Good service, easy to use and everything went well.
However, I do think you should advertise the actual price of the delivery, as with insurance added it was considerably more expensive and I would probably have used Interlink instead but was in a hurry.
Also it would be useful if the link to print the documents was available from the e-mail without logging in to the site as I paid for the collection and delivery but my supplier printed the documents.
That said, goods delivered on time without any problems so overall very happy.

Had to post an item on 48h delivery to get it out of the country before Bank Holiday weekend, so booked on Thursday afternoon for drop-off at post office that day, all accepted and paid for. BUT when confirmation and labels arrived by email 20mins later they stated the drop off at post office was the next day, Friday. So NO chance of getting there before holiday. Wasted the afternoon running around to get everything ready, and paid extra for a service that could not be used.

Next day delivery that takes over a week, still waiting, this company have cost me £1000s with thier complete negligence, 1 of 2 parcels was found dumped on a high street of a random town and a member of public handed them in!

Dont waste your time and money, go direct with a main carrier, I purchased a estimated 3 day delivery time service to go from UK to Switzerland, to find that after 2 days my parcel was still in the UK! No way possible that it will arrive in the suggested 3 days. For the extra £20 I could have sent it with a trustworthy business not Parcel Monkeys! Pay Peanuts Get Monkeys I guess.

Filling in the from and to address is a nightmare as they use a bought in database to find your address and then their own rules about whjat you can enter are violated by the address they provided. Damn hard work.

After much searching Parcel Monkey came up and I found their web based calculator to be easy to use and came back with a very competative price for an international delivery to Denmark. The parcel was picked up the next day and arrived a good time to a very pleased client in Copenhagen! Highly recommended.

Ive used parcel monkey many times to send items to the South of France without any problems. However, the last 2 times there have been issues with the onward agent at the destination (called GLS). Failing to deliver...saying no-one was in...saying they have to go to the depot an hour away to collect & when they get there, its no where to be found. You need to get a grip of your contracted parties in France:they are ruining your reputation.

I have used parcel monkey to send parcels quite a few times and have never been disappointed. I mainly ship from the UK to family in France. Parcels are always delivered on time and the price is far cheaper than going direct to the courier.

The package were picked up the following day, as requested. Although i would have appreciated information of the picking time, but luckily I was able to stay at home the whole day. It was promised to be delivered within 4 days time, which succeeded regardless of the tracking code were not updated - I was expecting the parcel to be still on its way elsewhere in Europe even though it was delivered few hours later. All in all, satisfied with the service-quality-price-ratio.
