My first time use of Parcel Monkey was brilliant and I will use again for sure. I loved the easy tracking and confirmation of delivery.

I have moved various personal and household effects between Scotland, England and Spain for the last 16 years and pound for pound this was the most efficient and inexpensive way to do it. This time I had goods picked up in Glasgow at 15.30 on Monday 23rd January 2017 and I received them at 15.00 on Thursday 26th January 2017 in a small village in inland Andalucia. Brilliant service...don,t know how they did it. Cant recommend the company highly enough

Everything worked very well. Would have liked a text before the parcel was collected and confirmation of when it was to be delivered, but these are minor points.

There is a reason why they can come in cheaper than their competitors - by being dishonest and bumping the price up later. they have tried to imply that i sent a bigger box than i paid for. that is complete and utter rubbish - the box is a standard size, bought from big yellow - it is a square box 51x51x51 - they are making up dimensions that bear no relation to what I ordered and charging me with an additional 30% of the price cheats cheats cheats -

I was hesitant at first but when I tried sending from UK to Philippines I was amaze for the fast shipping only took 4-5days to arrive! Just wow! I would definitely used parcelmonkey and dpd again!

Arrived on time. Parcel in good conditions although Ill use a stronger and thicker cardboard box next time I ship a 30 kg parcel.
Traking service very good.
Would totally use again and recommended.

Time slot between 7-6PM. Asked my mum to wait in all day for DHL to collect the package, a bit nervous when it got to 17:45 and still a no show. Ive had bad experiences with that in the past. 18:04 the delivery driver showed up, a massive relief as these were urgent documents needing to reach South Africa by the end of the week latest. Good tracking system, and recipient notified throughout journey of the progress. Collected 18:04 Monday 23rd in Peterborough and delivered Friday 27th 7am in Lesotho. Estimated delivery by end of day Thursday 26th, only half a day over so cant complain. Completed the service I paid for without issues.

I must admit to being surprised at the high approval ratings given to Parcel Monkey...... I recently bought an item from someone via Ebay. When the item did not arrive I contacted the seller and it turned out that the seller was informed by Parcel Monkey that the item had been delivered. When I contacted Parcel Monkey I was informed that the item was still in a depot somewhere in the UK. I would not give this company a penny of my money, or anyone elses. If things go wrong, do not expect Parcel Monkey to be of any help.

Chose to go with this company as they were cheap and their partner company Parcel Force is obviously well known. I sent a glass item, which they refused to insure. The item was well packaged and protected and labelled as fragile. The item did not arrive in one piece, it was toughened glass so they have obviously gone out of their way to damage it. I think they must look for the uninsured items and target them to see if they can break them. Appalling service and we are left with an unhappy customer and £65 out of pocket. NEVER USE THESE ROGUES!!!

Dont use Parcel Monkey, the price is cheap but so is the service, if your item gets lost or damaged in transit Parcel Monkey wont care or do anything to help, they just want your money, dont use these cowboys, its better to spend a bit extra and use a reputable service.

parcel collected as stated - all went smoothly and delivered when said - tracking was helpful as it was going to France and I knew where it was in the process - no one in when delivered but held at depot and easily collected thanks for the e-mail updates

I do not recommend this service. The company mis lead the custmors. There is no contact number, you have to rely on their online staff to help you. Most of the time they dont have a clue themselves in regards to the issue. This company is waste of time. They do not refund the full amount! From my parcel they have stolen my expensive watches!! Hate them!! Please friends dont use them! They are thief!

The impatient and inconsiderate driver who came didnt wait a single moment for me to load the SINGLE item in the cardboard box (which had only just arrived). He left without my package. I paid for nothing. Got no service.

The service was terrible. The package was not picked up on the day promised even though it was booked more than 15 hours before the deadline and even after multiple confirmations from PM that it will be picked up on the day booked. Then without any checking with me, the pickup date was changed with the strange message ´we changed it to a later date as requested by you´ when I had requested no such thing. Then, when I had already brought the package myself to DPD, Parcel Monkey or DPD apparently tried to pick up the packet again on their revised date without success. Most importantly, none of my emails to PM enquiring about the pickup evoked a response. This is ridiculous! Please avoid, rather contact one of the parcel services directly.
