Cant fault the service in terms of ease of use, value and reliability, but there is no indication of time of day your parcel will be collected which would be most useful.

Despite messaging about ten times over a number of months they are still storing credit card details which appear automatically when you place an order, you dont even have to put in the CVC security code, yet they claim they are not storing them.... Last delivery I sent which went on a 24 hour service was delivered a day late, I dropped off long before Parcel Force made the last collection and my post office confirmed it was collected that day yet parcel Monkey say there was nothing they can do..... Waste of money

I purely award the 5 stars to your customer service agent Mike. He has provided the best service you could ask for. He has been very patient and very supportive. I had difficulty with entering some online details so Mike assisted me throughout the process. Thank you Mike. I havent rated the overall company yet.

The parcel wasnt collected on Monday so I have had to reschedule to have the parcel collected today. As of 10.55 it is still in the office, lets hope we have more luck today!

DPD courier failed to send a notification in the morning of the day of the delivery, which caused certain issues, as the parcel was unexpectedly delivered a day sooner.

Parcel sent from UK to Spain. Collected on the Wednesday and arrived the following Monday. Good tracking service. Have used before and will do so again.

Pre booking was frustrating. I wanted advise and when I emailed them, received answers to questions I hadnt asked but not the answer to my question. Apparently you can do a live chat online, but I could not find this option. HOWEVER, my parcel was delivered to the other side of the world and on time.

Selected Parcelforce as it stated I didnt need to print anything, then received an email asking me to print labels. I also added notes for driver when collecting that the item is to the side of the house but the driver didnt receive said note and if I wasnt home he wouldnt collect the item.

Parcel Monkey Charged me £85 to send a bicycle wheel to Singapore, which was fine, but the wheel never left UK due to a customs issue that Parcel Monkey had assured me wouldnt be a problem. On top of this, they then told me it would cost £28 to have the wheel delivered back to me, but then charged £34. So I have now paid £119 to Parcel Monkey for shipping, only for the wheel to still be with me with no offer of help of how to move forwards with this. Without doubt the WORST service I have ever used. For all I know, Parcel Monkey probably never even attempted to deliver, just left the wheel for a few days and counted their money. DO NOT use Parcel Monkey for international service, they claim to be experts in Customs but clearly do not care for customer service If I could give them 0 stars here I would.

Easy to use website, completely intuitive. The most challenging thing is actually weighing a heavy parcel! So quick to book a parcel (as long as you know the weight and the dimensions) and the prices are competitive with collection and delivery options to suit. Its great to be able to access trusted courier services like ParcelForce without paying too much. Highly recommended.
