Mario is a good guy. He doesnt say much but takes charge, sorting out the collection with the seller, confirming collection and delivering within the agreed time and date. Would definitely employ his services again.

Couldnt be happier with this service! Found it after having to cancel with another company because they didnt come on the agreed day and were making things difficult for an alternative date of collection. Parcel monkey did it for me and at even a cheaper rate. Win!

Very prompt and reliable service, totally trustworthy. I would counsel any user wanting international delivery to ensure that their parcel is extremely well wrapped up! Communication is excellent, however, and Parcel Monkey offers great value for money.

This is the only company I know that puts such ridiculous limitations on what can be entered into the address fields (like no full stops, hyphens, dashes). The result is that any attempt to book a delivery requires the address being edited 3 times even though the address is provided by parcel monkey themselves once you have put the postcode and building number in as their suggestion from a standard database no doubt breaks their own rules. A poorly thought out website that will for example list a drop off only service as a collection service (you have to read the couriers own description to be sure). It does not matter what I put into the description of the goods I am ALWAYS told that they may be banned items. I can only rely on the couriers themselves to do the job right. I have raised the address problems with them but to no avail.

Paid and arranged collection for Monday 24th April 2017 No Collection They did contact the recipient to say his parcel was on its way - told lies. A new collection arranged for next day No collection Now here we are on Friday 28th April and guess what STILL NO COLLECTION. Its impossible to speak to a human being to find out whats going on. All I get is "your ticket has been updated" but no action or explanation. Truly a very poor service. will not use again The system wont accept my reference number

The worst excuse for customer service I have ever had. Simply put they are useless. Parcels over a week late, still no updates from these monkeys except to say wait. for a next day service to take a week is bad enough but then for no one to do anything about it says it all. Just stay well away they dont even offer phone support anymore. They have a competitor called another courier which Is way better.
