Quick and easy to price up and work out best option. Payments nice and simple, email with label arrived within a few minutes. A bit of parcel tape and a trip to the local post office and "Bobs your uncle" parcel from Essex to the French Alps in a few days. Excellent

Dropped my parcel a local pickup point to my parents house Monday 13/03/2017, then went off to the airport to come back to Portugal.
Tracking said estimated deliver for today 20/3/2017, but parcel arrived on Thursday 16/03, with sms messages from DPD to say it was to be delivered that day.

The service was fantastic and delivery outstanding. The parcel was sent to South Africa, always a difficult destination. The parcel sailed through in double- quick time and delivered within a week. Usually delivery to this destination takes 6-4 weeks with other carriers. Very good value for money. I would recommend this company to anyone and will certainly use them in future.

I found sending parcels occasionally can be expensive if using some of the reliable delivery company but with using parcel monkey I was able to send my parcel with the same company at a lower price .

Id gone off with someone elses suitcase in my car. Had to post it from UK to Germany. Thought it would cost an arm and a leg but it did not. Got good feedback at every stage so I knew it was ok. Was fast too. Only minor detail - it is important for courier to sign when he picks it up and my courier seemed not to expect this.

Needed same day delivery for a very tight deadline. I found PM to be very clear in their pricing and operation, making it easy to organise a stressful situation. Their price was also highly competitive compared to other services I researched.
The only limitation I found was that I was unable to rearrange the time of delivery once booked. However since I wanted to rearrange the time halfway through the actual day of collection, I can understand its complication.
Will definitely use again in a similar bind!

I arranged for the parcel to be collected on the Monday and it was still sitting in my house come Wednesday, then you have the hassle of trying to contact Pacel Monkey online and then you have to rearrange the collection. In future I will just go to the post office and use Parcelforce
