Amazed that the delivery, which was neither small nor of a light weight, could be delivered within the listed 2 days from East Midlands to Berlin for the money.

Weve used Parcel Monkey for the odd parcel (1 per month on average) as we are small business who occasionally have to send items out ourselves. Never had an issue before. This time, I booked in a parcel to be collected and it was not collected. I booked it in again and no collection took place. This is now two failed times. The third time I book it in, I contacted parcel monkey via webchat as they do not have a phone number. She said shed pass the collection request to the couriers - obviously it had not happened before. No apology from Parcel Monkey, I literally had to ask for them to say sorry and all I got was a standard, poor reply that just said "we apologize for any convenience caused". This was only said AFTER I asked them why no one had said sorry about this yet. I then asked various questions and the person on the chat only answered one question out of my three, and I had to then ask her to re-read and answer my other questions, to which I only got standard, empty replies and fake customer care. All I wanted was to send my parcel, and talk about it to someone who actually cared that wed been messed about, and a genuine apology.

Easy to use, parcel sent by Parcelforce, collected from the house at a fraction of the price compared to going direct to Parcelforce. HIGHLY recommended.

I was stuck for a way to get something I needed quickly form Australia to me here in the U.K, as the retailer wouldnt ship internationally.

parcel number 15503275041473 Tracking my parcel, I found the description: "We were unable to deliver your parcel as there was no one present to sign for the delivery." I was not contacted on the phone in order to schedule the delivery, though I have been available on my cell phone all the time. No phone number is specified where I could phone to try and reschedule the delivery. Naturally, if a courier just comes to my home unannounced and without scheduling during work hours, there would be no one home to accept the parcel. This is unacceptable.

8th April 2017 (Saturday ) Order made through Parcel Monkey, using ‘Parcelforce 24’ service 10th April (Monday) collection expected - was not collected 11th April (Tuesday) Parcel collected at 13.30 A DAY LATE. No collection receipt given. 12th April (Wednesday) No delivery made, and no tracking information available. Parcel Monkey initiated enquiries as to where parcel was, and ascertained it was in Glasgow. 13th April (Thursday) No delivery made, I requested that Parcel Monkey insist that Parcelforce deliver on Saturday, in view of the fact that I paid for a 24 hour service, and that the delivery was now delayed by more than 72 hours. 14th April (Good Friday) No delivery made, and no communications from Parcel Monkey confirming that they had arranged for a Saturday delivery. 15th April (Saturday) Parcelforce tracker showed parcel is in Preston depot. I messaged Parcel Monkey to get confirmation that my parcel would be delivered today (Saturday), but no response. So I contacted Parcelforce depot in Preston directly, only to be told that the parcel had NOT been put out for delivery, and that the earliest I could expect it was Tuesday next week. I offered to collect from the depot today, but was told that they would not co-operate in this way, and that I would have to wait for delivery on Tuesday. Repeatedy asked representative on the phone, to no avail, and asked to speak to someone in a more senior position. Parcel force representative took my phone number promising a call back, but this did not happen. 18th April (Tuesday) Parcel was delivered to a neighbour

Easy to use website. Local drop off point when it is convenient for yourself. Very fair pricing. Great communication via email which lets you know when your parcel will be delivered and again when it has been delivered. Would certainly recommend parcel monkey.

I posted an expensive sink through Parcel Monkey. It was couriered by Parcel Force who managed to smash it to pieces despite my very thorough packaging. Theres no insurance available for Ceramics/Porcelain so I am £180 out of pocket. Guess its not Parcel monkeys fault, as they arranged everything fine, but would you give more than one star after that?
