My daughter lives in France the parcel was collected Monday and she received it Thursday excellent service would definitely recommend .

The tracking service says the parcel was delivered, but it was not, it was collected by my son from a depot some 1.5 hours driving away. The DPD labels were intact but the parcel had been relabelled and sent to Yorklea, Lismore, some 750 kms north of Sydney, by Aramex. With some research my son contacted these onforwarders and arranged to have the parcel sent to him, and he collected as above. It took several more days but thankfulloy all was intact and correct, (thanks to my strong packaging) just delayed. Thought you should know. I am unable to contact you on your site.

overall experience was great. I could do everything myself without any nonsense. Despite being an international parcel I could drop it off my at the post office.No problemos at all.

I have never used a parcel broker service before, so I was a little sceptical about how well this would work. However, in hindsight there was no need to worry. The website was easy to use and everything was clearly explained. After deciding upon my carrier, all documentation was provided to me with instructions. I would definitely use this service again, especially due to its competitive price. Many thanks!

I was sceptical but found the whole process seem less from start to finish, the only thing Id say is that it would be good if there was a text/email sent to the recipient to let them know its out for delivery that day like some others do! I did track the parcel and kept her informed myself but just a little thing that would be helpful. Will definitely use again.

was a difficult address in remote part of wild reserve in India MUDAMALAI...the parcel went via this site DPD delivery service and was delivered on time.

If you have a choice do not get involved with dpd through this company. Collection of my parcels took them three days. First day driver didnt even bother to ring the doorbell or call. He knocked on the main building door! And that was it! Very stressful experience and if you are trying to get hold of someone its 20min on a phone every time at least. In the end no one is able to help you anyway and they just ask you to reschedule every time.

As long as you have a tape measure and scales handy to input parcel dimensions and weight, PM saves a great deal of money when sending any large or heavy parcels over Royal Mail prices. DPD always seems to be the cheapest company when prices are compared on the Parcel Monkey website.

My son was not contacted via phone when not at home , no idea of delivery time given . Nor was a pick up time estimated . Poor . . Between 8 am and 6 pm not good enough . An email or text would have been useful . Defeats purpose of door to door if no time frame given

Had a collection made from DPD through Parcel Monkey, the driver didnt or couldnt print the label to attach to my parcel, promised hed get it sorted at the depo. I shouldnt have let him take it but was desperate to not delay the parcel another day. Anyway, not sure where my parcel ended up, the tracking ref that was on my printed label prooved a collection but that was it. A month later i got paid compensation from Parcel Monkey... after alot of hassle, i sent over copies of driver signed proof of collection and sent cctv footage showing him arriving and collecting the parcel. I had to rebook via Parcel Force in the end, didnt want that same driver from DPD turning up at mine. With my anger i would lay the smackdown on him! Not really Parcel Monkeys fault but maybe they can make raise this with the couriers and better the service.

...Parcel Monkey was a late choice but they came through. Not the cheapest but my parcel got there and, remarkably, arrived sooner than expected.

They were due to collect on 08/02/2017. Offered no explanation as to why the collection never took place with DPD when I sent an email at 18:29 on 08/02/2017, then confirmed rescheduled collection for 09/02/2017 only to then change it to 10/02/2017 half way through the day. I requested this was cancelled as I was not confident the wedding gift would actually make it abroad and was told a refund would be offered in 3-5 working days. Well, alas that time passed and instead their claims team tell you to "click here to accept" your refund within 14 days. Absolute lack of service or consideration for the customer. Will never recommend and have fed back to the company that recommended in the first place.

This has to be probably the best courier service that I have used, easy to use website with quick email confirmation/label information delivery and quick response to delivery queries. I mainly send smaller parcels so generally use the DPD option for delivery as I can drop them off at my local depot and the delivery confirmation from DPD means I can track the parcel easy and the recipient can get information easily and change delivery times or details.

Id tried other options for delivering my items. This proves to be the cheapest option and was picked up quickly and delivered quicker than expected via parcelforce. Would definitelyuse again.
