Stayed in all day to get a very expensive parcel collected which needed to get to its recipient asap, contacted Parcel monkey just before 6pm with their online live chat and provided them with my PM no. I waited ages only to get a response asking for my PM no. again. And telling me to reschedule if my delivery is not with me by 6pm. Seemed like their online chat is manned by a robot! Also no chance Im wasting another day waiting for a collection that may never happen, poor customer service !!!

You changed a fortune for the shipping then managed to find a reason to charge even more once you had taken custody of the parcel. Not good enough. Dishonest service at best!

Parcelmonkey a splendid example to other courier agents on how to be the best in the business....as a regular user of a competitor who tried to squeeze money from me out of a miniscule error in sizing....well I did what most people should do....I left them for a better deal. Parcelmonkey Carry on being the best.

avoid this website and just go direct. there are no phone numbers. they clearly take no notes from previous messages. parcel collected on the 4th of may. no idea where it is. when i ask if they have lost it the live chat advisor doesnt reply. (i paid for the delivery guarantee so i fully expect that to be another disaster trying to get money back). When you send a message no one replies and when they do (im assuming this is an automated thing) tells me i will recieve a reply shortly. first message on the 8th and still no reply. now a full week later on the 15th there are clearly some good reviews but when the courier has an issue which happens everywhere you cant contact direct and no one will speak to you in parcel monkey. so currently i am sitting £120 down and parcel monkey doesnt answer messages. they seem to monitor this so perhaps i will get a reply via here AVOID at all costs and just use a courier direct they at least will speak to you.
