Package was collected 3 days late with no explanation or justification from Parcel Monkey. I contacted their customer services and was offered no further information on the status. Staff were unable or unwilling to answer my specific questions, and just kept reiterating the same scripted answers again and again. Very disappointed

Parcel was picked up Tuesday afternoon and was in Harare by Friday. Fastest Ive known to Zimbabwe from the UK. So, so pleased.

I was apprehensive of using Parcel Monkey, I need not to have been,
A parcel was delivered to me from a Ebay seller, the item two just three days for it to arrive in very good condition, that Ebay seller recommended Parcel Monkey, so I thought to give the a try.
I had ordered a LARGE 23 kg item from Worcester, the parcel was collected when I was told it was to be collected and it was, it was actually delivered to me in two days, by the courier Parcel Force and it was at much less cost than had I booked the parcel collection directly from Parcel Force in fact it was £27.84 less, what a saving!
I now eagerly await another booked collection booked for today the
21st Feb 2017 and having just contacted Parcel Monkey through Live Chat I was assured that collection is scheduled and in fact the parcel was collected by Parcel Force has arranged and a carriage receipt was issued by the couriers driver.
What a service I can only sincerely endorse Parcel Monkey on their excellent cost effective service, I will most certainly be using their service much more often in the future.
Furthermore if parcels are lost or damaged that that is surely down to the courier and NOT the agent Parcel Monkey, who would have booked a specific courier to ship the complainants goods.
Whilst Parcel Monkey unfortunately does not have a customer contact telephone number which I most admit, is sadly lacking, their LIVE CHAT service is working fine, and any queries usually take only a few seconds for a Parcel Monkey agent to respond.

Have used parcel2go previously, who failed miserably at every turn. When trying to sort it with their live chat was passed to 5 different people over a period of 4 days. Eventually they offered to upgrade the service i had paid for to one that should have cost almost double. Its fair to say, all 6 parcels were then delivered but still 3 days late!!

First time using the service, seems good. Opted for collection and so stayed in for the day waiting for the package to be collected via DPD. Collection appointment was not met, no word from PM or DPD? Not impressed. I did get online that evening and rebook for the next day which meant another day in waiting for DPD which did pick it up upon reallocated date. Item delivered. No word back as to why they did not pick it up the first time, and no further explanation offered. I did lose a day for no reason!

Oh my, where should I start? I opened an account with this company because they got the best rate in town as far as parcel service is concerned going to China. I paid the shipping cost online on Feb. 17th then the message states the label will be issued within 10 minutes. Three days later on Feb. 20 the label is still NOT issued. So I messaged the customer service on 2-20. Mind you there is no phone number to call this company. Ashley answered with a "label has been processed and will be issued within 30 minutes. Three hours later, the label is still NOT issued. I messaged her again notifying her I dont see the label. Then she said somethings wrong with the address. What a lie? Three hours before that she said a label has been issued and yet a few hours later shes telling me somethings wrong with the address. What a bunch of ****! Do you see the trend here? They lie and just give you the run around. So anyways, I gave them another chance to issue the label. Well of course it was never issued after 5 hours of asking them for the label. I CANCELLED the transaction because I already know I will just run into problems with this so called parcel company. Its an indicative of bad things to happen. I havent even started shipping my items and Im already experiencing problems with them. Ashley said I will get my refund within 3-5 working days. Well lets see if they will happen. If it doesnt I will call Paypal and will give them a screen shot of my conversation with them. So for those people who are thinking of using this service, think twice. Go to UPS, Courier or Fedex. At least you know they will take care of your shipping needs and deliver. Parcel Monkey, ugggghhhh, dont trust them.

Having being suspicious of how easy it sounded to have my parcel collected I am happy to say that it was a resounding success, all I had to do was print one label out and pack myself, next day it was collected.

Corrupt Fraudsters. Awful. Criminals. I paid in full for delivery with my debit card and then a week after the parcel was delivered, they charged my card on their system again, claiming that the parecl was too heavy. Actually my parcel weighed 0.804 Kg and i paid for 1 Kg as that is the minimum. Then they falsley claimed parcel was 5.5kg and illegally charged my card again.
