Do not use. Appalling customer service. We ordered the delivery of an A4 legal document from Liverpool, UK to Chicago and was quoted 2-4 days by DPD so dropped it off on the 24th March. It arrived 13 days later having spent 5 days in Birmingham. During this time Parcel Monkey said they were making enquiries on our behalf. It is now 12th April and we havent heard from PM, it is not possible to call them. We have asked for an explanation and received neither. We would not recommend people use intermediaries and just go to a reputable courier direct.

The service we paid for should have delivered our parcel to Greece within 8 days maximum. At the moment the parcel is on track to take 16 days! It has taken 7 days for the parcel to get to Bucharest!!!

As long as your package isnt a delicate or important item then parcel monkey are great. However if you do have a problem they are extremely unhelpful. My item was well packaged and clearly labelled and was delivered broken. Their stock response has been that I didnt take out insurance- the insurance wasnt offered for my item! I see no point in offering insurance only for items that cant be damaged! Im now out of pocket and wont consider this company again.

Still waiting for item to be pick up by the courier from lock up, should of been delivered the lastest by 6th April , but on communication on line was told it still hadnt been collected. I only discovered this when the lady who was waiting for the parcel contacted me asking where it was. Very upset with the service, why was this not picked up, why was there no back up system in place to check that the parcel wasnt collected, no communication. No apologies when discussed on line. Poor service.

If you pay peanuts... you get (parcel)monkey(s). stay away. too bad to be true ParcelMonkey will accept your order, youll pay. Youll pay less to them than to serious operators, but its worth paying more, trust me. When you have a problem, this is their standard answer: "We will look into this with the courier involved. We are not the courier, we are a marketplace and the couriers plug their services into our platform so we will need to investigate this for you with them. Apologies for the inconvenience caused" Just too bad, too unprofessional, too dishonest to be true. BTW: this has all to do with UK Parcel Monkey. My other review (that reads exactly the same as this one, apart from this footnote) was about UK Parcel Monkey. Just to make sure this is understood by Parcel Monkey who got the previous review archived.

First time I stumble into this site and saw the prices ...I didnt believe .I gave it a trial and got excellent service .they replied to my mails ASAP.my refunds were prompt.well not a bad a bad experience at all.thank you.

Easy to use service, good prices and good customer service. The only small problem was that I wasnt able to access the payment page if I was using the Safari browser on my Mac so I had to re-input all of the information on Chrome. Only a small inconvenience, though.

Arranged collection and courier failed to arrive to two days, by the time it was organised a weekend had passed and so thee person expecting to receive my ebay parcel was, justifiably, very disappointed. I got the hassle and parcel monkey said they couldnt anything to help me, not even upgrade the service to next day in compensation. Helpline people gave same stock response, like speaking to a machine. Very disappointed. Promised to follow up afterwards and no contact, have used before and was OK but I guess as long as the courier delivers they just take the easy money, when something goes wrong... youre on your own and they couldnt care less..... awful.

So fast! Took three days from the UK to Austria. No problems at all. And parcel was not damaged.

This is an excellent company. I have used them a number of times for parcels from Sale, Cheshire to RURAL France in the Dordogne area. My parcel was picked up at 16.25 on Monday and was received at 12 noon on Wednesday. Less than 48 hours door to door. The carrier has been DPD each time and their drivers are always polite and helpful and I get a message giving me an hour time slot for collection which they keep to. It is much cheaper than Parcel Force Worldwide.
