My parcels were stuck for 2 weeks and it took 4 emails to parcekmonkey the get an initial reaction. Not a solution. With them using their own tracking codes and keeping the codes from their partners e.g. FedEx, Courier secretive you depend on them but they became a huge bottleneck when getting my packages delivered. It is now 20 days and counting in my case, for a delivery they estimate would take max a week.

I paid for a 24 hour service on the Thursday , they collected it Friday morning and yet the recipient didnt receive till Tuesday dinner time not happy with this service at all as I could have gone for the cheaper option 48hours or 2nd class if I would have known it was gonna take a good few days

So simple to book and use. Delivery was via Parcelforce and they did so ahead of schedule.

Was booked for a Friday collection 24hr (Monday) The driver hadnt come by 16:00 parcelforce said theyd phone him and get back. I phoned them back at 18:00, no answer from driver. Was rebooked for Tuesday collection soonest. Usual driver collected. Will avoid parcelforce in the future and go direct to avoid the third person.

Sorry to hear Parcelforce did not make the collection, we hand them the booking and they then come to collect, the same as booking directly, except you save money on the cost of their service

You get what you pay for and this company, proves they cannot offer a good service for the money, lost my parcel for 24 hours, failed to keep me informed until I chased and chased, no website updates, had to chase third day to then find out it was delivered, no interest in keeping me as a happy customer.

Fairly easy to use, great overview of options, a bit of a wait for label to be ready for printing. Sadly the two-day delivery didnt happen and it turned into a four-day.

After trawling through Google to find a company who delivered overseas at a reasonable price I stumbled across Parcel Monkey. They do all the work for you. All you need is weight dimensions and Country and off it goes to find you prices on various different options. Plus you can set up an account and add addresses so that when you send your next one all the information is there and ready to use. Prices are comparable too

Original quote was around £52 for a small packaged containing medical equipment to be delivered to the address in morocco. However, the package recipient was contacted by Courier to pay an additional £50 for the delivery, and if not paid within 3 days we would be charged £5 per day for storage, which is outrageous as i made full payment to parcel monkey for full delivery!! I was not even aware Courier will be the courier in Morocco, as not full details were provided nor did their tracking system work. Now my package is held as hostage until I pay up which will total over £100 for delivery. Not happy at all.

I received a email after sending my parcel to say that it had not been delivered it was not in a cardboard box. The outer was parcel shrinkwrapped and inside were thick layers of bubble wrap and a flightcase (it was a keyboard being sent to Germany). A fee of just over £10 was requested as a surcharge to emable to to be boxed, which I paid not having much choice. I informed the buyer of the delay and when they received it they sent me a picture - it was exactly as I had sent it with the shrinkwrap and had not been boxed. I emailed Parcelmonkey for a refund, but they refused saying they had not had suitable packaging and that the charge made was now for administration. Needless to say I was not impressed!

Absolutely rubbish is the way I would describe these money grabbing, none compensating cowboys. If you are prepared to wait for countless days then go ahead and book. If you have better things then to worry about parcel collection and delivery then use a different company. I booked first time as a NEW customer and thought great. BUT no, I wait all day for a collection, nothing, I try to complain and all they have to say is sorry.. you need to reschedule collection. First and last time for me with this company. You have been warned. Still waiting for my refund!! Its been 5 days NOW.

Sorry to hear about this issue, Parcel Monkey do not make the collections, we resell courier services and they are picked up by the courier of your choice. We offer Live Chat to support with any issues, however as we do not employ the drivers who collect, we can only rearrange missed collections.

having used PM for some time sending a fair few parcels overseas, i then had problems with collections and tracking, it would seem that for what ever reason when booking a collection the courier, ie Parcel force were given the PM headquaters postcode, so no colletions, then if a collection happened Parcel force then put a different label on it so i coild not traced it, what a headache, and to finish off Parcel force in Mitcham were telling me that i did not live where i am, having only been here 28 years, nightmare, could not get passed the online love stuff, inadequate!!!!!!!!
