A good service. The only downside was that I could not track the bags after they arrived at Zurich airport on towards their destination in Switzerland.

We booked a collection from Spain. Nothing happened on the scheduled day, no information was shared as to why. We were left to repeatedly contact the collection address to see if anything had progressed. Links to track progress did not work initially and now that we are registered there is no indication that anything has happened (despite the Spanish hotel informing us that the collection happened two days ago [four days after the scheduled pick up]). In short a great pre-sales experience but dreadful from that point onwards.

ParcelMonkeys carriers have lost a parcel which was sent out at the beginning of February. Today 9th March 2017 they tell us they are still looking for it. We have had to refund the customer, we took out increased insurance to cover the parcel but it seems that they dont want to hold their hands up and pay the claim. Its less than £100.00. We sent another order which was a few bits of sandpaper which does not weight 1kg and they have email us claiming that the parcel was over 7kg and took an extra 3.80 Wont be using again!!!!

Sorry to hear about this item being lost with the courier, please raise a support ticket addressed as FAO Manager so we can look into this further for you. In regards to an additional charge, this would come from the courier direct for us to hand over to the sender. The weight is based on volumetric weight not just actual weight so all the dimensions of the box will need to be accurate. If for any reason they are not declared, then a additional weight charge is added as the parcel is take ing up more volume in the couriers network than what has been paid for. If you feel this is incorrect, please do also get in touch and we can raise the issue with the courier you choose from our quote engine

I had a 25kg box to be shipped. The Post Office quoted me £38+. For the same service "ParcelMonkey" charged me £12. Requested collection at 10am, collected by 12, delivered by midday the next day. I paid for the 48hr service. Excellent work :Great Price ! Great Service !

I need to ship a small parcel from the UK to Singapore. Using another well know service this would have cost me three time what parcel monkey charged, and would have taken much longer.
Parcel monkey delivered my parcel in less than a week. I am delighted with the service and would highly recommend them.

I sent off a paragliding harness worth £180 and paid to protect my item. Instead the buyer received a bunch of tires. With no help from parcel monkey I had to contact the courier directly and I found out that my item was sent elsewhere and was signed for. Even with this information parcel monkey cancelled my claim because the recipient failed to cooperate even with messages that prove otherwise. Whats the point in paying to protect your item? Never had so much trouble off a service! I have now been forced to take things further

Very impressed with the service from Parcel Monkey. Only 1 thing though, I thought by picking up on a Thursday the packages would have been there on Friday but was there on Monday instead..

Sorry but it took a week to get my parcel delivered when it should have been. 2 days. The delivery driver had not been given all the information required for pick up. Had to keep rearranging. Then only way driver got info was by contacting the company parcel was going back to. Shambles. Wont use again

Advised by our post office to go through parcel monkey for parcel to U.S. Very much cheaper for same service via parcel force, and picked up from our home. Process online very easy, and service prompt and arrived within time scales. Would recommend and use again.

The parcel arrived swiftly. Pickup by Parcelforce 24 (from rural area in Scotland) did in fact go very smoothly, but it would have helped to know that it would be the local postman coming at his normal time rather than just It will be picked up some time on Monday.

Paid on line for my parcel to be sent took it to the post office which I had selected and the barcode wouldnt scan. The post office phoned there contact and said I would need to take it up with parcel monkey. No phone number to contact anyone. Sent various on line enquiries for someone to ring even did an online chat but still no one has contacted me. Ive now had to re send my parcel with another courier costing me more money!!!

Dont touch this company with a barge pole. Sent an urgent parcel and paid for next day delivery - a week later after numerous chases it eventually arrived. Was advised I would not be entitled to a refund or any compensation whatsoever. Will never use again.
