My parcels have always got to their destination safety - however their communication is lacking. When you book a 48hr delivery and it is to be collected on a certain date, you wait for it to be collected all day and then courier does not show up. Yes errors do happen, however very little help is available when trying to fix the issue, especially when a parcel needs to be with a customer on a certain date and will be delayed. Its very frustrating as there is nothing else you can do about the matter. I booked it on Tuesday to be collected on Wednesday, now its Thursday and wont be collected until Friday which means it probably wont reach the customer until next week!!

Love the fact they bring labels and the convienience without going out the door to post office but my downfall is u have to give right weight width and length this can be tricky if Uve got no scales or measurement tape should be basic like Ipostparcels witch probly explains why it cost me more if you put a slight error £8 to send a game is harsh cheaper in post office

Its so easy to make bookings with Parcel Monkey and they have always been 100% reliable. My only gripe is the 2% paypal charge

Very bad. Still I did not get my parcel. Dpd used Chronopost to deliver my parcel inside France. Chronopost delivery person left one note without informing me. I was waiting for the delivery person. Very bad service.

Whilst the collection went well the setting up was a pain in the proverbial. The auto fill on the address wasnt accepted as it automatically had a full stop after "St." It took me hours to see what was wrong. Frustrating at least

The worst service ever! Dont ever use it! They lost my parcel,3 weeks and 100 emails-they can not even track it! Nobody knows how to find a parcel! They dont have a phone number and a Manager! HORRIBLE AND USELESS! Lost lots of money and adrenalin,the biggest mistake ever!!!

Usually I would just go to the post office .On this occasion I thought , try a third party company that still uses parcel force and I ended up on Parcel monkey .Nice and easy to use , more to the point I chose a drop of service and it worked out a lot cheaper than going direct to the post office .I will be using Parcel Monkey again , after all we all like saving some cash .
