About £5 cheaper than other websites and if book direct with courier companies - and this is with insurance on the full value of the item. I paid online, printed the and pasted on the parcel and dropped it off at a local Parcel Force hub. Tracking was easily available (just a matter of a click) and parcel was delivered under 48 hours. Will definitely use again.
However, should anything goes wrong it is between us and parcel monkey as the arrangement for the delivery is between parcel monkey and parcel force. This can clearly be seen from the label - sender is Parcel Monkey, not us. Can be quite tricky/messy if anything goes wrong.
Barrring any unfortunate events, its brilliant and I can highly recommend.

No customer service, same repititive automated response without a resolution and no helpline, be warned and only use for UK delivery, if that. Pay cheap - pay twice.

Pretty simple process but not well advertised DPD drop off info at Matalan drop off shop.
Dropped off late Friday afternoon so wasnt surprised that it might Sat morning before picked up but it didnt seem to get picked up till Monday then delivered on Tuesday. No issue to me really.
Parcelmonkey was easy to use and saved a far whack compared to using parcel force or royal mail.
Will use again.

A work friend/ colleague/ co worker suggested pm and I no longer waited in the lines to be served at the post office to send a package. Certain companies I wont say the names cause they really take advantage for serving people like you and me for the sake of profit off our hard work... and though pm is not what I consider cheap the organization IS dependable AND they are cheaper than going to your local place...you know what you have to pay, whos going to pick up your package (if you choose to have them collected or you can drop it off if you have a car... I dont cause I m American and still dont even have a provisional license so for me pm is a godsend. After 15 years I can drive on the right side of the road but I m too hard headed to conform... its just an issue and I dont understand why
I m lets say one of these support your own people kind of person but in todays times, wages, and cost of living you have to look after number 1! Parcel monkey has saved me a lot of money sending to Europe and America

The web site does not specify parcel size restrictions on the first page. For example I asked for 1 Kilo to India and was told a price. I then tell the customer this price but when I try to place the order all of a sudden the service is not for that parcel size and the price has now nearly tripled. It would be more helpful if the site asked the size of the parcel and not just the weight when giving Quotes.

My parcel stil hasnt been delivered. I have tracked it and it has been in a depot in France for two days. Since I was informed it would be at the destination within 3-4 days which has now past I am very frustrated as feel let down by the service.

Sent 3 parcels at a time from UK to the Netherlands. I Choose DPD. Parcels arrived in the depot in Rotterdam. Luckily I checked tracking as they did not contact me, to tell me that on the labels the housenumber was missing. So I made contact with ParcelMonkey to resolve this. Was told; "No problem, Ill inform them." So, in 5 minutes I received an email that collection will be next day..........???? But the parcel is already in the Netherlands. So I decided to call DPD myself, explained the problem, and they delivered the parcels the day after. (Just after they tried to collect again in the UK, not just an email, they really came again to collect) So, yes ParcelMonkey is cheap, and you have choice for multiple couriers. But never try to resolve a problem with ParcelMonkey. Always contact the courier directly.

The parcel was collected as expected, and delivered promptly to my son in the US. This was much easier than trying to lug a heavy parcel to the Post Office and there was little difference in the price. I would definitely use this service again.

I have bad experience with this service. Bad service and contact. Lost my parcel worth over 500 pounds( someone stolen)my parcel which was insured. Monkey parcel dont paid compensation. contact only via chat or post. Very hard to contact and report claim. I trying 3days contacting with monkey parcel and said I report to late.Not recommend. Crooks

Its cheap, efficient, insured and they come to collect. That is not all. Youre parcel got somehow damaged? I find Parcel Monkeys compensation effective and fair.

I sent Christmas gifts to Europe on December 9th, before the cutoff date. They said the parcel would be delivered around the 20th. No clue from them as the parcel failed to arrive by Christmas and then New Years. They then got back to me saying the address did not exist, although it wasnt the first time I was sending parcels there, with the same service. The parcel was delivered at the correct address on February 4th, almost two months after I sent it. They now refuse to give me a refund and keep bouncing me around from one CS rep to another.

My partner lives in Dubai and considering every other parcel Ive ever sent via other couriers has always managed to get lost, Parcel Monkey were the first to actually get it delivered.
Delivery time was a little longer than expected, but Id rather it get there a little late then not get there at all.
Really great what you get for the price. Including insurance, and tracking. Brilliant!
All in all, great, and will definitely be using ParcelMonkey from now on to send all my parcels to Dubai.

Second time I have used parcel monkey first time they were as much use a chocolate fireguard, so dont use to send parcel abroad especially South Africa but used for a delivery in U.K. And were great and delivered parcel promptly! Used for South Africa and parcel monkey didnt tell me that parcel didnt have the correct customs form on so instead of sending back to me or contact methey just let parcel sit in Norwich for several weeks, with me thinking parcel was on its way! Poor communicTion

Currently trying to get a claim sorted out through Parcel Monkey for parcels damaged in transit. Theyre a bunch of useless, do the absolute minimum, fob the customer off, dont give a damn, cretins. DONT deal with this company. Ever. Theyre about as much use as a genital wart.
