I used Parcel Monkey for the first time the other day, all I can say is that it was so easy to send my parcel,I booked online, printed off the label and took the parcel to my nearest DPD collection point ( I chose that option because it suited me, as I then didnt have to wait in all day for collection) and within 24 hours it was delivered to the delivery address, it saved me £s in postage from not using Royal Mail and it arrived undamaged!! I was able to track the parcel throughout the entire journey, Excellent service and very easy to use, will certainly use again. Thank You

Absolutely fantastic service and price is excellent. Large package dropped off in UK on Monday and I recieved it Wednesday in Ireland. I was able to track it and see where it was at all times. Would definitely recommend Parcel Monkey to anyone looking to send stuff by courier.

Booked a pick up through their site, with a reputable carrier. You cant contact the couriers directly at all, when I contacted Parcel Monkey to tell them it was a no show, it took over 30 mins for them to answer a "live chat" and then they told me the best that they could do would be to reschedule. But not on a weekend. So I have lost an entire day waiting and now I have to go to work stuck with a package! Dont use them

I booked next day delivery via this website because I had a big parcel which was quite heavy so I used this as a cheaper alternative. I realised I had work and there was no time left for when it was going to be picked up. I left a note on the door and was so grateful when the man lifted it when I wasnt there and posted a receipt through the door. Defiantly use again

Parcel monkey advertised as 3-4 international working days for international delivery (UK to Dubai), but parcel only delivered on the 6th working day. Was for a wedding present, so disappointed that it got to recipients late.

Sent a 16kg box to Mallorca, collected on Thursday and delivery the following Tuesday. Great comms, texted the receiver with updates, phoned on the day to confirm delivery. Wish I known about them earlier, would have saved a fortune.

Had to chase the support dept for customs labels for the last two shipments. Courier notes restricted to 50 characters. I can understand that, but having made me reduce the message in size (not always easy to do this and keep it making sense) why oh why dont you PRINT IT ON THE LABEL???? A mediocre experience... but that seems to be the way inn the UK

Parcel was returned to Parcel Monkey offices even though I inputted a return address. Expect me to pay £10.85 for delivery + £5 admin fee + VAT which would cost me £19.02. Unacceptable! Will be using an alternative courier service.

my parcel was not picked until very late on the collection day - I had to take the whole day off work for this...and three days later it was returned to sender with a handling cost of £20 ...too much hassle and out of pocket at the end

It was the first time we tried Parcel Monkey. How do we regret it now! Our customers needed something quickly so we picked the 2 day delivery service from Northern Ireland to Republic of Ireland. Our Parcel ended up in England to be sorted and arrived 5 days later! Our customer was raging! We may have lost their custom due to unreliable broker delivery service. Not using Parcel Monkey anymore!
