Our heater arrived with a broken wheel. Their website offers no phone number and no email address to contact them for this issue. Live chat not working properly. I will think twice before sending certain items.

The pickup service for air express is much faster than the drop service which will not collected as soon as possible. It took 4 days after I dropped as I remember. So better choose the pick up service.

When I asked for the collection I specifically said not between 12 am and 1 pm because I would be out. Parcelforce arrived at 12.30 pm. As it happened, my previous engagement was cancelled so I was at home. What is the point of telling you when I will not be in when it is ignored?

One of our parcels was mis-delivered to a third party. We informed Parcel Monkey, whose response was to insist that the parcel was signed for at the correct address. They even provided a photo of a signature supposedly proving this (i.e. blatant fraud). After over a month and umpteen emails, re-delivery was finally arranged. If your parcel goes missing, youre likely to face a brick wall in trying to retrieve it. Perhaps we should have entrusted our parcel to a real monkey instead!

Reasonable price to send parcels abroad. Sent 2 large boxes to Turkey .It was much cheaper than taking them on to a flight. Received both boxes within the given time scales. Great service .

The collection courier didnt call on the arranged date,(I was home all day) then I received an email from the courier stating that my parcel was in Southampton!! How can this be? The parcel was still in the hallway! 3 days after the original collection date, I received an email asking me to make a new collection date. Finally today the Parcel was collected, so yes I will use Parcel Monkey again but will choose a different courier

I am beyond impressed with the service I received, I sent a heavy parcel to USA (that the post office refused to send) I was recommended Parcel Monkey by my sister.
I was abit iffy about it as I have always used the post office ! But my parcel got to my aunties in the USA in 4 days ! And the price was amazing ! I will totally use this service again and I would recommend to everyone !

I was little bit sceptical about Parcel Monkey after having very bad experience with Ecoparcel. I have sent two packages from London to Sweden with Parcel Monkey and not only they have called for pick up, but they have wrote email and they have called for the delivery. Packages arrived safe and sound in 3 days. Excellent !

The courier did not pick up on the allotted day. No reason was given for this, and I was not contacted by Parcel monkey or the courier. I found this particularly annoying as I had waited in all day. I re-booked the pick up for the following day and things went much more smoothly. The parcel was picked up and delivered without any problems. I would say its a reasonably good service however if your package is time sensitive then you should bear that in mind before using them.

I left my parcel at Sainsburys in Crawley. For the first two days I was unable to track it online......at one point it said: the parcel has been delivered, so I rang my cousin to ask if she liked the presents. It was not delivered yet and we were not able to track it online. However as soon as the parcel left UK - we could see it online moving between the countries. In the end my cousin got it one day earlier than estimated. So happy end, good service.

I paid here 50£ for a 6kg parcel and when it reached home country the recievers also hav 2 pay 14£ to recieve it which was not a good thing

This company is by far the worst on earth and specially in the UK. Its a nightmare to deal with. No proper customer service. Sent an air delivery to Asia 15 days ago and still its sitting in the UK with dpd and its missing an invoice which dpd said is missing from the 13th of February 2017 and today is the 23rd of February and parcel monkey has not provided them with an invoice yet. Getting in touch with customer service is a nightmare with no real phone numbers plus the dumbest advisers yet seen with no skills whatsoever. Its has been 3 days since I have been in touch with the customer service and nothing has happened yet. Its like a brick wall. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Very easy and fast way to send parcels to Greece and, I guess, somewhere else. Very good pricing ( a lot cheaper than any other). They use reputable companies to send the items with the choice of you dropping it or the courier picking it up( I chose to use Parcel Force but other companies are available through Parcel Monkey). I have used them several times now and the parcel arrives and delivered in Crete in 4-5 working days. I would recommend them. My experience up to now is really good.Ace

The box arrived safely, in expected condition. However, the driver couldnt find the house, so I had to come out and meet him.
During the booking, there is an option to leave instructions for the delivery person, which is exactly what I did. However, as I later discovered, they do not actually appear on the label. So why ask????

I am so disappointed with this company, I sent a package to Thailand on the 8th of February at a cost of £151.20, I then find I am being asked to pay 7,102 Thai Baht for import duty which is approx another £150. because the listing is wrong on the waybill despite making a comprehensive list of the contents, it was simply listed on the Courier waybill as Jackets and therefore charged as textiles and charged as import heist. Parcel Monkey just keep fobbing me with replies like this (Hello, Hope you are well. Please be advised that where customs are concerned carriers receive little or no information. We would suggest that the consignee contacts customs directly to ascertain if they are required to provide any information for clearance prior to delivery. If theres any other concern, please let us know.) So consequently I am having to call Thailand and try to sort this out, then I get an email from Parcel Monkey to say they are charging my credit card with a further £23.89 as the volumetric weight of the parcel is 40.6 Kilos when I have the Waybill from Courier in Thailand which states the volumetric as being Shipment been re-weight after shipment arrived at Courier service center, Actual weight after re-weight is 22.82kg. and volume weight is 34.26 kg. calculate from dimension 76.0x46.0x49.0 cm. / 5000 = 34.26 kg. I have raised a dispute with my bank regarding this charge and would just say beware of any hidden charges from this company in my opinion. and as yet my package is still sitting in Bangkok.
