Quick and easy defo use again

Sold a item on EBay in perfect working ordered (all tested and checked before sending) and despite being well packed and padded item arrived at buyers damaged and unusable. Now waiting item to be returned and have to refund money for item, so lost the money for item and have a broken piece of equipment thanks to using this service. Use at own risk.

No problems with Tracking. Just make sure you keep an eye on your parcel once in India as I had recd an email from India stating parcel couldnt be delivered where as they hadnt even attempted it yet, just that the parcel had been moved from one depot to another. May be someone selected a wrong message input. Can improve on that.

After looking at the options for my 20kg parcel with a value of a few hundred pounds we couldnt believe how much cheaper it was to use parcel monkey. It was easy to arrange, they kept us informed, the parcel was collected from our address at the time promised and we were impressed with the signed confirmation of delivery being sent to us. A hassle free service and excellent value. We would definitely use this company again.

I was using Parcel Force WorldWide for the first time to send a parcel to USA. I have to admit, it was easy to book, very affordable comparing other couriers and not only that.. My parcel arrived on the 3rd day! The only thing I could complain about was no updates on their website. I would recommend it to anyone as the service is very good. Definitely will be using it again.

Paid for a 4-9 business day service, still not delivered 14 business days later, customer service keep telling you they will update you as soon as they know an eta, eta never comes, just get the same useless answers each time about them monitoring it and promising to get back to you, but you hear nothing. Im not out of pocket by over 350GBP as the customer has cancelled their order due to non delivery and the goods are untraceable according to parcel muppets. No choice but to go through small claims court now as just get NO ANSWERS FROM THESE USELESS PEOPLE. DO NOT BOTHER - GO ELSEWHERE!!

Never having used a courier service before, I went on a comparison site and chose Parcelmonkey. Site was very easy to navigate, clear step by step instructions even for someone as technophobic as me! My parcel was collected exactly when it was supposed to be, the delivery took place exactly as arranged and tracking was easy. Would definitely use this service again.

Highly recommend this service. Sent large box of items to New Zealand, very straightforward and good price. I was sent all necessary labels/import forms and the parcel was collected as promised and delivered within timescale. Had a few issues with the website but this may have been caused by my internet.

Only thing which prevents 5 stars was that I selected a service (DX) and once the fine details were entered the service had to change (Parcelforce).
This meant that I was unsure if the driver would be providing a label as per my original selection. This was a concern because I was arranging a collection from someone to be brought to me, rather than sending to someone else. I had to copy and send the label via email to the other person to print. Driver had a label anyway!
Everything worked out in the end and I will not hesitate to use again.
