Just the best service ever...Craig who picks the parcels up is such a great helpful guy and our parcels always arrive in super fast time...two days to Berlin wow! Unlike Royal Mail last year took 8 months to return an undelivered parce to me????????

The promise of DPD was that the parcel would be delivered in 2-4 days, Unfortunately it took 8 days to deliver the parcel. Is it worth spending the money an taking all the efforts?

Absolutely terrible. Fine when it goes right, horrific when it dosent. They will ignore you completely , in the hope you get tired and walkaway. Unfortunately for them, I wont and have issued small claims court proceedings against them for non delivery, loss of item, and no response.

Avoid this company. Arrogant company. Do not trust this company. Parcel was gone. They took money for parcel insurance...but to avoid paying for the missing or damaged parcel. I lost above £300. Parcel Monkey deleted negative comments at facebook.

Used them a couple of times now and never had a problem. Their cover insurance rates are much cheaper than other sites and I like how I can choose the value of the amount to be protected instead of paying the full price all the time. Its a good increment too up to the full value. A protection for a £200 item will only cost a bit more than £2 while on Parcel2Go, it would cost me £9.
