I booked a 48 hour international service, because I needed my package to arrive within 48 hours. After 48 hours my package had made it from London to Dartford. After 72 hours, the package hasnt reached its destination country, let alone been delivered. In the meantime, Parcel Monkey are not responding to my enquiries. After this utterly shambolic service, I will not be using Parcel Monkey again.

Really disappointing service - paid for same day express delivery. The parcel was picked up hours after the designated time on a Friday evening, which meant both the pick up and delivery fell outside of business hours, whih caused so many problems due to the urgent nature of the package. I wont be using Parcel Monkey again in a hurry.

My reason for such a low score is the parcel was collected on the 10 April @ 3.45 pm and so far one attempt to deliver thparcel has been made it is now the 22 April 2017

Update: Despite Parcel Monkey asking for customers to email a manager on their contact system, and the acknowledgement from one of their minions that the request has been received, no manager has replied at all. 36 hours passed now. And to add insult to injury, they attempted to extortion payment for delivering the item they ****ed up with back to me, and then after argument, backed down on this cost but stated the parcel was to be with me yesterday, which it wasnt, and now I am being ignored again. At no point has there ever been an apology.

Getting it to the other side of the world was very efficient, but the time taken to get it from my local depot to my house was 6 days!!!! It was shown as being on the delivery vehicle for 4 days!!! That is the same amount of time it took to get from the UK to Australia!!!!

I paid almost £100 for a specific time slot and same day collection and delivery from a uk town (in the same town). This was extreamly important for me so fine with the price but they didnt collect the parcel in the timeframe at all - in fact its close of business now and nobody collected them! Im extreamly disappointed and will never recommend or use this service again - specially since I couldnt get a hold of anyone from their end straight away and the only advice the website says is to reschedule!

Great price and quick shipping ...especially for international destinations. Goods always arrive intact. The only thing that needs improving is updating the tracking information so one knows (feels reassured) of whereabouts of parcel

If a company is only going to offer one channel for customer service, it should at least be good. Parcel Monkey only offer a live chat feature, no phone or email support. The live chat attendants are absolutely appalling- painfully slow to respond, and when they finally do theyre less than useless. After dropping off a parcel to a shop for it to still be sat there 6 days later, I had to suggest my own resolution of retrieving the parcel and taking it directly to the courier depot and the customer service rep couldnt even tell me that this would be ok. I will never be using this website again.

Parcel lost by the courrier. Courier only accessible via Parcel Monkey. Parcel Monkey claiming they cant refund me before they hear from courrier. Nightmare.

finally got our mattress taken by a company - was £36 but we had no other way and it asked for measurements and weight prior so knew it would be big and took it no problem (another company hermes took £10 off us and said it was too big to take)

Very easy to use and after problems with post office not able to find address the system was easy and found it straight away.
Also was £2 cheaper to go parcelforce than through the PO.

It looks like there really bash the parcel about as when it arrived it had lots of dents in with the Easter bank holiday upon us the person was out so it got took back to the depot would like if they look after the parcel better but on the plus side it looks like the parcel arrive quicker to Hungary faster

The people who picked up my parcel for same day never confirmed what time it would get there. They called in the evening saying no one was picking up. They never bothered to call up the destination address. They tried to deliver to a business post business hours. I.e. after 6:30 PM. The business was off course closed. A terribly rude man with an American Accent then told me off on the phone for not co-ordinating this myself. The delivery company is a shambles and Parcel Monkey should do more to allow customers to be Treated Fairly. Will never use the site again. Horrible experience. The parcel company then continued to say that the parcel had gone to a depo and that they would charge me marginally more £70 something to deliver it the next day. They did not mention I could have it returned. when I asked they obliged and returned it the same night to me at our office address in East London. Terrible experience. Would not wish it on anyone. Stay away from this service.

Had a question about printing a proforma document. My rep really took the time to "go the extra mile" to get the answer for me. Very courteous, and this was so simple. I will not be afraid to sell internationally from this point forward due to Parcel Monkey. Thanks!
