Brilliant and efficient service and reasonably priced

This was the 1st time I was sending a parcel from the UK to South Africa and had my reservations that it would actually arrive. And, well it did, it was a great service, the price was good to. I will certainly recommend and use again.

Words can not express how disappointed I am with this service. I paid to ship a package to Lusaka Zambia 12/19/16 I was guaranteed the package would be delivered 1/21/17, today is 2/5/17. Customer Service reps dont return emails. PLEASE SAVE YOU MONEY AND USE WELL KNOWN CARRIERS THAT WILL ASSURE YOUR PACKAGES ARRIVE TO THE PAID FOR DESTINATIONS. I would give them a 0 rating! Their International services are bad!

Booked job (large item) through Parcel Monkey on Saturday. Parcelforce collected from my home on Monday whilst I was at work. Got to destination quickly. Paid what it would have costed me in fuel but saved me 5 hours of driving. Would most definitely recommend.

Booking was easy, took to collection point. Delivered promptly however the item was smashed to pieces, resulting in an unhappy customer and us out of pocket having to refund plus loss of cost of the item. Would not book with this courier again for business use.

Look I get its cheaper. And your parcels will get there so i suppose thats alright. But they didnt pick up my parcels, refused to provide an explanation or guarantee that they would get picked up the next day. When they picked them up two boxes arrived back in pieces roughly taped back together

Very happy with ParcelMonkey. They used DPD for my parcel. I received an sms in the morning with a one hour slot for my parcel pick up. It reached its destination within EU in 4 days. Recipient also got notified of a delivery slot.

A couple of years ago I would have said avoid parcel monkey like the plaque. I have used them (after a bad experience) just a couple of times and have to say things have changed. I am very impressed with not getting ripped of for extra insurance costs, parcel monkey have very reasonable rates on these. Also I had an issue with the damage of a parcel and the process for claiming was easy and correspondence was very good and all resolved amicably. Someone has changed this company for the better and long may it continue.

System was easy to use, tracking was easy and very useful. However I spent £30 to courier something that was meant to take 5-7 working days. Latest estimate is 9 working days (13 in total). Post office at half the cost wouldve been quicker. Gutted as my parents golden wedding anniversary present never arrived on time.

My parcel should be collected by Parcelforce on Friday 3rd February 2017 but it has not been collect. I stay at home whole day for waiting courier to another courier. Until 4pm I texted to staff in online help chat what time the parcel will be collected. She told me that the courier will collect by 6pm. Ok then I waited until 7pm and texted to staff again "my parcel has not been collec"t. She apologised to me and suggested me to reschedule collection. I expected my parcel will be collected on Friday not another day. This is my first time to choose Parcel Monkey service but I got bad experience.
