Parcel was damaged on transit and I filled out the forms and questions and provided photos and then they decide to tell me that they cant process a refund as its taken too long to provide the information that they kept asking for!! Seriously out of pocket because of them avoid at all cost folks its really not worth it

I paid for a courier collection through Parcel Monkey, who told me they had informed the courier and my parcel would be collected from my home on a specified date. I waited in all day and nobody showed up. I couldnt get a single response from anyone at Parcel Monkey so I went directly to the courier, who were really helpful. They told me Parcel Monkey had never informed them there was a parcel to be collected, and suggested I let them know this and ask them for a tracking number relevant to the specified courier. Parcel Monkey ignored all my requests. They have never apologised or given me an explanation, I had to cancel the collection and go elsewhere. And I am STILL waiting for my refund from Parcel Monkey. Would never recommend them to anyone.

Used DPD through Parcel Monkey. Handed in at Sainsburys and it is obviously a service seldom used as no-one on the Customer Service counter knew about it. They did some investigation quickly and found that what I was saying was true and managed to find the machine that scans the parcel. Parcel was delivered on time.

Came across this site when wanting to send a largish parcel. Very easy to use and you get several quotations. Seamless from beginning to end.

Sent 2 parcels to Spain. After 3 weeks they have not been delivered. I was informed that one parcel was awaiting delivery at depot in Spain and that the other was processed for return due to incorrect post code. Both parcels were correctly & identically addressed & labelled & I have photos to verify this. Since this information I have received no further tracking details for 2 weeks. Parcel Monkey just keep saying they are awaiting details from the courier. Can they not get any details for 2 weeks? It makes no sense. I suspect my parcels have gone missing somewhere!

Sorry to hear about this issue with the courier, we do not handle the parcels as a courier reseller. As soon as we hear back from the courier involved then we will look to update your Parcel Monkey account.
We can also help via a support ticket, so just address it as FAO Manager and this will be picked up by a manager and they will assist.

Very smooth and simple transaction. We chose the best option for us and had all relevant details passed on to DPD who kept us informed of the parcels status as it travelled from the U.K. to Germany.

My parcels were stuck for 2 weeks and it took 4 emails to parcekmonkey the get an initial reaction. Not a solution. With them using their own tracking codes and keeping the codes from their partners e.g. FedEx, Courier secretive you depend on them but they became a huge bottleneck when getting my packages delivered. It is now 20 days and counting in my case, for a delivery they estimate would take max a week.

I paid for a 24 hour service on the Thursday , they collected it Friday morning and yet the recipient didnt receive till Tuesday dinner time not happy with this service at all as I could have gone for the cheaper option 48hours or 2nd class if I would have known it was gonna take a good few days

Was booked for a Friday collection 24hr (Monday) The driver hadnt come by 16:00 parcelforce said theyd phone him and get back. I phoned them back at 18:00, no answer from driver. Was rebooked for Tuesday collection soonest. Usual driver collected. Will avoid parcelforce in the future and go direct to avoid the third person.

You get what you pay for and this company, proves they cannot offer a good service for the money, lost my parcel for 24 hours, failed to keep me informed until I chased and chased, no website updates, had to chase third day to then find out it was delivered, no interest in keeping me as a happy customer.

Fairly easy to use, great overview of options, a bit of a wait for label to be ready for printing. Sadly the two-day delivery didnt happen and it turned into a four-day.

After trawling through Google to find a company who delivered overseas at a reasonable price I stumbled across Parcel Monkey. They do all the work for you. All you need is weight dimensions and Country and off it goes to find you prices on various different options. Plus you can set up an account and add addresses so that when you send your next one all the information is there and ready to use. Prices are comparable too

Original quote was around £52 for a small packaged containing medical equipment to be delivered to the address in morocco. However, the package recipient was contacted by Courier to pay an additional £50 for the delivery, and if not paid within 3 days we would be charged £5 per day for storage, which is outrageous as i made full payment to parcel monkey for full delivery!! I was not even aware Courier will be the courier in Morocco, as not full details were provided nor did their tracking system work. Now my package is held as hostage until I pay up which will total over £100 for delivery. Not happy at all.
