I sent a parcel to denmark through parcelmonkey..i searched all over to find the best and cheapest service..i got exactly what i was looking for and it did exactly what i was expecting..all went smooth and easy for me for such little to pay..im not sure about other countries but if for Denmark then look no further they are the best and cheapest..i normally dont give review but I was so happy with the service that I couldnt stop myself from defining it..hope it helps to all looking for finding the best online company who takes good customer care..

the parcel was booked for a 48 hour delivery and the carrier failed to collect this for 5 days, after numerous calls to Parcelforce they finally turned up. This is poor service and unacceptable

My package was 22kg and most couriers limit to 20kg.So I tried parcel monkey.
The item was collected from my door in Nottingham and delivered in Sth Wales the next day for under £15.
If you check out the large companies to replicate that delivery they quote over double the figure I paid.
Unbelievable service and cost. Just superb.

I was not kept up to date with the delivery of the parcel that I sent to Dubai. It was extremely frustrating. I checked my emails for status of the package and got the same information over and over - ie collection date. Even after the parcel had been collected and a day or so later, I still just got a message telling me the collection date which of course, I already knew! The parcel was delivered on time as far as I am aware.

Never arrived, no note left to see where it has been left, didnt phone number on parcel, no email to say it hasnt been delivered. Bad service. I am wondering how people run international businesses when delivery companies can not deliver the goods. Because this happens everytime I send any parcels overseas. The only good thing is it was tracked and says they have tried to deliver and it is in that country. but where is the question

They couldnt tell me which depot my parcels were in after falsely stating they attempted to deliver. Had to find out myself and they blocked me from the live support after I complained.

Very pleased with the service. I have rated it 4 stars and not 5 because of the lengthy time slot for collection. Picked up from UK on Monday and delivered in New Zealand on Friday. Very impressive.

This was a very easy to use service. I was looking to send a heavy parcel around 12-14kg. Due to the size many couriers such as Hermes would not allow me to send using their service.
Very easy to use website and also easy to understand the options available.
I entered the weight and dimensions of my parcel and Parcel Monkey provided details of all couriers that would accept my parcel. There was also the options use the tabs at the top of the page to filter by Cheapest, Next Day etc and whether I wanted it collected or if I wanted to take it to a depot. I opted to take it to my Parcelforce depot and paid PM £9-23 and printed my label. Took it to my local depot in Dartford and 48 hours later it had been delivered in Scotland.
There were other companies that said on their website that they would be able to accept my parcel and after entering all the information they either wanted to charge a fortune or wouldnt take it.
I would recommend using PM service to anyone looking to send any type of parcel and will use again in future.

Quick and easy to price up and work out best option. Payments nice and simple, email with label arrived within a few minutes. A bit of parcel tape and a trip to the local post office and "Bobs your uncle" parcel from Essex to the French Alps in a few days. Excellent
