Limited to the number of letters on any one line of the delivery address.
I used the "find address" with the postcode, which worked fine, but when i processed the order it kept sending me back telling me that line 3 of the address was too long, so had to mess around until the system would accept it - very annoying.

The parcel is taking too long to reach, but its supposed to reach within 3-4 days. Very bad service.

no one turned up to another courier. emailed to get help was told to do live on line chate emailed very confused usa site couldnt get help ended up sending by royal mail I want my money back

I placed an order with Parcel Monkey and after a confirmation email stating theyd come between 9am and 6pm - they never showed up. It took me hours to find out what was going on after speaking with 6 different people but still no one had a clue on how to help me. I asked them if they could have come the following day at 6pm (I didnt want to take another day off work) and they said that it wasnt possible. Then it took 2 weeks to receive a full refund. However, I wanted to give them the benefit of doubt and booked them again (10 days prior the collection day) as I thought they were the cheapest (they are not as I paid the same amount of money with DXL) and still no one showed up!!! One month later, I still dont have my boxes and I had to spend lots of money to buy clothes and other belongings I needed. PEOPLE: spend £50 more and be assured that your boxes arrive to your destination on time. Ive never come across with such unprofessional people in my life!!! Again, ABSOLUTELY UTTER RUBBISH SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Initially attracted by the price to send a parcel overseas which was somewhat cheaper than competitors. Problems began when I needed to speak to their team about parcel drop-off options (rather than the standard pick-up). I ended up speaking to 5-10 different customer service people over the course of a few weeks, trying to get what should have been a very simple answer from them. They put me wrong several times, even after I sent them screenshots of their very own website to clearly show them that the advice they were giving me was incorrect. No apologies from them whatsoever. There doesnt seem to be any way around this as they dont have a phone number to call, only offering web chat with long delays between getting a response. The time I spent trying to get answers from their completely incompetent webchat team by-far outweighed any cost savings I would have gotten.

I have just used Monkey Parcel services for the first time on the recommendation of my daughter who is a regular user. The website was easy to use and I was pleasantly surprised by prices which were considerably lower than other quotes for a similar service. The service was effective with goods
arriving safely and on time. I would certainly use Monkey Parcel in the future.

Never send a parcel abroad before!
Used for the first time as requested by buyer to send via parcel monkey.
No issues taken straight from our door to theirs.
Easy service to use, would definitely use again! Very competitive prices!

As a DHL account holder I got fed up with some of the ridiculous prices for sending parcels abroad and lack of options. Found Parcel Monkey online as an option and pleasantly surprised. Very good on cost, paperwork reasonably simple as was dropping it off, once guy in the shop worked out what to do. Parcel arrived right on time, tracking a bit vague..

Parcel Monkey was very user-friendly. I ordered DPD classis from Bury to Switzerland for the most competitive rate I could find. The collection and delivery were both very punctual. Very good service which I would recommend.

use DPD collection they didnt collect on the date they have been booked for -needed rebooked for next 2 days and on the other end they didnt deliver to custmer for first time explaining they wasnt house number on ticket when the full adress was there including tel number. Finaly after few phonecalls customer recived his parcel

Package was collected 3 days late with no explanation or justification from Parcel Monkey. I contacted their customer services and was offered no further information on the status. Staff were unable or unwilling to answer my specific questions, and just kept reiterating the same scripted answers again and again. Very disappointed

I was apprehensive of using Parcel Monkey, I need not to have been,
A parcel was delivered to me from a Ebay seller, the item two just three days for it to arrive in very good condition, that Ebay seller recommended Parcel Monkey, so I thought to give the a try.
I had ordered a LARGE 23 kg item from Worcester, the parcel was collected when I was told it was to be collected and it was, it was actually delivered to me in two days, by the courier Parcel Force and it was at much less cost than had I booked the parcel collection directly from Parcel Force in fact it was £27.84 less, what a saving!
I now eagerly await another booked collection booked for today the
21st Feb 2017 and having just contacted Parcel Monkey through Live Chat I was assured that collection is scheduled and in fact the parcel was collected by Parcel Force has arranged and a carriage receipt was issued by the couriers driver.
What a service I can only sincerely endorse Parcel Monkey on their excellent cost effective service, I will most certainly be using their service much more often in the future.
Furthermore if parcels are lost or damaged that that is surely down to the courier and NOT the agent Parcel Monkey, who would have booked a specific courier to ship the complainants goods.
Whilst Parcel Monkey unfortunately does not have a customer contact telephone number which I most admit, is sadly lacking, their LIVE CHAT service is working fine, and any queries usually take only a few seconds for a Parcel Monkey agent to respond.

Have used parcel2go previously, who failed miserably at every turn. When trying to sort it with their live chat was passed to 5 different people over a period of 4 days. Eventually they offered to upgrade the service i had paid for to one that should have cost almost double. Its fair to say, all 6 parcels were then delivered but still 3 days late!!
