later Courier tracking website said parcel on hold, contacted Courier asking them what is happening. They came back to satying we cant discuss rhis parcel as it is forwarded through us but you need to contact Norsk. Never heard of them. Prcel monkey failed to inform me about Courier or norsk, failed to update tracking, failed to send me new tracking number. On top of that they said they couldnt give me a time slot for pickup, meaning staying home all day waiting forthe collection of the parcel. Sending one parcel abroad required contacting them three times. Ridiculous Will Never use again

Website easy to use with clear instructions, was able to print the label at home and drop the parcel off at the local sainsburies. Will definitely use again

Sent a 5 kg box of rare items to a regular buyer in South Korea. Thought I would give them a try as I have used more expensive to send to him before. Beware that they dont simply deliver the goods. They phoned him first but couldnt get a reply. He was in a meeting at work. No message was left and no attempt to deliver. Parcel has taken 8 weeks to find its way back to the UK and I have the option of picking it up from Southampton (I live in Kent!), pay nearly £25 to have it delivered back to me or have £400 worth of goods disposed of!!!. When it gets back, I will have to pay another £50 to resend it by a real courier instead of them. There is no contact phone number and they only message you what they want to make you hear. YOU KNOW WHAT THEY SAY!!! YOU PAY PEANUTS, YOU GET MONKEYS!!!

They failed to collect two days in a row. I have no idea what the plan is, my parcel still hasnt been collected. There is basically no way to speak to these people. On top of it they give you a 10 hours window. I am not kidding. So my 18m daughter basically hasnt been out of the house for two whole days, and for nothing on top of it. I am incredibly unhappy and I want my money back

We usually bring parcel directly to post office before I found this site. It was heavy and time consuming. Parcel Monky save me time. I found my parcel arrived next day. It was really surprisingly convenient. Will use again.

I like parcel monkey. It brings all the different shipping services together and I can choose the cheapest. I prefer to "drop off" my packages and PM gives you this option. Luckily a few of the parcel depots are quite close to me.
I had to use customer services once and this was an online chat - it was OK but they werent there at the stated time (i think they must have gone home early!) it got sorted in the end but took more effort on my part than it should have.
PM make sure your CS staff are actually online at the stated times!!

The parcel arrived double quick time UK to Uruguay in 5 days. The only siie was I had to contact them as after 5 days I had to contact as tracking status was still saying "2nd February 2017 @ 19:30: Collection Scheduled" The lady on live chat was very good and dealt with my query. quickly, but the status has still not changed to "Delivered"

Parcelforce cost was £45 to send a parcel to France. Parcel Monkey was £16.23. And the carrier they used? Parcelforce!

I Have sent 3 parcels with Parcel Monkey to a European destination from the UK and they have always arrived, safe, well and intact. Great service, great value, I will continue to use parcel monkey and def recommend.

My parcel was collected very early in the day on Monday so I could still get to work. Arrived in Malawi on Friday in perfect condition according to recipient. Quote was cheaper than any other courier by far :) So overall very happy and will be using them again. Thank you ParcelMonkey
Only negative was parcel tracking was not updated until Thursday. So there were slight anxieties about where the parcel was

There are many different online based parcel delivery companies, however, with ParcelMonkey they provide you with an excellent service. They utilise primary UK courier companies such as DPD who deliver regularly to big companies. I dropped off my parcel to a DPD drop-off point, received a tracking card, and received my parcel box a few days later. The best thing of all? ParcelMonkey with DPD took care of customs documentation digitally!
