Deeply disappointed by Parcel Monkey USA. By far the worst customer service and turnaround time for responses. Further that, they have lied about the shipping and expected delivery date. Will be strongly lobbying against anyone using this company anywhere in the world! #ParcelMonkeySucks! #NeverParcelMonkey

The only negative thing I would have to say is that the follow through on the Singapore side is not so great with Parcel Force. I had no idea who was handling once it had landed. I had to track it down myself through Sing Post and it was already on a van to be delivered. No notification but that is Sing Post not Parcel Monkey! Recommended to all my contacts shipping from the UK.

The Parcel Force website was so confusing and kept telling me I couldnt post my item because it was too big. It took less than a minute to book it on Parcel Monkey, I went to the post office and everything ran smoothly. Item just got delivered!

They never picked up the goods! Had to re-book five times! still no luck, praying to the Lord now for the miracle to happen and somebody to collect the parcel. No messages left, no communication what-so-ever unless you write to them and complain first. And be aware, they do not read previous messages/complaints so every time you must start all over again, great times and fun if you have eternal life, and have time to spare :-) Five failed collections, who cares right! Mr X will stay home for a month and wait for the Monkey Co to turn up to collect his stuff and all this fun will cost you £ 150 +, marvellous service. Do not use Parcel Monkey unless: 1. You are sitting home 24/7 and cannot move, as they give you a 8AM -6 PM slot Monday to Friday and it can be any time at any day, not promising it will happen during that week, so really within a month, maybe... :-) 2. You lack common sense 3. Looking for the most miserable experience!

I ahd the problem to get goods from UK to my home in Germany.
Parcel Monkey could do it uncomplicated and the goods were picked up in UK and within 2 days with me.

ive packed many, many parcels and always sent Royal Mail or Parcel Force. I was asked to find a cheaper method and used Parcel Monkey / DPD. Never again. The item arrived smashed and the contents damaged. Ultimately Im £200 out of pocket.

Booked parcel force through parcel monkey saved a fortune, parcel collected on a Tuesday and received in Jersey on Thursday with full tracking information.

Ideally, when you ship items you want to anticipate duty and taxes that maybe charged and if not viable, you want to be able to pay for it based on accurate invoice. Parcel monkey did not provide a means to determine that accurate duty and tax requested for delivery. The recipient ended up quoting me some number that was directly equivalent to the value of items shipped. I know of no country that has 100% duty and taxes so they were playing a fast one and i had no basis to challenge them but reimburse the crooks.
