Quoted ridiculous sums to send 4 alloy wheels from Swansea to Lowestoft, used this website and eventually had one of the same vendors at less than half price previously quoted direct! You figure it out.

Booked with parcel to go for GUANTEED next day delivery no one collected the parcel waited in all day ! no one called the number that was taken to say why it would not be collected no email to apologise ! no contact number or email address to complain no parcel refund for failed next day and ruined birthday surprise ! had to troll around the website and rebook myself no option to refund so I could use a better service avoid them and use a better service like Ups

They have missed the collection of my parcels twice in a row. No explanation, no feedback, no customer service, nothing. Just an incredible waste of time and money. Do not bother using them, I have rarely seen such incompetence and lack of professionality.

I used Parcel Monkey to prepare a parcel to send to Jersey from the UK via Parcel force. The online process was quick and simple, with customs form and shipping label easy to print off. I dropped parcel off at the post office within 15 minutes of completing transaction online, and it was registered in to the post office database no problem. And, better price than buying from Parcel force direct.

I was looking for a cheap and convenient way to send a parcel to France. Got a great price through Parcel Monkey on a well known delivery service. My parcel arrived in central France within 3 working days. Absolutely amazing

Shocking , shocking service. What a rip off company. Customer service is a message system with a different person responding each time. No follow up, differing messages given by each rep. I was even told my parcel was in the country and would be delivered when it still has not arrived . £400 of Christmas presents missing with no information, 6 weeks of messaging parcel Monkey with no follow up. Then suddenly .... " We are really pleased to refund your postage... " hmmm my parcel is still missing never to be seen again. Shocking company. shocking service .

A great way of getting a good value courier service.
Luckily nothing went wrong with the service, so I dont know how good parcel monkeys customer service is, but I have used them a few times and touch wood, nothing has ever gone wrong.

I am not happy with the service. Although my parcel was delivered, the tracking number I was given did not work at all. Only when I contacted them they gave me another tracking number , this time with Courier as I was sending aBroad. Anyway a couple of days later Courier tracking website said parcel on hold, contacted Courier asking them what is happening. They came back to satying we cant discuss rhis parcel as it is forwarded through us but you need to contact Norsk. Never heard of them. Prcel monkey failed to inform me about Courier or norsk, failed to update tracking, failed to send me new tracking number. On top of that they said they couldnt give me a time slot for pickup, meaning staying home all day waiting forthe collection of the parcel. Sending one parcel abroad required contacting them three times. Ridiculous Will Never use again
